I’ve stayed here for years on business. It really starting to show it’s age and they are letting it run down. They only have two ice machines and NEITHER of them worked.

Room was not ready and the clerk was confusing me with her comments. The place is older and could use a facelift. It was ok.

Nice facility and peaceful

Very clean, quiet & spacious. Pillows, coffee and breakfast lacked alot, but we are coffee snobs and don't eat microwaved food.

Very dated, overall the room was clean. No elevators.

Location is good, facility is nice. Please upgrade the pillows for better comfort

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was in the area early and tried to check in as i was going to have my two little grand daughters that evening for a sleepover and thought it would make it easier to carry their things. The room was not ready yet, which was understandable...it was 2:30. So, I ran a few more errands and went back after 4:00. The room was still not ready!!! when we finally checked in I had my things and my grand daughters to CARRY UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The room was large buy very old and felt damp in the room. I turned on the fans to circulate the air but they would not stay on. The tub had lots of hot water once you realized it was totally backward from normal...hot water was as soon as you turned on the water not at the last. Thank goodness my grand daughter suggested trying the blowdryer before morning and sure enough...it didn't work. Oh, and lastly, when we went down to grab something for breakfast on Sunday morning before running to bible class, it was already closed at 9:00!!! most hotels on the weekends keep open the breakfast area until 10:00!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Noise from upstairs carried way past mid nite.

The property needs upgrades inside and outside, starting with the sign near the entrance to the property.

This was an average hotel. It is 2 story but has NO elevator. If you can’t walk up and down easily - or with your luggage - you are in trouble. I did not see this mentioned anywhere in the description of the property. Breakfast ran out about 8:30 on weekends and was not replenished.

I loved this hotel. One of my All time favorites.

It was nice and the room was quiet. They had no housekeeping unless it was scheduled

Friendly, helpful staff. Somewhat older that needs updating, but clean. Comfortable bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Nice, quiet, slightly dated facility, at a reasonable price with great eat out options within walking distance.

We had two rooms. We liked the price and enjoyed the hot tub. Someone used a card and opened our door at 2:00 am. That was scary. (Girls room was locked up. Boys did not think to use additional locks.)

Overall I’ve always enjoyed coming here. It’s pretty calm.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast eggs were too wet and there was no hot water at breakfast to make hot chocolate or oatmeal.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was a little weak but we have or own secure hotspot but everything else was good.

Love the balcony off our room! The big plus to the Ashmore is the people! From check- in, breakfast and checkout, everyone is so friendly!

Staff were polite, efficient and helpful which was nice after a busy day of traveling.

The staff here were so nice. Especially Manny at the front desk. Hotel is a lot older and outdated than I expected from the pictures. Has an old smell to it. Carpet in the room was dirty. If you walked on it in bare feet the bottom of my feet were black. The hallway outside our room had the same leaves tracked in from the outside for 3 days obviously no one vacuums the halls. Not that it bothered us but if you need towels or anything you have to go to the front desk to get it. No housekeeping unless it’s an extended stay per the sign at the front desk. Parking was easy. Continental breakfast was decent and appreciated. WiFi was good. Not a bad place, just not as clean as I expected. Walmart and restaurants are right there in the same parking lot.

Bedding is wonderful. Had a great night's sleep.

The price that I was quoted what not what they jad

When we arrived after a 6 hour drive, the receptionist/desk clerk was having an issue with the Expedia app and wasn't able to sign us in as the amount paid didn't match their room charge as I had used points. I got on the app and got an agent to assist the issue, but we had to go to dinner and then return to check in. The hotel clerk had to manually adjust their charge to get the whole thing to work out. The hotel had a sign out indicating they didn't have enough staff to provide constant service- is this by choice though? I don't know if I believe this is how it is. The breakfast buffet was fine. I was able to make a sausage biscuit and biscuits and gravy from some of their offerings. Waffle lovers have no concerns. :)

Room could use a thorough cleaning. My socks looked like I had been walking in dirt. No bath soap as I learned when I stepped into the shower. (which had mold). However, the hot tub looked clean and was working———big plus.

Great location, clean, front desk staff very friendly and even though we didnt use the pool, I like that it is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub!

The first night it was hard to sleep because it was so noisy with people running in the halls, etc. There was also no internet available which was quite upsetting.
