Horrible experience from the time we got there to check in and the rooms were not ready and they told us by 3pm they would be ready, at 5:45 we were still trying to get checked into our rooms and everyone we talked to told us a different story. When we finally got into our rooms the blankets had blood on them and we had to call for new ones. The next morning we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they entered our room anyways. The last night we were there a guy got on the elevator when it opened (you have to use a key to access) he got off at our level and followed us and then proceeded to eat left over food outside everyone’s doors and tried getting into peoples rooms. Bad bad experience, we will never stay there again.

I guess times are tough. As a casino, NYNYhas decided live croupiers are largely unnecessary, so they have just a few, at least from 1pm to8pm. Waiting for a seat at the few tables that were staffed was a new experience. having forsaken humans, NYNY has given over most of the enormous floor space to ever more garish machines whose blaring cacophony of rings dings and clicks is a perfect soundtrack for hell on earth. Ok, that’s just generic casino. But the hotel internet is terrible, deliberately so I think to deprive those trying to flee by going to their rooms any diversion within. What about the TV you ask? Mine didn’t work. Calling the front desk means a recording, a long wait, and the background sounds of the roller coaster which continues into the wee hours, another reminder that the only way to escape the noise is to return to the casino floor, where that noise obliterates all others. Unsurprisingly, I developed a stomach ache. The remedy: some pepto tablets from one of the weird Casino bodegas. The price: $12.00. And the price to use the ATM: $12.00. So there is a symmetry to the ways NYNY outrageously rips you off. Again i know all this could be said about many places in Vegas. But NYNY in particular is especially dedicated to rewriting the maxim that the customer is always right. Their version: The customer is always to be wronged.

I loved everything except ridiculous Resort Fee. The pool was closed and I don't use hotel gyms. The room we rented was spacious. The closet had plenty of room. There was also a mini fridge . We loved the tub as it fits two people. Good water pressure. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet our floor was. The mattress was comfortable and housekeeping was fantastic. The casino downstairs had various dinners and cafes. We enjoyed breakfast at America. There is a rollercoaster and other attractions. Eataly is very close and has great food ( except pasta). We also enjoyed Fly Over located short work across the bridge

We booked this hotel early for a convention stay and had a non refundable booking. On our way in I checked rates which were lower than what we paid. Next time we may wait until last minute. The location was good and the hotel was very clean. Overall good choice.

Had a great stay there. The rooms have been refurbished and it was very comfortable - decent size, big bed and the bathroom was perfectly fine with a shower over the bath. Everything was clean and we saw plenty of staff out cleaning and servicing. It's obviously on the less exclusive end of offerings in Vegas but for a quick bite it was decent enough with enough choice for anyone. All the staff we encountered were great. Prices a little less than at some of the other casinos. All in all, it was a good stay and recommended for a bit of fun in Vegas but not at a crippling cost.

I used to love New York New York, was my favorite hotel. But now it's just too dark and feels old. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in another room and their room didn't seem clean. Had a can of alcoholic drink and a vape in the room when they got to their room. It's very noisey with the roller coaster.
