Very good

To start I was very happy with the staff service and effort. The room was clean and facilities were clean and kept. BUT, when we arrived the room smelled smoky so I asked if it was a smoking room. They said no such thing. so I believe it is because tons of people smoke in the courtyard and the rooms can get smoky if doors open. we decided candles would work and we would stay, and then we realized the toilet was partially plugged and would not flush properly. They delivered a plunger as maintenance was gone at 10:00 at night. I couldn't fix it, so we asked to be moved to the only room available. At 10:30 at night we were moving all of our staff, with only one staff member working. Nothing more she could have done. Then as I am going to the new room, in the courtyard I get "propositioned" by what I assume were people "working" in one of the rooms. It was a lot to go on, and still not get offered any type of a rebate. But I did not want to be too hard on the staff because she really was doing her best. as far as what she/they could control the hotel was not bad especially for the price. But, too many things going on in and around the hotel to make me feel great about staying again. Price is good for the room, cleanliness, and amenities, and staff...but we had too many things not go well to stay again.

I liked the grab and go breakfast bag. We had to be up and out. Taking a bag that was already prepared was perfect. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfy. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional.

With the booking reservation, I opted for accommodation that offered Breakfast. Upon arrival we were informed that their kitchen was under reservation, which was not mentioned at the time of the booking. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The Staff was very nice and so was the in house restaurant, the parking lot could use a bit of work

The check in was very smooth and Aia was extremely pleasant at the front desk. She was always smiling and helped us with everything we needed.

Clean and quiet rooms.

Everything was pretty good except the bag breakfast.The food was child size.

This is an older hotel it with that said the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Everything you need is there. Coffee maker, hair dryer, even worked as it should. The restaurant wasn’t open during our stay.

Very clean and nice to have the court yard area to take the dog out. The restaurant was convenient but the menu was limited. Over all a good experience.

Clean and super friendly staff. Liked the grab and go breakfast option. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Door handles were a bit sticky making it challenging for the door to open. Stores and restaurants within walking distance

Love the pet friendly rooms and the rooms that connect to the middle dog park area. This is my favorite hotel is Lloyd for a number of reasons and the best part is the price!!

This is a very good but basic "Motel" style facility. This was a bit of a surprise but not a problem for me. Room was clean, comfortable and quite. Check in was quick and easy. Grab and go breakfast was lacking and unfortunately they don't heat up the sandwiches. Opened the bag a block away to discover an ice cold egg and bacon english muffin. No one told me it wasn't heated when I was given it. Decided it wasn't worth trying to eat. But despite the small breakfast snafu and a motel like building I would stay here again . It was a good stay and a very good value.

The staff was amazing to deal with but the building is quite old and could use some upgrades. It was clean and quiet.

The entire room and hallways were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were polite and responded quick to my requests. Our dinner at Maggie May's restaurant was fantastic, like a diner with soup and salad included. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. We always stay here and have no reason to go anywhere else.

Good value

Always a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and well taken care of. I will stay again…and again…and again.

We liked our room but the door to the outside would not open with the key cards. Hotel said they would send maintenance around to change the battery but nobody came all weekend. Had to always walk around and enter through the hallway door.

Probably one of the best stays for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Comphy bed and pillows. Clean room with access to our from the outside and am inside hallway. There is a restaurant on the first floor as well with friendly staff. I wish most cities had an option like this place. Clean bathrooms with a really nice powerful hot shower. I will stay here everytime I come through town in the future. Thank you guys!

This is an older hotel that has been renovated very well. We have stayed here a number of times over the years and expect to come back. It's very clean and quiet. We just like staying here.

Clean and handy. Fitness facility was great. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable but most aren’t.
