We were only there for one night. I was unaware there was a mountain view. I wish I had taken the time to explore the hotel. There was a low pitch humming sound in the room the entire stay. I didn't make the front desk aware. They may have been able to address it.

Beds are container and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Bathroom mirror needs to be cleaned. Pool area has water drainage problem on tile which was left for hours making the area slippery and disgusting.

This was the most run down room i have ever seen. Water marks on the wall, toliet seat was barely attached, wallpaper all ripped and perling off. Window shade had holes torn in it. Toliet paper holder was broke. Fridge still had items in it from previous person. Very, very, very dated and had a weird smell. Then the bugs- little hard shelled bugs in the bathroom. The check in experience was typical - snotty desk person just like last time. I have stayed here many many times ij the past and each time i say never again. I really think this truly was my never again stay. And it was one of the most expensive stays I have had also. NOT WORTH the money AT ALL.

The room was overall outdated. Bathroom was clean and new but bed area was in definite need of overhaul. Old, dirty rugs. Stained ceiling. Room smelled like cigarette smoke but was supposed to be non smoking. I awoke with migraine and ended up checking out day early due to poor air quality and how it made me feel. ( was supposed to be 2 nights). The staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was clean and women servicing the breakfast pleasant and helpful.

Check in was smooth. Lobby is very clean. Room is very clean and the cool AC setting felt comfortable. Breakfast was well above standard for a hotel included breakfast. Lots of choices and every choice was awesome. This was my second stay in as many years and is always improving. Keep it up!

Great room for sleeping, etc. Insufficient parking for size of hotel, and not enough handicap only spaces near door. Breakfast so-so, get rid of that premade omelet and fake eggs, get some real eggs and how about the type of European meats cheeses, nice fresh breads and rolls? Also I appreciate the need for limited housekeeping, but when I asked for more towels and they said they put them in the room which they did, I did expect them to pick up the pile of dirty ones off the floor and take it with them. They were piled neatly right by the door.

The rug needs shampooing, the curtains don't close???? Did hear noise in the night. Tv was ok size but, the screen was small and did not fill tv screen. Other than that room was great, I will nevee go through trivago again, our trip got canceled but still had to keep room. Burlington is a sad area with all the homelesd

Check-in attitude of staff was a bit "lukewarm," not rude... but not very warm or welcoming. An Assistant General Manager was also at the front desk with his head down... sorting keys? The check-in experience was quite different of recent Hampton Inn stays. Also, I had to ask for my water and snack. This could be due to lack of employee training? I will not stay at this property again. Thank you,

Front desk was wonderful and very friendly- breakfast great. My only complaint would be the no refundable deposit for our 11 lb four legged friend. I get the deposit but that room was left like we found it and after the usual cleaner when a guest leaves it would be ready for the next guest.

The breakfast staff and front desk was very friendly and helpful for the few questions we needed answered. It was the price we paid, to stay in what felt like a motel setting. The hotel is pet friendly, which you don’t see often and is awesome if you have a pet. Our room upon walking in smelled like musty wet dog smell. We opened the windows right off but you could still smell it when we got back later on. Our drain in the bathroom shower didn’t work, but staff was very friendly and quick to help fix the problem. The pool area was okay. After looking at other reviews it seems like the hole in the pool area ceiling has been there for a month or longer because it was still broken when we stayed. The bathroom attached to the pool had no toilet paper for the 2 days we stayed and a full trash (we did let them know the first day). All these things wouldn’t have been a huge deal if the price wasn’t over $200 for 1 night.

The property doesn't have the staff to keep the floors in the rooms and common areas clean except for the breakfast area. The rooms had loose fixtures in the bathroom. The air intake for the air conditioner was full of dust and lint. The outside area by the pool was unkept. The pool seemed to be clean but the filter wasn't running.

Nice facility and very convenient for the purposes of my stay in Burlington. The Lighthouse Restaurant was just a few steps away (and we were there during a major storm) and the food was excellent. As was the breakfast bar. The only thing I would ding the place on was the very soft mattress.

We had a nice time at the Hampton Inn in Colchester. It was convenient to the area's we were visiting. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from cereal to waffles.

Love the Hampton Inn. Easy access from the highway. Pet friendly and a nice breakfast selection. Approachable friendly staff members. We made reservation for two rooms and one of our room has dog hair on the couch and floor so they immediately sent a staff member to clean our room.
