The property was fine for the price. It is conveniently located right off of I-385. The room was small.

Staff wonderful and they friendly and polite rooms are clean .then you have areas you can walk to go eat also they are pet friendly

The hotel is clean, but that’s about it. The housekeeping employees were excellent and friendly but the rest of the employees were rude, slow, and seemed upset whenever they had to interact with customers. Each day, the breakfast ran out quickly, the tables were dirty, the garbages overflowed, and no one was around to fix it. In both rooms that I booked, the TVs were broken. The pool was nice.

Check in/check out-very easy and didnt take too long. Every staff member we talked to provided good customer service! Room-We got a non-smoking room but our comforter had burn marks on both beds and it smelled like smoke the whole time. The sheets had dark spots and there was a nasty stain on the bed skirt. Pool-area was small but okay. There were only 4 plastic chairs and one lounge chair for guests. Luckily the family that was using them left as we were getting there but they should definitely have more available. Breakfast-6-9 typical complimentary breakfast. They were out of several things by 8. Overall I know it could be worse but I just felt like the quality part of the name was sub par. Honestly feel like it should be cheaper to stay there but glad I had a place to stay while I was in town.

The room could be cleaner the floor was dirty. The breakfast could be better the butter bagel style and the bread didn’t look fresh

Stayed for two nights. Paid for 3. Air conditioner let off a stale smoke aroma. Bed spread had rip and burn marks. Temperatures reached high 90s and both ice machines were broken. We had to travel to another hotel for ice. Very run down. Pool had only 1 loung chair that was ripped. Will never stay here again.

Let them know I was checking in late, no problem checking in. Main door was hard to open. Bathroom door was very hard to close completely. Room was clean and simple to operate heat/ac. Breakfast was good the first morning, we barely made it in time but it was still well stocked and good. The next time was terrible. The sausage gravy was like soup the biscuits were as hard as rocks and the coffee was made incorrectly and way too strong (not enough water).

Nice renovation, friendly staff. Quiet concrete walls absolutely no noise which is so rare in hotels!! My only complaint would b the shower curtain had mold on the bottom and no hooks in the bathroom to hang things. Otherwise very clean comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. Pool was super clean !!

Staff was very sweet and helpful. When checking in the lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. I asked if we could have a bottom floor room, due to my mother’s knee issues and they found us one! Our room was clean and smelt good. The air conditioner worked great and kept us cool all night.

The worst experience thus far. I booked my stay via Expedia. However, when I checked in, I was not informed about an early check-in fee. Particularly, when I asked about it. In addition, I received a call early in the morning from the front desk agent regarding a check in fee. Expedia intervened as well as the manager. Ultimately, the manager apologized for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding Into the equation, I extended my stay via Expedia. However, once again, the following morning, I receive a phone call from the front desk (the same agent) who stated that if I extend my stay with Expedia, then I would have to leave the room and check back in during check out time. The front desk agent wanted me to check in with the company directly. Expedia intervened again. Ultimately, I checked in (again) directly with the company, only to receive hostile and unprofessional behavior from the same front desk agent I strongly do not recommend the Quality Inn due to their deplorable display of corporate social responsibility

The hotel looks great, very clean, the rooms are nice. The contemporary brekfast was awesome. For the price i paid was totally worth it. The owner was so nice he did me a favor and i was so thankful for that.

Nice ppl, service was good , wished I was able to get my big tub room but as soon as I asked he told me no.. kinda upset me bc for years I been staying here and all I had to do was ask n I got it other than that they could use a little CLR in sink and something unclog drains but for the most part it was a nice stay!

Limited breakfast options. You can also the wear & tear of the rooms. They recently renovated the lobby.

there were holes inthe wall the toilet wobbled and people were working directly above me horrible!!!!

I have had a stroke, when we first arrived they had us on a 2nd floor, but quickly changed us a ground floor right near the swimming pool.

Our first room (106) had an air conditioner that did not work, a beer in the fridge, and roaches. They switched us to a new room (115.) The new room had beds with crumbs and hairs in them. There was a Band-Aid stuck to the wall, and an Arby’s roast beef sandwich in the microwave that had obviously been there for a long period of time. The microwave smelled so terrible, it was not usable. The bath tub stopper did not work at all. My mom was staying in another room (112?) which had a half used bottle of lotion in it and dirty socks under the sink. Charged a $50 cash deposit to make sure we didn’t “mess up” the room. I don’t feel I could have messed it up more than they had if I tried. Would not stay here again.

Check process was extremely slow. And i was told at checkin that when i check out it is recommended that i have tbe room inspected to get tbe 50$ desposit back more quickly. The room was clean but carpet smelled moldy and the beds were worn and sank in. Buy the pillow/bedding new

The people at the motel were pretty nice and courteous

It is an economy hotel. It was a little dated but basically in good shape. It was clean and the cleaning lady was very considerate. The staff were nice and accommodating.

First night, had a doordash deliver just randomly knock @midnight and leave an order then came back 5 mins later to collect it. Also cops sitting in parking lot running guest plates. 2nd night was alright we weren’t there at all basically. Room had a hole in wall by the floor a next to toilet as well as the bed side wall was cracked and broken. Matresses weren’t ok. Pool wasn’t open but it’s freezing outside. Breakfast was bagels w/butter, muffins an yogurt which was good. Staff were friendly & helpful. rooms aren’t bad, not dirty. Location was great and looks better than the other low quality hotels near by. They ask for a cash deposit which I did get back upon check out. I’d prolly stay again just not on the backside of building.
