Rooms were filthy, there were bed bugs

Beautiful view and location. Room was nice but bathroom was extremely outdated. Also could do without the carpet in the room which I’m not a fan of.

In all my years of travelling, this must be the worst hotel ever. we spent close to 650cdn for one night. This hotel as a renovated lobbies, but the rooms are at a level of a low Motel. we changed rooms twice, the valet at the doors were lounging on their phones, not helping people with the luggages, we stood there for 30m waiting for our second room. we found bugs in the room... it was so bad, we got up at 5:00am and just left. The staff at the front desk were friendly and did their best to help. Never felt so ripped off, this venue is way over priced for the quality of it's rooms

Very nice. Lovely waterfront location and convenient parking. Staff was great. You could walk to just about everything if you wanted to.

I really enjoyed my stay at Oyster Point. I am sorry that I couldn’t make a better review but after my husband walked around the room with white Sox on we were shocked to see the soles of the Sox were FILTHY. Please clean the rugs.

The view from our room was amazing and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Great staff all around.

This hotel was not worth 430 for the nite I Spend I have been in better hotels in nyc for less Bathrooms were terrible The bathroom door looked it was falling apart Tiles with pits in them , a toilet that took forever to flush And the shower was crap The food the pearl was not good , I had a house salad and that was not good To top it off I got a eye infection The next morning From the outside it looks good but not the inside

Have stayed here many times. Great location and solid hotel. Rooms are in dire need of updating though. So be prepared there. Food is excellent at Pearl restaurant on site.

We came to Red Bank to attend a performance at the Count Basie Performing Center. The hotel was within walking distance to the theater and downtown Red Bank with cute coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel bed was very comfortable with 9 pillows! They had a nice happy hour from 4-6 which we availed ourselves of! It’s located on the river and we had fantastic views of the river! I’d recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a great view of the river. The staff was friendly, though some at the front desk were more experienced than others. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had a small basic shower head with mediocre pressure. The lobby area was poorly air conditioned during a very hot week. The staff and food in the restaurant were very good.

It was very nice but it was pricier than their sister hotel next door.

Carpet was dirty. Staff was responsive and cleaned it. The AC was very noisy.

Desk staff were pleasant, cleaners did a great job, air con in the room was old and noisy, the rooms decor were dated. Lastly restaurant staff on Thursday and Friday were great, the ones on Saturday were terrible.

Restaurant food was terrible, service staff not trained well.

The view and the lobby were amazing. Location was also perfect for seeing a chow at PNC. We did not eat in the restaurant so I have no comment about that. The Bathroom could really use to be upgraded. Bath products should be environmentally conscious…. No single use items etc. also our air conditioner was very loud and barely kept the room cool. Still a nice stay and would return.
