Our stay there was great the staff was nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The staff was so helpful. Check-in quick, breakfast was good and the whole hotel was clean, safe and comfortable.

The property is amazing in every way. The parking area felt safe although it was in an older shopping center. The lobby and adjacent areas are comfortable and welcoming with semi private seating areas. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and personable. Our room was spacious and spotless, beds comfortable, and all amenities provided. The morning breakfast was fresh and delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Our stay was fine. Was quite surprised there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Also, people were allowed to bang on walls and run up and down the halls. The smell of weed was quite overwhelming throughout the place.

Liked the hotel overall, room was nice size and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was to small you can’t close the door without standing beside the toilet.breakfast could have been better, more hot foods like biscuits and gravy or sausage. And we were woke at 4am to a fire alarm which was terrible very frightening and hard to go back to sleep after everything settled down

Property wasn't particularly outstanding, but it was in good shape and wasn't too dated. The room layout was a bit odd, but that may have been because we were in an accessible room. The staff was very friendly, competent, and efficient. The housekeeping staff was very deferential to guests, so much so that this was actually the one outstanding aspect of the stay. The breakfast was just OK in terms of selection and the mess wasn't being particularly well tended. This was actually the one aspect of the stay that was below expectation. It would not have been bad anywhere else, but it wasn't quite up to par with the rest of the location, both in terms of selection and cleanliness. Yes, the mess was because the guests are animals, but this is true everywhere and I've been to properties of approximately equal quality whose staff to stayed on top of things, so I know it's doable. Overall, I would stay again but the benny and a half I paid per night was pushing what it would be worth to me. I wouldn't go over that.

Room was spacious, clean, and staff were friendly. There was total of 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids, and really appreciated the layout of the hotel room. Would book again! 10/10 no complaints.

Overall we were happy with our stay! There were a couple spots on the carpet but that was the only thing we noticed. Very nice location, staff, breakfast. The pool wasn't open during our stay. We would return.

Received a nice greeting from the front desk staff upon arrival. The free breakdast was very good. We appreciated the grab bars in the shower/tub and the two sinks/mirrors in the room. Hotel was in a very convenient and safe location. However, housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day of our stay. Also, we asked for a wake-up call for two mornings and that never happened. The breakfast sitting area should have been larger. Overall, a good hotel.

Such a clean and beautiful hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in Memphis/Bartlett area and this has been the best one. Room was very clean and big. Staff was very friendly and even the complimentary breakfast was really good.

I really appreciated the comfortable beds, nice shower, clean and quiet hotel, and especially the safe area. It was a fairly short drive to St Francis hospital.

Sink was cracked, drain was broken- i had to fix it to drain water.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Room was large, clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very good with no lack due to the large number of people that was staying at the hotel. The hotel is located in a great shopping area; it was a buffet of shops. Would consider staying here again when we come to Memphis.

Strong smell of marajuana in lobby area when checking in that evening. Restroom very small-had very little room to close door in toilet/tub area. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, various options.
