Shows a bar and a pool. Neither of them existed. I never even stayed we left. Our room was dirty, the furniture drawers wouldn’t stay shut because the furniture was messed up. The tv remote didn’t work. The elevator sounded like it was gonna break.

They need to upgrade their elevators. They are way to noisy and slow.

Our stay was average. The elevator up to our room was rickety. The coffee maker didn’t work. Shower sprayer was broken. Dog hair on the floor. Breakfast was good for three days. Price of room was reasonable.

Hotel was somewhat run-down. Carpets, bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was top notch. Desk personnel and breakfast supervisor were all great!

Clean with nice bed. All that I wanted.

My room had unfinished contruction, patched up holes in bathroom wall. Tv wasnt pluged in. Remote control didn’t work. Bed was broken innthe room we mived to. That tv remote back cover to the remote was gone. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Front desk.. Vanessa was awesome. Breakfast was good..plenty of options. Attendant for breakfast was very nice. Pool is very nice however, the pool area could definitely use some upkeep.

The rooms are horrible

The receptionist in the night. She was not pleasant.

It was horrible, no towels, elevators broken, no heat because the AC wouldn’t turn off.

Great service at check in, check out messed up the credit card. Noisy outside the window, 3rd floor.. The bathroom had mold on the lower walls and door

Property was acceptable and rooms were ok. Buttons for hot tub were missing but usable, and the bed was broken or dented in the middle and caused you to roll towards the center of the bed. Staff was made known of condition of room in the morning due to late check in.

2 things I need to address. 1 is the food. The hotel need better food section as well as a stove, oven and more cooks that can actually cook breakfast. All the pork meat and have to request turkey sausage. And microwaving the food really don’t taste good. Also need more turkey options as well. 2 the tv. I don’t understand what there is no better cable channels. The hotel goes on a satellite of you only get like 5-6 channels and they barely works. Suggestion, How about getting a smart tv. Just use streaming apps, and it’s cheaper. Or get cable, have hbo or something like it included. The hotel is making enough money to have these things. Otherwise I do enjoy my stay at Best Western

They close the pool 2 days after my arrival, when it was almost the weekend

The first room we walked into hadn't even been cleaned at 6pm. Dirty towels, bedding, it was gross. They didnt have another room for us so we had to leave and wait for it to be cleaned. We get back and they gave us a different room after all. The flooring was bad, there was black mold in the shower/bathroom. The clean towel had black mold on it. When they cleaned the room during the day, they didn't empty the trash or make the beds. Only took the dirty towels. For what we paid to stay here, i was very disappointed!

I booked my stay on line but it was for the next night. So I paid for a room they had for the evening but they did not cancel my following day’s reservation and they charged me for an extra nights stay. So I had to pay twice for the same room. If I wanted to pay that much I would have stayed in a nicer hotel. I appreciate the fact they could accommodate my “mistake” but then to charge me twice was a bit much

The rooms weren’t clean, it took a long time to check in, checking out, they stated that they couldn’t provide me a receipt for staying there…I had to get it from Expedia…. I never heard of such…..the breakfast food was horrible….a very bad experience….. I won’t stay there again 😡😡

The television and phone didn’t work in my room, but the staff was nice and the room was clean otherwise.

Well, checking in was whatever, not a bad experience- the mini-store by the front desk was surprisingly affordable. The room however was...odd. Two beds, but one was an actual mattress that was moderately comfortable, but the other felt like a totally different thing. It felt like it was just a box speing. And thats being nice. Very uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. But man, beds were awful.
