Very quaint and unique property. Originally two separate Victorian homes (1880) that have been blended into a seemles charming hotel. Complimentary breakfast had a nice assortment, rooms are very clean and well apointed. It's location is in the "quiet" part of Old Town so it is a bit of a walk to any action. We rented an eCart from A&M. The pool is salt water. Happy hour is from 3-5 at the cabana bar pool side.

We stayed 2 nights in the Jr. Suite. We were supposed to be a party of 3, but ended up with just two but it was nice to have the extra space. All employees were so kind & helpful. I found the breakfast to be good. Nice selection without getting too fancy. Fruit was great, so fresh. We did get a parking spot in the street. My personal tip is to try to arrive in KW around check out when people are leaving. You can walk around until your room is ready. We don't drive the car once we arrive. We walked the first day but it was a bit too much for me (having health issues with walking) and used Uber the rest of the time. Not too expensive. Didn't use the pool but it was super clean & the bathroom by the pool was actually air conditioned. I loved the little parakeets on the side of the building. Thank you for a great stay!

Good location, about a 10-minute walk to Duval Street. The room was small but clean. The price is high for the quality of the hotel, but this is typical for the area. I would consider staying here again.

If you are looking for a unique experience in Key West, this hotel complements any vacation plans seamlessly. The hotel itself is walking distance from all the sightseeing locations. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The room was meticulously cleaned and welcoming upon return from the day's activities. I had been extremely happy with my first stay here and am already planning on coming back for future stays.

First time staying here, brought my pup for his birthday, for a lil staycation!!! Absolutely loved this property!! Super cute, great price, very nice staff, a lil pool bar, with liquor for a great frozen marg!! Didn’t know it but they also had bikes on property to rent, 18bucks for 24hrs!! I have found my new spot in KW that’s pet friendly!! Love this place!!

For my two daugthers and ne was a beautifull stay. It is a local architectural hotel with the charm of the island. The staff was great. It is walking distance to the downtown. Very quiet and clean.

Great hotel. The room was exactly as in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious enough and was right by the pool. The AC in the room was also perfect since it’s very hot outside. The breakfast was adequate and the bar by the pool was a good touch. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from duval street but this was perfect as you are away from the noise when resting and can easily access duval street especially through their bike rentals. Worth every penny!

We had a room in the front of the property on the second floor. Was a quiet time of the year in late July. Near the pool it seemed more lively and noisy. Parking this time of year was no issue. Was a small room but served its purpose, clean and had what we needed. Would stay there again.

Cute rooming house vibes.its a walk to the entertainment area but still ok for 2 almost 60 year olds. They had a bar at the pool and an ok breakfast at the pool. Our room had it's own bathroom cause that is not always the case in these rooming houses. Parking was on the street and you may end up blocks from your room. But it was cute and just what key west should be

Excellent all around! Room was cute & clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. The front desk attendant told us that finding parking after a certain time in the evening is difficult, so we rented bicycles and rode to Duval during the day. One night (a Friday) we walked over to Duval after dinner and took an Uber back, which was under $9. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
