There was a cricket in my room and no refrigerator but generally it is a comfortable and cozy hotel connected to the airport.
4.3
We needed to stay near the airport for an early drive the next day. They were very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (A la carte or buffet).
4.3
The hotel already looks old. The furniture in the lobby is worn out, torn, uncomfortable, and old (you can feel the boards in some of the backrests). Cleanliness is not their strong suit; the power outlets used to be white, but now they are gray/black. The worst part is that they charge as if it were a luxury hotel, but it’s not. There are better options in the city. The only thing worth it is the proximity to the airport, but honestly, next time I’d rather pay for a taxi than stay here.
4.3
Convenient airport hotel for arriving late or departing early. Friendly staff. Breakfast overpriced as were some drinks at the bar

Overall it was a good 1 night stay. I didn’t have a view, kinda wish I did. I only had the noise of what I think was the parking lot since I often heard the squealing of the tires.
4.3
I stayed in the north tower, room 1167. The bed base has rollers the bed slides all over with the slighest pressure, very annoying.
There is a small water leak in the sink.
The emergency exits are not marked.
The thermostat does not work, the room was cold I turned the heat on and it did not work.
The pool and gym are not accesible from the north tower, if you want to use them you have to go down to the lobby go through two corridors and then take a second elevator to the eight floor.
Th ere is hardly any decoration in the room or hallway.
I won't stay in this hotel anymore unless I'm guaranteed a room in the south tower.

Ca,mino Real is the absolute best place to stay the night before and after an international flight from/to Mexico City. I love being there within minutes of arriving. The ETN drops me off directly at the hotel, direct from San Miguel de Allende. Flying in or out, it is an easy walk across the skybridge to decent restaurants, stores and of course flights. My favorite thing is the BEDS. They are incredibly comfortable and after 15 hours of flights from Europe or South Africa, which I do monthly, those beds feel like a miracle. I recommend the Camino Real to my clients and on my websites, visitsanmiguel.com and many others as well. If you are traveling and want a quick, reliable, comfy and close place to stay - look not further. This checks all the boxes (and no one has paid me to say this!) :)

The room was great, the only downfall was it was raining in Mexico city and the waa water leaks. We were on the 8th floor so we got to see the trash cans to collect the water
4.3
very good hotel for flying convenience. A bit pricey but convenient.

Service was wonderful. Got to the hotel in the morning, check in is at 3:00, but they upgraded us. So we could drop our luggage and freshen up to go out on our last night before our flight out of Mexico City. Executive club breakfast was great. Shuttle to airport a huge bonus. The rooms were just tired and walls were thin.
4.3
Don’t let them put you in the old hotel wing. The area and rooms are old, dingy and noisy. The chairs had nails poking up.
The lobby is quite nice and there are lots of dining options. English is very limited which made it difficult to order or figure out the shuttle but it is México. It won’t let me upload photos but I’ll try again.
4.3
Old hotel. Renovation is required.

I had a one night stay, I arrived almost in time for the buffet in one of their restaurants. Food still not up to the standards, some dishes thou. And the two little desserts I tried were terrible. I was rushed because they were picking up food from the buffet area, I guess the buffet service had ended. Something I was not told when I showed up to dine. Something I don’t appreciate. I didn’t shower the night of my arrival but I was ready to do so the next morning to catch an early flight. Surprise, the shower handle didn’t work so I couldn’t shower. I reported it in the front desk on my way out when I returned cardkey. Disappointed.

It was our first and probably last time staying in Camino Real. We have arrived at 1:30 am and called to the hotel for shuttle which we were told is offered 24/7. Shuttle was confirmed by the receptionist and after 2 hours of waiting we called taxi. Came to the hotel and asked while getting room and only think we got was cold " sorry". I'm usually not one to leave reviews but please don't offer something that you not fulfilling.
4.3
It was ok. Just for one night to avoid traffic to the airport.
It's a good enough alternative without it being anything special.
4.3
Loved the comfort of having tunnel directly to CDMX Int Airport Terminal1. Great service, very clean.

I didn't like the shower!!
4.3
It's a very nice hotel with all the comforts, especially for travelers. The only thing that can change for your guests is the high level of noise by other guests, more on the weekend. Please have a strong policy in place about this.
Thank you!

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, but it needs to be renovated. Hotel is convenient if you're traveling because its right next to airport.

1st room was slanted and 2nd room had a noisy AC fan.
4.3
I liked that it was close to the airport and that they had transportation to it.

I did not stay at this property because my flight was cancelled. I tried to cancel the stay through Expedia, but the property would not accept the cancellation, not provide a refund. I am completely disappointed because it was out of my control and yet there was no understanding of my circumstances. There is no way I can properly rate this property because I was not able to stay here.
4.3
Services and location good, a bit pricey.

Super

Very conveniently located. Helpful staff. Clean facilities

We like this hotel because it is next to the airport and it has a free shuttle to Terminal 2. It has a nice Buffet and clean towels and sheets. However, we didn't rate it 5 starts because the room we got on our way to the US, did not have an air extractor in the bathroom. On our way back from the US, we make sure we asked the front desk for a room with a air extractor in the bathroom, after the previous experience. They did gave us one with it but surprise!! it did not worked. We were so tired and arrived so late that we didn't want to be moved to another room, all we really wanted was to go to bed immediately.

Their restaurant options was really good and staff were friendly and willing to help.
Room air conditioning was not good, we were moved twice because it wasn't working and still was hot.
4.3
Only goid looking area in this hotel is the lobby the rest is old the rooms don’t have fridge and microwave found a condom wrap on floor as soon I opened the door the place need remodeling not worth the price they charge for this place, location is good if you don’t want to be far the airport , staff was very friendly!
