We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The employees were helpful and extremely courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of the complimentary breakfast. The location was perfect; convenient to the busy downtown full of shops and restaurants.

Walking distance to downtown Jackson. A bit pricey for the "motel" experience. Another building for the tiny pool and hot tub closed for maintenance.

This hotel has been completely renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great jumping off point for locations around Jackson and the Tetons

For the price and as retun customers, its frustrating that they put us in the oldest, shabbiest part of the hotel rather than the newer section. Tile falling apart, carpets stained, beds old. The hotel is clean and continental breakfast is nice, but I expected better as returning customers and having booked 6 mos in advance.

A nice stay at this property. We were greeted by a friendly face after a long journey and found our room to be a lot better than we were expecting. Extremely comfortable bed and overall clean and well maintained bathroom. However we found the breakfast to be very mediocre. Upon checkout we asked if we could leave our bags with the property for the day while we explored the local parks. We got such a rude response from the man on the desk that we made other arrangements. Other than that though a very good stay.

Nice, clean hotel in downtown Jackson with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A really good breakfast was included in this hotel stay. Easy parking was a plus!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel is currently remodeling. The first room we stayed in had no hot water. We moved to another room and the water was like warm at best. We talked to the front desk the next morning and they said they would have maintenance look into it. When we inquired late that night our only option was to move to a lower value room. For the price, guests shouldn’t have to worry about hot water! There are construction crews all over. The pool is nasty looking.I contacted management after we left, missing each others calls so I filed a complaint with hotels.com. I was told that since we stayed 2 nights they would not help us. Save yourself the trouble and don’t stay here!

During our stay, there was considerable construction and renovation efforts taking place. We had been informed ahead of time that availability of certain rooms would be more limited than usual. Nevertheless, the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay here and the room itself was more than adequate for an overnight stay, relative to comfort and cleanliness. Location of the hotel is excellent, especially with respect to restaurant access and walkability to retail and other venues.

Attention to details! Check in seamless, chocolate chip cookies and variety of drinks in lobby. Room on ground floor, heated bathroom floors, comfortable beds. They are updating so construction around but not intruding on guests. Wonderful breakfast spread. Hotel close to square and shops. Spa was closed down.
Even housekeeping services but we declined. Enjoyable stay.

Nice large room with heated tile floors in bathroom. All the comforts of home. Breakfast was very good. Only negative was the fact that the hot tub was not working. Shuttle to airport was benefit.

We stayed here in the off-season between the end of ski season and the start of summer season. Perhaps not the best time to visit Jackson, as many things are closed, and a lot of maintenance is going on. There were a couple days where there was plenty of construction noise filtering into the room. The toilet and shower were in a separate room from the twin sinks....convenient when two people are trying to get ready for dinner. Room itself was quite big with smart considerations, like hooks by the door to hang stuff ( it is a ski town, so this is logical). Breakfast was above average, but the amount of seating would be insufficient if we were there in the middle of ski/summer season. There is a conference room elsewhere to handle the overflow. Location was convenient to dining establishments (Give Bin 22 a try), only a short walk to downtown. It is also a very short drive to Grand Teton National Park.
We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the Rockwell Inn to other travelers.

We love staying at the Lexington after working long hours and are too tired to go home. We've stayed at many hotels in Jackson, this is one of our two favorites to rest. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They have the most comfortable beds as well as the best breakfast in town. Thank you!

Good check in. Friendly front desk. Morning front desk was amazing. Bathroom floor heating did not work. Forgot to tell front desk. Beds were comfortable. TV worked fine. Shower good. Housekeeping nice and friendly. No breakfast due to construction in breakfast area even though website said breakfast included. Bummed about that. Website needs to be updated about that. That's one of the reasons we chose that hotel. Over all, good place.

Mostly good but had we known that they were doing renovations on hotel we would have got another hotel. So best to check state of renovations before you book there.

Everything was great except the pool/hot tub were closed my entire stay due to maintenance. This may have been unexpected work, but it was unfortunate as it would have been nice to sit in there after skiing.

Pleasant 1-night stay. Room was clean and roomy. Parking lot near our room was all full so we had to walk a little from other side of the icy parking lot with our bags. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance but may not have used them anyway because they were in another building. Breakfast in the main building was decent.

We found ourselves on an unexpected overnight stay in Jackson after road conditions prevented us from getting home to north Wyoming. I found this gem on the app and booked within minutes. We just needed a bed and a shower, so we were able to save money by snagging the compact room option. It would have been a bit tight for a longer stay, but for one night, it was perfect. It was also on the second floor tucked away in the corner, so it was relatively quiet. We were also walking distance to dinner and breakfast, which made life simple. Parking is free, although we did have a trailer with us that that couldn’t accommodate. The management were less than helpful in providing guidance as to where we might be able to park without getting a ticket. (You cannot park overnight on the streets in Jackson.) Thankfully, the Sheriff’s Office came to our rescue and provided assistance regarding that little (big) dilemma.

Affordable for the area. Booked the day off. Parking is limited and there is no street parking during winter. There was active construction going I was not aware of which made it very noisy

Everything about the property is wonderful! I gave it 4 stars because there wasn’t a hint of a smile or welcome from the gentleman at check-in. Very nice location, though, and definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel, staff were all great, the included breakfast was great and time saver, the shuttles from and to the airport and to and from Teton Village was one less thing to think about. Location is great being two blocks from town square. Would happily stay there again.

We loved our stay! Everything was walking distance from the hotel, staff were so nice, very clean, free cookies and breakfast! Parking on site right next to our room, and we had heated floors in our bathroom! About a 22 minute drive to Jackson hole resort! Will definitely stay here again.

This is the best experience I’ve had with a hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, they helped us find things to do because we were there for about a week and we had no idea what to do. Amazing breakfast every morning with lovely people helping, it was a phenomenal experience. Don’t have one bad thing to say about it.

Very nice rooms. Visited in February. Room was on the second floor with two flights of outside stairs to get to rooms. They were not cleaned of ice the entire stay. I was very worried of falling especially when carrying luggage. Also, I parked under the canopy as one does when checking in and was rudely told that I was in the way by the man driving the shuttle. He said I needed to pull forward. I said I was leaving as soon as I gave the receptionist my plate number. He informed me it was too late, he already parked. ? Very rude. He did not ask others to move their car after I left and they did not pull forward either. He had plenty of room around the canopy to drive and parked just fine. Weird.

Second time staying here and love this place. It’s an upscale hotel/motel with many amenities, hot tub, pool, parking, breakfast and very friendly staff! Make sure to stay two nights as they switch bacon and sausage every other morning. Meaning, bacon isn’t available every morning, which not having bacon every day can throw off your skiing balance hucking corbets!

Staff at front desk was rude and did not care one bit about our situation. Asked for an hour or 2 past 11 since our flight had been delayed till late in the afternoon and they would not let us even though they definitely were not even close to full. Place is outdated and they didn't bother to tell us that the second floor was under complete construction and smelled of paint the whole 8 days we were there. Also the breakfast buffet is not much and equal to a motel 6 or something like that and they are much cheaper. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area.
