Check in was quick and easy. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was PACKED. But that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast area could've used more places to put trash rather than having to walk all the across the room to throw away a butter container or empty creamer cup. Also with a room so small, maybe trays to transport breakfast back to the room?
Parking lot was well lit. And hotel felt safe.

The Days Inn in Neenah was good on all points, providing an economical place while attending to family at ThedaCare Hospital. Great coffee with several breakfast options, and good there's an elevator!

Everything was clean. It was quiet and the staff was great.

Staff was extremely awesome. The cleanliness was average at best. Shower had soap residue all over it and a bunch of minor defects with the room. Good enough for a night or two though

Too close to a freeway. Charge for only having a debit card, said it ciuld take 3-5 business days to credit the amount back to my account

There was a two way mirror in my room right across from the bed. The blankets were stained and dirty and the bathroom had hair in the shower. It was disgusting and I left immediately. The manager refused to refund my room. Don’t waste your money on this sketchy hotel, who knows what’s actually going on there.

I left my AirPods in the room and Matthew called me immediately so I could come back and get them. And all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked through hotels.com but was charged a different amount at hotel. Odd because my prior nights were less by 20 dollars.

Fiberglass in the pool made my kids all rashy and itchy and the staff was very rude and and tried to steal our deposit over a lost TV remote. We also had two wallets come up missing that happened to be found once the police came. Don't ever stay here.

Extremely expensive for very ordinary very base accommodations. Elevator entry on both levels was very dirty. Orange juice container labeled 100% orange juice had been refilled with Sunny D. (Surely a board of health violation?). Breakfast was very minimal, smallest possible coffee cups, only allowed one tiny yogurt no other proteins available.

Bed uncomfortable, doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 70s

The improvements they have made over the past year have been really great. The only thing that would improve the facility is if they added an exercise room. I walked both mornings out in the neighborhood and fell very safe - but we did have great weather.
