Toilet seat was not affixed one side, slid and had to balance to not slide off the seat. There was exposed broken inner dry wall in the bathroom, where a tile had been broken off. Cabinet door where mini fridge was was broken, still operalble but just warped and water damaged. I asked for a room refresh while I was out, we left for the entire day just before noon, and house keeping had not yet knocked, so i assumed i still had time for a room refresh. Maybe they had a minimum length of stay required for it, i did not see it in the hotel notes, but I did ask the front desk and the gentleman said it could be done as we left for the day. All and all it was okay stay for the reduced pricing. The carpets seemed clean as well as the bedding and linen was clean. Bring your own pillow if you need something between extra stiff or extra soft.

I had a horrible experience here. I was up for over 24 hours traveling internationally, and I arrived at about 11pm to stay one night. I know I looked rough and was on the verge of tears because I was so tired. There were two women working at the check in counter. They kept up a conversation with each other the whole time I was checking in: as if I wasn’t even there. So rude. I had to ask a ton of questions because they gave me no information. They gave me my room key and told me which elevator to take. Turns out it was the wrong elevator and my room was on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Then, my key didn’t work. Went back down and she begrudgingly gave me a new key. All the away back to the room and the new key didn’t work either. Went back to desk. They both acted annoyed with me as if it was my fault the key didn’t work. It was actually a good thing the key didn’t work because she had forgotten to have me put a piece of paper in my car showing I was staying there (it would have been towed by morning). Finally got into a different room, and it was ok. Not the cleanest, but not disgusting. I just couldn’t believe how unfriendly, unhelpful, and inconsiderate the front desk ladies were. I would never stay here again.

The buildings run down, the back entrance and elevator smelled. But the room was clean. Linens were clean, towels were nice and fluffy. Plenty of outlets. Mini fridge in the room. Parking lot and general area felt safe.

Two problems. Room 218 needs blackout curtains. When the parking lot lights come on , they shine right on the pillow. It is almost light enough to read--all night. Then at 1 AM the lights went off--all of them. Hotels are eerie places with no power. I needed to check out early, but had no way of knowing what time it was. So I checked out at 1:45 and was at the airport at 2 for 5AM flight

We had hotel staff enter our room twice without knocking. The hotel staff was not wearing identifiable clothing and we were concerned for our safety. The manager was nice after my complaint but this seems to be a recurring issue. Also people constantly trying to open room doors (not hotel staff). There are also roaches. Would not stay here again.

A quick stay in preparation for early flight. Front staff was less than pleasant (not welcoming) and light were burned out I the bathroom. Being close to the airport, you heard the planes but for what we needed it was perfect.

I knew the property was near the airport. I did not know it was directly in the flight path. From early morning to late evening the place rattled from overhead flights. For a "recently renovated" place it needed maintenance. Tile missing, paint peeling in our room. The refrigerator had apparently leaked and the doors were all warped. It smelled moldy and the carpet needed a shampoo. The only plus was a very engaging staff. I have pics but it's not taking my upload.

When we checked in the elevator broke. Our room was on the 4th floor. The maintenance man did a great job of fixing it quickly. When we got into our room, my husband plugged a lamp in that was unplugged and it shorted out all the electricity. The maintenance man could not fix it, so they gave us a different room. Unfortunately they didn’t have another room with a king size bed available. Mind you that we checked in late after 11pm, so we were tired from our trip. When we checked out the next morning, the elevator was broken again and my husband had to carry bags down from the 4th floor.

The elevator was out of order and we had a room on the third floor. We were not made aware of this when we were given our room assignment. My husband is a retired veteran and has knee and back issues and struggled greatly walking up to the third floor. He was too stubborn and did not feel like walking all the way to the front desk and/or bring attention to himself.
Also, we were asked via text if there was anything that we wanted before our arrival, to which I had stated an earlier check-in time, which we were only looking for less than an hour, and were told we would be texted back regarding this, and no one had texted letting us either way.

