Driving across country and had to stop for a rest!! Our reservation was made last minute but was easy peasy!! Everyone was very nice and all charges were exactly what I expected! No surprises!

We quickly discovered the bed did not have a mattress pad. Asked the front desk multiple times for one but was told they don’t have any. How do you not have extra mattress pads? The bed was awful. Very hard, not comfortable at all. We will different lodging on our future trips to Eagle.

Old hotel. Renovation being done in piece meal fashion. Electrical connections are a concern: 3rd floor circuit breaker door was held shut with duct tape; sitting on the bed the nightstand lamp turned off. Lamp on the second nightstand was unplugged and impossible to reach the outlet to plug it in. Television was connected to a power strip. The recliner is well worn, must have been bought at a Salvation Army/Goodwill store. The coffee lids were too small for the provided cups. No shampoo, but conditioner and body wash were provided. These items were no name brands bought at a dollar store. The entire 3rd floor reeked of disinfectant. Washer washed clothes in hot water even though cool water was selected. The credit card reader for the dryer always had to be reset after use. Room access key stopped working before the 11 am checkout.

The challenge was I received an email the day b4 checking in to have me check in online including scanning pic ID and CC and was told just pick up your key at the desk. When I arrived I had to do it all over and was told that online service was useless as they never pass it onto hotel. Very bad!!

Really dated, clearly put no money into property. Door to parking lot did not close and lock properly, room on ground floor windows open all the way facing dark wooded area with a flimsy lock.

Travelled with 2 dogs, stayed in 1st floor near the exit. Very convenient. Breakfast in the morning. Easy parking. Odd check in with video chat. Great stay would stay again.

What a perfect place to stay for a multi night trip! The staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was very convenient. The pool was even toasty warm and the laundry area quick and easy to use. The biggest perk: it didnt break the bank!

A bit pricey, likely due to the location. The hotel was clean and the shower was great with an elevated head. It had no carpet which was a plus for a friend with allergies. The place is scuffed up a bit and the elevator made odd sounds and was not totally smooth.

The swimming pool was hotter than the jacuzzi (which was hot) jets in the jacuzzi didn't work. breakfast was the same every day. staff were courteous and helpful. view from 3rd floor was very nice.

When we arrived, there was no one actually behind the desk. We had to check in virtually at a kiosk, which I found strange and a little uncomfortable. The police were also called by a guest to deal with a disturbance. We were just needing a place to sleep for a few hours on our trip but were unable to sleep due to someone in the room above ours stomping around all night.

From the bizarre check in experience at a screen rather than a person, to the dirty, stained hand towel that greeted us in our tiny room, this was a substandard experience. Easily one of the worst rooms we've ever seen. Good thing we just needed sleep before getting on our way. Stay elsewhere.

The pool and hot tub were empty because of a broken pipe. We were traveling with two of our grandkids, ages 5 and 8, and they were really looking forward to swimming, so needless to say they were very disappointed. This hotel needs a lot of work. The furniture was all chipped and worn, the mattress was worn out, the shower had mold, and the sheets had what felt like sand in them like they’d been slept in before. For a $171.00 you expect a lot nicer place. I won’t be staying at Wyndham hotels again.

Lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe this place. The great coat of paint over the mold in the shower was a nice touch. Could hardly tell there was mold. The masking tape and plastic still attempting to protect the door frame from over spray still applied.The broken floor tiles in the elevator was a neat design. The shut down pool due to new paint was nice to hear. It must have mold to cover up too. Breakfast was picked over and not stocked. A worker would restock an item every 5 mins to encourage people to give up and leave. I was forced to give this place 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Steer clear of this place.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The guests in the room above me were loud and very inconsiderate of other patrons. It sounded like they were doing gymnastics with elephants late at night and into the early morning hours. I know you have little control over your guests, but more sound-proofing within the rooms would be very nice. Pond Rd is hard to find, so directions on the confirmation page would be most helpful!
