Clean and quiet. Peaceful stay.

This hotel is under construction currently and had a La Quinta sign even though my confirmation was under Baymont. So it was very confusing although the address was the same so I had to go in and ask, is this the right hotel? Would have been nice to have signage.

Their pool wasn’t available

The property was under construction. It was just dirty everywhere. There was no pool, no breakfast and loud construction. Pretty much nothing was available. If I would have known before booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. There were also a bunch of ants in my room.

The room was nice and clean but the rest of the property was under construction and kinda dirty.

Hotel was under renovation and construction did not clean up very well.

The whole building was under construction. It was after I had already paid that the front desk clerk verbally notified me that the pool isn’t working, the fitness room was under maintenance, no vending machines, and no ice. And the television in the room didn’t work either. I didn’t receive a refund or a discounted price for my stay for all of the inconvenience. Needless to say, my family and I didn’t have a nice stay and we will not be coming back to this hotel ever again.

Once we figured out that the hotel was actually opened and we got inside the stay was fine. The only side was clean out room was clean. I did not like that the flip lock was broken as a female staying with my daughter. Picture attached. Also your website says check out is 12p and they were very adamant that it was 11am. I wish I had taken a picture of the outside it is completely under construction so there is nothing indicating what the name of the hotel is. The only way I found out it was the correct one and that it was open was that I talked to the person at the desk of the Best Western next door.

One thing we did not like was that the pool was under construction. We specifically booked this hotel for that and getting notified that it was under construction was very disappointing. This should have been reflected on the website.

We booked our stay thinking that we could enjoy our down time in the pool, come to find out the pool has not been operational in over a year. We woke up to construction going on directly above our room at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday that was so loud it shook our room. To escape the earthquake, we decided to grab a bite at the "continental breakfast" that was available from 6-9. Turns out that it was a to-go continental breakfast of cold prepackaged bakery items, a granola bar, and orange juice. On top of all this, we didn't feel comfortable even having our blinds open because the construction workers had a latter right next to our window and could easily see into our room. Had I known what I know now, I would have booked a different hotel or just one night if nothing else was available.

Wasn’t told there was construction and was woken up to the construction. The pool wasnt in service and the staff seemed to not know what to do. There were ants in the room. Overall would not stay here again.

Nice staff

This place was under overall remodeling it should have been closed rooms should not have been on line for booking. Staff was slow in checking you in there was no breakfast or hot coffee in the lounge area. Chairs within the room was dirty. Little bugs were crawling around within the bathroom.

I booked this hotel for the pool just to find out that the whole hotel is being renovated from the inside out the air conditioning in the whole place was awful and the Continental breakfast turned out to be a sec months kind of thing. I was very upset but I know that I wouldn't get a refund so we stayed the bedroom is clean but this day was very uncomfortable

Room was clean and newly renovated. The property is under serious renovation so there is material stacked everywhere. But the 3rd floor is pretty much finished so once we were in the room it was nice.

They just went up on the price of the rooms but this pool, gym & ice machine are all out of commission how does that work?!

Loved the fact that it was very clean and neat and the price was right

I made 2 reservations not knowing what night we needed. Once it was determined, 2 of the 3 were canceled. Upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a room and it was showing canceled. I provided my booking confirmation and we still turned away. The hotel would not provide any proof our reservation was canceled.

Uprades are currently taking place. Professional staff.

The place was under construction and both the pool and fitness center were closed as a result. It would be nice for info like this to be available before booking rather than when you arrive onsite with your swim trunks excited about time t In the pool

They have the same breakfast which are muffin’s and loaf cake which was wet

The front desk and cleaning staff were super nice. The hotel is undergoing renovations which means a lot of the amenities were closed which was disappointing but overall it was okay

All the amenities were not available, the whole site was under construction, the 3rd floor was like a horror site, there was no breakfast but a bag of four muffins for each guest. There was mold in our coffee maker, and the dovet cover zipper was damaged. I have photos of it all but i dont have the option to upload it.

Room had bus in the bed and dirty tub

First off its not the hotel we booked, its under major construction. But the young lady at the desk was wonderful, our room was good the bed was very comfortable our only complaint is the bathroom the shower curtin rod was not holding up the curtins & it has a smell. Stayed here 2 nites.