It needs a deep clean in the public areas, and renovation all around. My room was soacious and clean, although very dated in furnishings and style. The refrigerator and microwave were very old. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff can learn to be more professional and pleasant… Also, this hotel staff stated they only have feather pillows which I am allergic to… I asked for foam pillows and although there were 2 we needed 4, yet they claimed they only have feather. Not accommodating at all…
We went to breakfast and took a bagel and it had mold on it… I immediately reported it and showed the attendant and she tried to make up an excuse and I had to show her and said no, this is moldy… no remorse or anything..,

We chose this property based on its location to RDU and despite the volume of planes taking off into the evening, the hotel remained relatively quiet. The pillows would be the only complaint only because they felt like bricks but other than that our stay was uneventful.

Stay was not what i expected, at check in i was told there keys weren't working to open room door. Basically everytime i left i has to go to use front entrance to go to desk to be let in my room. Management used a key card to let me in.

Pros: Cheap extended parking and a free breakfast with many cold and hot options.
Cons: Severely understaffed. No key cards. (Had to be let in my room by the master key.) First room smelled strongly of urine, but was able to relocate. Very out of date rooms, but serviceable.

Well where do i start? on the positive end the suite was pretty big , air conditioning works perfectly and breakfast is included . On the other hand , as soon as we get there we are informed key cards do not work and we will get one once they are up and running but judging by the reviews who knows when the last time they were able to make cards , so unfortunately everytime we left the room we had to wait for someone to open the door. Next , as soon as we got to the room there wad a STRONG sour smell , i assumed it was what they clean with but the smell was so horrible and embedded into the room that i had to literally by air freshener and lysol and drench the room every 15 minutes . After the 2nd day the smell finally calmed down and was bearable.One of the reasons i booked this hotel was for the free breakfast which wasnt the best but again you get what you pay for , and the pool which i had to read the reviews for to know the pool wasn’t running? wish we were notified of that before putting on our swimwear. Also our rooms weren’t cleaned once but that was expected due to the reviews, however , i was informed check out is at 11 and i received a text from the hotel asking what time slot i would like to check out and i chose 11 , about two hours later i hear loud noises coming from the living room and when i realized someone was in the room , the cleaning lady busted into the bed room and screamed “ oh my god” and it was only 10 am.

No handicapped parking close to the hotel, and the ones available some distance away were so few in number.
There’s no walkway or safe access to the vuilding from the parking spaces.
The check-in process took along given there was only one person at the front desk. Once checked-in, we were told that we couldn’t given the keys since the computer wasn’t working! For the entirety of our stay, we were not given keys, but had to request the staff to let us in… someone would walk with us and unlock the door for us. A few times, there was no one at the desk (presumably gone to open the door for another guest), and we had to wait until they came back. Overall, not a very good experience.

I was greeted with a smile and then was told that room key machine wasn't working. I was escorted upstairs to my room and told if I needed to leave my room, please go to the front desk and have someone open the door again. I was reassured that I would be safe. It was a nice clean room and they managed to deal with a difficult situation. I would stay again but hope to have a key next time!

The living experience at this hotel was terrible. I checked in on August 12 and I did not have room service until the day I check out8/15. No one told me when I checked in that there won’t be room service until the fourth day, but even for the fourth day I didn’t get any Room service more until the day I checked out 8/16. The pipe in the bathroom was broken and I could not take the shower but then neither room service nor the handyman is available. I complained to the front desk but so far I haven’t got any reply from the manager of the hotel, this is really really terrible . I I will never go to this hotel again cause I have never seen that. The service could be so intolerable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. The only drawback was lack of housekeeping service. We stayed 5 nights. Maybe that’s standard now, no cleaning until checkout and I just missed the memo. We did notice some people setting trash outside their door to be picked up.
We probably could have requested something if we really needed it. Thankfully there was an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

True value for the money. Nicely updated from lobby to room. Front desk was great when we discovered we didn’t have a tv remote. Maintenance was at the room in less than 5 minutes! We’ll be back!!!
