The staff were friendly. When parking anytime over the weekend it was hard to find a spot, some people were parking on the grass. For there breakfast, it could use some work. The sausages were hard and the eggs were watery.

Lay over stay. Nice enough. Breakfast great. Only thing was wait for transfer to hotel was longer than expected 45 min after call. May have just been bad timing. Would stay again for pricw

1- we arrive at our room and the door was open. There was a half used open bottle of water. The shampoo and conditioner were half used. The shower water tap were useless and not working. It took me 30 minutes to put the water on and another ten to shut the water. Not to mention barely setting the water on a semi-cold temperature. The parking lot was packed, and when I asked the front desk, they said: park on the curb on the grass. Imagine going up a curb with a sedan.
This was not a pleasant stay at all and never coming back to this place.
Oh, the wall may have been built by cardboard, because all night were heard the entire conversations of our next door guests.

Wasn’t a bad hotel, however, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I was on the ground floor and on arrival date at 8:30 pm, I was asleep, and there was a loud knock on my door and a man yelling housekeeping. I had the do not disturb sign out. I had the inside lock in. I opened door a bit and they asked when I was checking out. I said I only arrived at 3 today. They apologized and said they made a mistake.

Upon arrival, my husband and I were met with an overwhelming smell of insecticide in the room. I contacted the receptionist, who unfortunately informed me that there were no other rooms available. As a result, I woke up with a severe headache and vomited. The hotel's cleaning supervisor from India confirmed the presence of a strong chemical smell. Hotels must prioritize their guests' well-being, especially given the length of my flight (15 hours) which was going to take place in the evening. The hotel's dated condition and high charges were also disappointing, especially considering the poor quality of their breakfast offerings and hotel condition.

Found the hotel to be somewhat renovated but poorly done. Bathroom still showed mold. HOWEVER beds were comfortable and the air conditioner actually worked.
Good breakfast as well and shuttle left on time.

We had a disappointing experience at the hotel.
First of all, we chose this hotel based on its reviews, but we did not receive any shuttle transfer service, which was inconvenient for our late flight arrival. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi.
Secondly, my children and I were assigned to a room that had bugs, particularly on one of the two beds, which forced my son to sleep on the floor. This was a very unpleasant experience for us.
Thirdly, there was no shuttle service operating between noon and 2 PM to the airport, so we had to pay for another taxi.

The hotel needs some upgrades… the bath in our room should be replaced the finish was coming off …

Stay wasn’t the best. Toilet in bathroom wasn’t working properly. Had to use the Toilet down the hall. Went to the front desk multiple times with nothing being done.

I checked in late close to midnight after driving for hours and when I used the toilet and flushed it, the water overflowed and flooded room 119 and even went to the hallway because it was overflowing continuously. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk but he was so busy that he had no time to close the valve in the bathroom. I immediately left the room as I did not want to step on the dirty water. It was just 5 minutes after I checked in and asked for a different room. The following day, I talked to the supervisor and instead of apologizing for what happened, she was somehow blaming me for the toilet. She said something like guests check out and then they check the room and then guests check in, and something happens to the room. I explained to her what happened, but she seemed disinterested and didn't care at all. There was a plumbing issue in that room when they checked it, but still no apology from the supervisor. Instead of facing me, she asked the front desk to explain everything to me. I asked for a refund for 1 night but she said she could only refund half. I am just wondering if this is how they treat their guests. The management should be aware of how their supervisors treat their guests. She is very unprofessional.

No shuttle to pick me up no one to answer my call front desk. Terrible. It cost me $50.00 to get to the hotel @ 11 pm. One hour wait at Pearson airport.

The hotel is run down, it was difficult to get four bath towels when there were four of us, there were always only two. There was a lot of dirt in the corridors. One night we had a mouse. inside our room eating our candy. We got a new room where the TV didn't work and we had to throw away all the candy.

What I didn't like was you have to access all the rooms through the main building and there is no assigned parking and it was a busy parking lot. This means we had to move our luggage a long way before we got to our room. Not fun after a long day of flying. Then the room had no shampoo and minimal towels. They probably would have fixed that but it was late and we were tired. The room and common areas appear clean, the ceiling in the shower needed repair.

Unfortunately not a lot of “quality” at the quality inn. It seems the hotel is under some renovations/updates as there were lots of “out of order” signs and plaster or unpainted areas around the hotel. The signage was confusing (two arrows in opposite positions pointing to ice machines that were actually in a laundry room far from the confusing signs) and sometimes hand written. The rooms were furnished nicely with new furniture. The flooring also looked nice but felt unfinished with a sawdust-like residue on the flooring and a slight uneven flooring in the doorway to the bathroom. The sink also drained very slowly and looked quite clogged. The staff were friendly and the shuttle was great. The sheets and linens were nice. Large mini fridge and microwave in the room. Overall quite poor quality, especially for the cost, but may be nice once updates are complete.

The shower in our room was not working even after asking to fix it no one came.
The sink water was not going through in our second room which was fixed next day. We tried to change room but the toilet flush was running continuously in the room they offered us.So didn't bothered changing rooms

Very affordable and location is great to the airport..the amenities worked out very well. I was very happy to have a fridge and microwave in my room. Overall great experience.

Where do I begin. If I could give this crappy hotel a 0 I would. Pickup from airport was over an hour wait after a day of travelling. We were told 25-30 mins. Had another family who called before us and we're still waiting almost 2 hours for pickup. Driver was very unpleasant at pickup. His driving was scary, could tell he was mad. Got to hotel to check in...oh guess what..'you don't have a reservation' showed her my confirmation # and ooh there it is but wait...your reservation expired 'yesterday at 11am'. Argue with her and she realizes she was wrong but wait...they gave our room away and all they can offer us is a king. We had 4 people and a king would not work. Well then we can offer you a king with a pullout. After arguing for a long time our family just needed to sleep so we had no option and took it. Got up to the room to find no extra bedding anywhere. Pull out the 'couch bed' and what do ya know, a naked mattress. Call down to have bed made...get handed a pile and he leaves so here I am paying $238 and I have to make my own bed. The door was unlatched when we walked in and no a/c on. It took FOREVER for the room to cool down. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The employees are very rude and could care less about you or your safety. Everything that happened was 'our fault'. Still waiting on the hotel manager to call us to rectify the situation. Pay a little more and stay somewhere reputable. Just google the reviews for this place. Never stay

The front desk staff on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday were very friendly and helpful, especially Jade, she helped a lot with trip planning. House keeping and kitchen/breakfast staff is very hard working and kind. Breakfast needs more hot options for vegetarians like potatoes or plant based choices. Shuttle service should be more frequent. Overall a great experience!
