Great staff and grounds. Stayed for a birthday. Only criticism would be the empty offer to provide a small birthday gesture in the room as a surprise for my partner. Wouldn’t be an issue at all but they made a point of doing something when they learned about the occasion. Brought it to the service desk’s attention on the last day of our stay. They apologized but said there was no note. Still nothing was ultimately done. Such a small thing that would not keep me from attending again.

Probably one of the most beautiful scenic hotels we've ever stayed at. The mineral pools were a dream! Comfortable, clean rooms and fantastic service. Would recommend 100%!

The Oak Bay Beach Hotel did not disappoint, the staff from top to bottom were excellent. The grounds, minerals pools are immaculate, our room was clean and spacious, we could have not had the vent outside rumbling all night but it was tolerable. Other than this one small issue we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We also went to the Boathouse Spa and enjoyed a couples massage again fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel / resort. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff was attentaive and accomdating. The mineral pools were great and pleasurw to use. Great beds that were super comforable. It is about a 15 minute ride to downtown Victoria and wejustbused an Uber. Its very friendly area to walk around with a harbour just around the corner.

Absolutely BREATHE TAKING! Staff goes above and beyond! The food at FARO was delicious. The mineral pools seem surreal. Spa services were relaxing and refreshing. I would give this property 10 stars if possible. The OAK BAY neighborhood feels like you are in a movie. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Excellent property for younger and middle age couples but the infrastructure is not well suited for elderly with disabilities. It's also very old. The best part of this hotel is the pool and spa facilities. King bed height is not suitable for a senior person who needs to wake up for bathroom breaks in the middle of the night, several times. It's too high. The bathroom area is too small and a walker doesn't fit in. The unit that is advertised to sleep 3-4 is really only suitable for 3 people and not 4. The Sofa bed is too small for 2 adults.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel was wonderful! All of the staff were very friendly, our room was spotless and large. We used the spa services as well as the pool which were great and there is even a dog who greets the guests at reception!

Oak Bay is an amazing unique property,with very high standards difficult to find in other resorts. The staff everywhere in the resort are hospitable and well trained to help guests in any way. The outdoor poolarea is superb with a fabulous ocean view, the pool water warm and inviting. The dining areas are wonderful.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. The service was amazing. Hotel bathroom has heated floors which are a nice touch. The adult only and mineral pools are an exrtra point in my book. At the snug we had a great time. The bar tender Simon was great entertainment and good conversation. Best chicken wings at the snug. I'm still thinking about them. I wish I could have stayed longer. The yellow lab concierge made me love this hotel even more. I would give it more stars if possible.

The view from the pools are great. Really glad we were able to use the pools being guests of the hotel. We didn’t think the food at the snug pub was that great but there isn’t anywhere nearby to eat. The rooms are really nice, amazing bath. We had a issue where we were charged twice for our checkout bill and I had to contact the hotel to clarify.
