We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking. Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times.

Only one thing i wasn't happy with.we would've liked to have had cocktails in the evening at the bar room wth the view but was told every night it was booked for dinner or parties.i paid for that part but wasn't able to use.

Very close to the train station (14 min walking from Como San Giovanni station and about 5 min from Como Nord Lago. Place is elegant but laid back. Rooms have traditional wood furniture but pops of color and nice window, it’s pretty quiet… no rooms with lake vie but it’s just steps aways from the lake and ferry station. Breakfast was superb! Service was fabulous, would stay there again in a heart beat~

Great place to stay in Lake Como - would definitely recommend. Unfortunate there was some some waterfront construction while we were in town but that’s life….the lake view from the hotel restaurant was still fantastic.

The hotel is spectacular! Perfect location on the waterfront and beautiful views from the restaurant. The hotel is classy and rich in history. Our room was a perfect size with a roomy bathroom. The breakfast that came with the stay was in the gorgeous restaurant and very generous. The only thing we did not like was the view of the alleyway and garbage from our room.

This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location next to restaurants and old churches. Absolutely stunning views. Love Como.

The hotel is old an in need of an upgrade. Hallways can be convoluted. The bed creeped each time we moved. The decor in general needs updating. The staff however were mostly good and helpful. Food was also good.

The Alberto Terminus is a good hotel but lacks the smaller hotel vibe that we like. There is construction underway across the street which will be there for another year it so. The view from our room was fine but we would have preferred it without the tower crane..:)… breakfasts were good, bar service was fair, room was on the smaller side…. Como was very crowded while we visited…. This is probably the norm now so advised!

Oh my gosh, this was the loveliest stay. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and thoughtful. The bed was sublimely comfortable with super crisp white linens and a lake view upgrade. The breakfast room was so cool, and loads included. They kindly kept my luggage while I went around the lake after checkout. Just perfect.

Hotel was in a great location, just down the street from the Como Lago station and right next to the lake. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.
