There was a cat crying for 4-5 hours in the next room, which was very loud and had to go get front desk clerk to handle it

Front desk was very friendly and gave us a room where I didn’t have to walk far. I was there for hip replacement surgery. Room was clean, updated, quiet and roomy. Only downside was the bed. The pillow top mattress was not comfortable. It needs to be replaced.

I didnt like the smell of the cleaning products in the lobby and the room. Smelt like pinesol. I guess sign it was clean but stinky.

La Quinta was a very nice place to stay for the night. There is not one thing can complain about. Price was right for the area - not expensive, not cheap.

Normally, this hotel is excellent and we have stayed there half a dozen times. This experience was different in two prime areas: the condition of the bed was awfully lopsided/broken so much so that gaining any degree of comfort and being able to sleep well was impossible. Second, the breakfast seemed to have nobody running it or nobody restocking essential items such as eggs or the bacon/sausage/meat. The restocking problem was not a temporary thing either. Easily fifteen to twenty minutes elapsed while I was present and nothing was restocked and no staff checked, even though a number of patrons informed the front desk workers. All in all, this hotel demonstrated a lack of commitment to customer service and its traditional good habits and good equipment appear to be things of the past.

The front desk customer service was outstanding. The rooms were very very clean as well. Very reasonably priced.

Property is very old. They have renovated it, but it still needs lots of maintenance. Trash filled up outside and overflowing. Parking is difficult if checking in late. It appears some residents might live here. Walls are thin. We had couples arguing outside and in parking.

Superb hotel, complete with amazing staff. The hotel is super well equipped, the breakfast was perfect, and the overall facilities just perfect. It's also worth noting that the location in Flagstaff is perfect, very safe, quiet and just a pleasure to stay here. Will definitely book this hotel again.

The whole pumbling system needs work, the pipe were extremely loud, the water pressure is off/on and the water was cold took forever to get warm water. The beds were uncomfortable.

Everything was great except the bed matresses. They were extremely lumpy to the extreme and so uncomfortable we were unable to sleep through the night. Everything else was great but the bed was so awful that all the rest didnt do much to compensate for its lack. We will not ever stay at La Quinta again for that reason.

Everything was good overall. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other La Quintas I’ve stayed in and the breakfast was not great due to there being so many people all piled in the same place (waffles). It was hard to get food when you have a schedule to keep.

This is a beautiful property that has been beautifully redecorated! Check in easy, room was perfect, breakfast is included! Handy off I-40. We ate supper at Dennys nearby…shout out to Coby our server!!

Ive stayed here before on several occasions with my pup and it’s clean, conveniently located, and safe. Good amenities. My issue is with the room - I needed two beds for family sleeping for parents and one teenager. Well this property does NOT have rooms available with two queen beds only double beds. Awful sleep for parents in a double bed. Very disappointing. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere.

Outstanding property! Modern, clean, safe. My room was on the first floor and had a back door out to the courtyard and pool. Within walking distance to several restaurants. If I’m in Flagstaff again I will definitely be staying here again.
