Our stay was great. We were traveling with 2 dogs and everyo e was very friendly. Breakfast was top notch.

It was great, we checked in late and got a late checkout with no issues. The maid knocked on our door at noon, which was expected. Overall, its a very clean and comfortable hotel.

Just needed a place to sleep on a cross-country trek. The hotel was fairly-priced and the accommodations were great for my needs.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The lady in the breakfast room was especially nice. The room adequate and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use a little TLC, and the refrigerator was a bit noisy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk clerk checking us in could have used some kindness and humor. The pool was cold. The rooms clean.

Nice little hotel in “downtown” Grand Island, which we were fortunate to be told about after showing up at the Comfort Suites and learning the latter was not pet friendly. Room was a little tight- not a lot of room for suitcases etc. Bathroom was a little dirty. Area around the property was pretty scruffy and the pet area was gross (people not picking up the poop). Breakfast was very limited. (It seemed like we were the only guests so maybe that was a factor?) But shower seemed pretty new and beds were comfy.

Stayed twice traveling to and from my family's home in South Dakota. Both times the staff were nice and the room was very clean which I greatly appreciated. I had no problem bringing my dog with me to this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staff was super helpful. Clean room. Sheets were a little rough. Breakfast was minimal pickings. Otherwise a great stay

The place could use some love. The chairs were stained and rather worn. The closet has one hinge was off. The pocket door catch was rounded out. The end of the shower handle was gone and unless you knew how to work that shower you would have no idea how to adjust the temperature. In general it was clean, but could use some maintenance. The breakfast area was very clean but the menu could use a little variety.

The property was nice. The breakfast was accommodating, however it was the exact same everyday. I think they could offer a better variety.

It was a quiet stay. Friendly staff. However the room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the hair dryer keep not working and also had makeup all over it. The hot tub was closed but the kids and us did enjoy the pool.

Room was decent. One of the two beds needed the mattress replaced. Appearance was pretty decent somewhat updated. The one really negative complaint would be the include breakfast was horrible....nasty powdered eggs everyday and not much of a selection of breakfast items to choose from.

Staff was great! We left a day early and they refunded us the one night even though they didn't have to. Room smelled musty and you could tell maybe the remodel was a little rushed. But over all great stay.

Honestly the most clean hotel we have been to so far and no bad oder. Everything is conveniently close and staff are very friendly and helpful!!

bathroom’s outdated and rooms smelled of sewage- not horrible but it was there. Water leak in the bathroom from the toilet. Hot tub was filled in with sand and not available. Staff was friendly and nice though

Good: Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was very good, easy access off the main street, ample parking, nicely decorated, plenty of hot water.
Bad: An old design, tiny bathroom with just a small round shower, noisy wall heater/AC unit, noisy overhead rooms & hallway, poor sound insulation, non-heated cold hallways, first room we were given had a black sticky substance all over the bathroom floor--manager apologized and gave us a different room, small bath towels, small TV, free-standing wardrobe instead of a closet, non-private wall pocket sliding bathroom door, wind & other noise could be heard coming through the bathroom vent.
Per night charge should be in the $90 range, not $133!

The room they put me in was dirty! The door frame around the bathroom door was rusted, the shower looked dirty, there was paint on the frame of the mirror, there was something black on the ceiling, I found a used card holder and napkins from a previous guest, and the chair in the room had a rather large white stain on the back side of the arm that also appeared to look like paint. The room I was in looked NOTHING like the rooms pictured! I will NEVER stay here again! Plus, the hot tub was filled with sand! Yes, SAND!
The only positive thing I will say about this place is the Hispanic front desk gal was extremely kind!
