This is the best hotel I have stayed at tbh. I look forward to my regular visits. Rooms are comfortable, clean and feel like home. Beds are insanely cozy. In room nespresso machine is brilliant. Dog friendly enables me to travel confidently with my yorkie. Restaurant is delicious. Pool is perfect temp.

The ambiance was classic. The menu selections in the restaurant were kept to a minimum but were excellent and the service was exceptionally good. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel.

Hotel is beautiful Lovley impressive lobby and rooms . Staff at check in were rude and curt no bar or restaurant open on our arrival at 2030 told to order room service if we wanted something. Nothing nearby either . Check out girl was friendly

It is always a delight to stay at the Chateau. The staff are incredibly hospitable, attentive, and kind, which elevates the hotel experience to an exceptional level. It will undoubtedly remain my preferred choice of accommodation in the region.

Property was booked up so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Presidential suite which was beautiful and very well appointed. Rooms were immaculately clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was room service - we weren’t feeling great after a long day of moving our daughter into McGill and the restaurant was closed, so we ordered room service. Food was abysmal. For such a lovely property, it was a huge letdown. Fish was totally overcooked and tasteless; French fries we somehow soggy but also partially undercooked. We opted to not eat breakfast at the hotel based on the dinner the night before. Would definitely stay here again but would not recommend eating here.

It was one of the most prettiest hotels we’ve stayed in. It smelled like heaven from the moment you stepped foot inside. My kids had a wonderful time and loved it as well. The grounds were so beautiful and immaculately CLEAN! Staff was wonderful, helpful and super friendly. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Minor hiccups with storm, power outage, flooding, and boil water advisory but the hotel staff did an ace job of handling the challenges. We had a blissful weekend.

I visited the place on aug 14 2024 with two kids. Its an excellent property the staff is very nice friendly and professional. The place is beautiful and lot of things to do in the property it self. Such as Kayak, tennis, basketball cyclying. All in all a fun vacation destination

Front desk is nice, but don’t follow through on promises and if so, very delayed. Bring your on towels and sheets or the night will be over before you receive them. And when they know they are wrong, very little effort to reconcile the issue, thus all talk.

Every time we are in Montreal area we stay at the Chateau Vaudreaul. The Rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfortable . It’s just a absolute beautiful Hotel/Resort.

The hotel, although beautiful, did not meet our expectations at all. While travelling with a child across country, you kind of expect to have a working TV to use with the advertised feature of Chromecast. Two TVs and neither worked for streaming. The queen sofa bed has clearly not been used in years otherwise I don’t know how they’d keep that mattress. My son could not sleep in it. There were no sheets or extra pillows for use of the sofa bed. Three of us had to try and sleep in the bed. The outlets did not all work. The mini fridge was full of condensation and leaked every time you tried opening the door…. There were a few other things that did not sit well with us, but the bright spot was the staff. Front desk staff was great and very professional.

Went to the resort back in the last week of May. Beautiful and clean resort but the stay was disappointing. The tennis court was already netted but they said not open. But I called in before I booked and they said the tennis court was available. I even brought my equipment. Canoe and Kayak were not open either. So only thing to do is swimming. We ended up having to drive 15 minutes to the community tennis court to play.

The hotel doesnt accommodate for the guest to have reservations in the restaurant. Had to look around for a decent restaurant, because the one at the hotel was full. Pillows in the rooms had stains.

The hotel is beautifully located on the lake. The grounds are awesome. I have to say that everything around the hotel is beautifully kept. This was the third time I was in the hotel. This time I had a feeling that was something different. I stayed there for 2 nights from Thursday to Saturday. I have noticed the hotel was almost empty. I felt sorry for the hotel because it is a beautiful place. I was wondering why it was so empty? I think the hotel started to cut down on expenses. I didn't see any doorman welcoming the guests and somehow the atmosphere was not that welcoming. We have traveled from Burlington, Ontario there for my wife's birthday. Before coming to the hotel I sent them a note to make something special for my wife. When we arrived I was quite disappointed that not even a single flower or a few chocolate candies were left there for my wife. Usually when we stayed at similar hotels for the special occasion we got a bottle of champagne. I think the management would do good to take a trip to White Oaks Hotel in Niagara on the lake to see how they operate the business. How they make each and every guest to to feel special and appropriated. I am not sure if I come again to this hotel.

This is a gorgeous site on a quiet lake close to Vaudreuil and about 45 minutes from Montreal. The staff is really at your service. Easy parking. Great food!
