Room was great except the shower was very slow draining. All was very clean and up to date.

We checked in late in the evening and the guy at the desk was awesome. He helped with extra brankets and pillows, and showed me where the coffee was, which was available 24-7. He was super nice. The room was great, mini fridge and all. Pool was perfect

Overall it was great. . Very nice people, comfortable room. Breakfast was ok, passable but good. . Would certainly stay again.

We didn't have issues with the hotel itself so much, some maintenance improvements could definitely be made and cleanliness in the room wasn't an issue. The issue we had from late check in to breakfast the next morning was there were kids being allowed to just run freely and wild. I am a father of 3 so I get that kids will be kids but they can not be allowed to just run rampant.
Upon arrival there were children in the lobby at the coffee bar playing and making a mess drinking the creamer and just being wild. Sure, not my mess to clean but had I wanted a cup of coffee I would've bypassed and gone to the nearby gas station. We finally laid down around 11pm or so we were greeted with stopping from above as I can only assume the same kids were running wild on the second floor.
The next morning we went to breakfast and the kids from the lobby the night before were in the breakfast area again running wild and putting their hands in their mouths then strait into everything in their path on the breakfast line.
Not sure if these were children of guests or employees. I understand if they were guests children the staff is limited to controlling them but could/should be addressed directly with the parent and if they were employee children I get the potential issues and cost associated with childcare but reign them in when at a place of business

Breakfast was okay. No Hot but had a waffle maker. And breakfast sandwiches you could put in microwave.

The hotel staff was very loud late at night in the hallway outside of our first floor room. They were walking back and forth in the hall and speaking very loudly. We finally asked them to be quiet.
The bathroom ceiling and tub were dirty and in need of repair.
The cost of the room did not warrant the condition of the bathroom.

We were (not) greeted on arrival by a front desk clerk that acted as though it was an imposition to check us in. She was gruff and just plain rude. We saw the signs as we moved up to our guest room- too much air freshener to cover up the odors, dirt on the floors, a filthy elevator. A glance at the pool showed slime on the surface. Our guest room was no better- a dirty toilet seat, something running down the bathroom wall, grunge on the floors. If we had not been in a time pinch to attend my husband's uncle's celebration of life we certainly would have found a different hotel. DO NOT stay at this hotel!

I stayed here for 4 nights and was in a handicapped room. The bathroom had obvious water damage and when I used the shower I had to lay multiple towels down on the floor bc the water would run out of the shower due to no lip on the shower floor. It was very frustrating. Otherwise the stay was ok for the price. Overall cleanliness was fair.

Poor room cleanness, poor breakfast and same menu everyday. No goods store, no taxi shuttles or service in town. Hotel needs an update.

Needed overnight stay on our longer trip and decided to stop in the area. Only had a few hotels available and this one had best reviews. Front desk was very nice, easy check in, clean lobby. Seems like older hotel but clean. Cons: A big glob of hair on the bathroom floor by the tub, which wasn’t ours, but the floors are gray so maybe the cleaning crew didn’t see it? And there are no substantial blankets or comforters on the bed. (Just thin covers for our liking.. may be fine for others) Luckily we got 2 queen beds and only used one, so we pulled the additional cover off the other and doubled them up. Pros: it was easy access off highway, bed was comfortable, quiet (which I know can be attributed to the people staying, so we were lucky), shower had great pressure and very hot water. Was fine for what we needed!

I was here not even for 20 mins.. i got a deluxe studio king and there was stains on furniture, computer chair had grease marks, sink had something brown and stuck onto the turn on knob, couch was dusty as heck, and had a smell to it.. honestly leaving this review because i booked this based off of reviews.... got my refund but the photos and some reviews here im genuinely needing to put in my opinion as well.

There were cob webs in the room. Refrigerator and microwave were awesome. Rooms a little dated. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly. I left a tip because the lady on my floor was very accommodating.

Clean, safe, quiet place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Some furnishings are older and worn but fully functioning. Very soft towels which is unusual for a budget hotel.
