Severely needing an update, half of the hotel is under remodel, the fire alarm panel had a trouble on it, the fire alarm went off at 4:30am, workers were difficult to find if needed anything, even calling the front desk no answer, chairs floor and walls are gross, cleaners should really use a black light to clean these rooms.

Was approached at earlier then checkout time and worker used translator, was trying to ask if I was checking out. I had to ask if it was time for checkout and she said yes.

Chose hotel due to location. It was a bit run down but looked like a renovation was being made. TV frequently had no signal. The breakfast was great. Room needed a good cleaning, was tired and well lived in.

Customer service was awesome. Easy check in & check out. Convenient location to the Hollywood Casino Ampa Theater. Hotel was a little outdated, but they are in the process of major remodeling. Breakfast was descent nice variety. Milk was spoiled, but once notified them. They were quick to change all of it out. So I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed for just one night for the Green day concert. We did arrive a little early but they did let us check in. The lady at the desk was very nice and made check in easy. She also let us know about the shuttle which took us to and from the show. Our room was decent but could really use a little bit of repair and updating. Overall it was it was pretty quiet and comfy. I would probably stay here again for another show.

The Hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates! Paint was coming down in many areas, shower looked like they're was mold on the caulking, food under seat cushion, microwave had old food pieces in it, musky smell through out building! I expected to stay in a nicer space especially with the price I payed for a single king bed, almost $200 for one night!!! Staff was very nice. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again

Unfortunately the lighted mirror in the bathroom didn’t work so the bathroom was pretty dark. The phone in our room didn’t work as well. But the desk staff were nice and the shuttle was helpful.

Over all a GREAT stay! Hotel was having some work done, so not clean throughout the property. Our room was super clean, wish the beds were alittle better but it is a hotel lol. Breakfast definitely could use an upgrade. Such a big hotel but little options. LOVEEEEEEEEE the shuttle service that was available to & from venues including Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. The van driver was so nice and the van was super clean. Would stay here again!

The hotel itself was run down. There was plastic on the floor leading to our room. The wallpaper was not well applied and our friends had multiple blood spots on their bed. Our room smelled of stale smoke. If you don’t care about any of those things then go ahead and book. Beds were comfy and staff were friendly.

Well we thought we had a decent hotel picked out for our evening until we made it to the elevator and it wasn't working properly so we had to take the stairs. We entered our room and the air was so musty it was hard to breathe. Stains were everywhere on the floors and sheets. Up above the coat rack was a balled up dirty rag with brown stuff all over it! We don't plan on recommending this hotel to anyone.

I stay at this hotel for the convenience of going to concerts at the nearby Amphitheater. The shuttle service is great, and the patio is perfect for afterwards. The hotel rooms are clean, but the halls and elevators could all use a good scrubbing. The hotel is also being renovated, so upgrades are hopefully forthcoming!

The room booked was to sleep 5 persons. Realistically the room had a king bed that slept 2 and a twin pull out that slept 1. The hotel offered no resolution, other than a refund or extra sheets to sleep on the floor to our sleeping options. Since hotels were booked in the area, we had no choice but to stay. We made beds out of couch cushions and squeezed 3 in sleeping sideways on the king bed. The water was scheduled to be shut off 1 hour before check-out for a fully booked hotel, this required us to check-out earlier. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The bathroom door knob fell off and my daughter was stuck in the bathroom. The tub and the sink would not drain. Carpets were badly stained, as well as the towels. The twin pull out mattress appeared to have mold on the back side.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Great location to the HC amphitheater, with transportation to and from. Short walk also. Hot breakfast is only available on the weekends, which was nor mentioned on the website. It was just grab and go during the week. Disappointed with that.

From the front desk to our room everything was filthy. The rug in the elevator looked like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned. The carpet in the hallway was also filthy. The property smelled musty and damp. Our keurig machine in our room did not work and the lamps were broken. The desk clerks were rude. We booked this hotel because it was close to the amphitheater but we will never stay there again.

The staff have consistently been, across all my visits, very helpful and friendly. It's not a real fancy hotel but it is clean and has a pool and good shaded parking. Really the best part is the staff which have been so nice.

Hotel room was supposed to have 2 bathrooms my disabled daughter was unable to shower due to the bathroom with the shower was not functioning. There was no sheets pillows or blankets for the pull out bed when we called the dront desk they said we had to cone to the fron desk to get them and then they only provided a sheet no blanket or pillow.

Overall it was a nice stay; however the first night the air conditioner was making a loud noise; therefore we were unable to sleep well. After giving it a little slap it worked just fine. Housekeeping did enter the room while we were out and restocked the towels. The morning of checkout we were woken up my housekeeping at 9:45 a.m. when checkout time was 11:00 a.m. At around 10:20 we received a knock on the door from a staff member asking if we were checking out today, in which we were in the middle of packing our stuff. Therefore, we felt extremely rushed to checkout. Never in my hotel stays have I ever been approached by a staff member asking us if we were checking out, before the checkout time. But overall it was good.

Smooth check in the staff was helpful and nice. I've stayed here a fee times prior and it seemed a little bit run down from last time. We had to ask for soap since there was none in the bathroom. The concert shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was good, the usual hot breakfast choices. Overall not bad but it could use some maintenance.

The room was clean, comfy, and just fine! We slept well. The shuttle to the concert was appreciated (folks, tip the driver!). The breakfast was great! Really good, lots of choices. I will stay here again.

Housekeeping did a really great job here....hotel is under construction and fire alarm went of twice early in the morning, forcing residents to evacuate down the staircase. Grab and go breakfast.

The room was standard with 2 queen beds. No frills, but perfect for what we needed which was simply a place to change clothes and sleep. The outdoor pool was very nice and the back patio was a nice place to enjoy the warm breakfast. The free shuttle to Hollywood Ampitheater was the best perk yet!

Felt like there was no ac on especially in the elevator. Very disappointed in the breakfast, went down 45 minutes after breakfast started and there was nothing hot in the silver trays. If you didnt want oatmeal you could have pancakes for a hot breakfast. It was okay for the night but I would spend a little extra to stay somewhere else.

Booked a room at the Elimwood Hotel on a Saturday in June for its proximity to a live music concert I was attending. There were 2 concerts that weekend at 2 venues very close to one another. I arrived for check in a was waiting for a couple who was attending the other concert to complete their check in. They were greeted well, told there was a shuttle to their event, & told to enjoy their stay. When I checked in I was given a speech about all the rules & hotel policy which lasted for several minutes & informed there would be no shuttle to my event despite the 2 venues being 1/2 mile from one another. I have had several problems with Wyndham Hotels, especially with their staff. They continue to be on a downward spiral of terrible service. Please do yourself a favor & book anything but Wyndham.
