There was no hot water at all. Nobody warned about it, not even when I was checking in. I was later told that there would not be any hot water during my stay because of some repairs. I had to check out five days earlier and move to another hotel. Now, your hotel doesn’t even have the decency to refund these days. Hotels.com let me know that your hotel refused to refund.

Seeing the rating on hotel.com made me ok to pay more for the premium room and it was not a four star hotel. Room was older and sliding door was dirty and water stained. Bathroom wall paper was peeling off and shower head hardly worked. Beds were so uncomfortable. Was going to stay an additional night but decided no way.

The room smelled like it has been a smoking type room so I called front desk trying to change rooms and the lady wasn’t happy about it and kind of dry with her answers, at the end she ended up sending some kind of machine to help with the cigarette smell. Not really help so it was very bad sleeping there. Bathroom look like it had mold didn’t really look clean. Carpet super super dirty and all the furniture is very old and some are broken

I was surprised at the lack of updates, i.e., no elevator, lack of adequate outlets in rooms, Having only one person staffing the breakfast area created many inadequacies, i.e., many tables were dirty, curdled milk not replsced, empty food trays not replaced. Food very bland.

Not bad considering the age of the property. Pool was gorgeous and not overrun by people or kids. Very convenient location. Check in and out was efficient but not terribly friendly. Internet was a little spotty, some days it was good enough for video conferencing, other days barely sent emails. The restaurant service was great, limited menu but food was pretty good. Comfortable bed and the place seemed clean.

The one thing that I've noticed every time I stay there is the lack of an elevator. As someone who has Parkinson's, it's a challenge to have to climb up and down the stairs in order to get to my room. The back doorway is also lacking a ramp for a wheelchair. I'm not sure what needs to happen in order for this hotel to comply with ADA requirements for proper handicap accessibility, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who has mentioned this issue.

The name of the hotel was different than red lion so that was confusing. The pool was only 3 feet deep, which was a huge disappointment. There were no elevators and it was quite a distance to haul luggage and everything up the stairs.

Under remodel, that’s understandable however, the fan for the bathroom sounded like a small engine and running. It was extremely loud again tolerable, the frustrating part was the smoke alarm kept going off. When I brought it to their attention, they just shrugged it off and said they will have maintenance take a look at it, that was disappointing. We did not sleep well

Exterior entryway door lock was broken. Allowing anybody to go in and out as a please. Rooms are very outdated smelled very musty and gross.

I had no issues with the hotel itself, i enjoyed my stay. Big room, very nice bed and tv. AC worked fantastic, and the bar was nice with good staff. My issue is parking outside, had multiple things stolen out of my truck in the parking lot. At check in i was told not to park out back at night. So i parked out from and still had stuff stolen. Parking lot lacks exterior illumination.

The overall appearence was average. When we arrived at 2pm the gargage receptical was overflowing with garbage and it wasn't emptied until the following day. The check in went well. There were 2 captain chairs in the lobby that were heavely soiled and filthy. There were several doors and gates in the pool area that wern't avaiable. The room was clean but not much room, onle one office type chair to sit in. And finally, the toilet in the bathroom would not stop running. One other quich mention was the breakfast was exactly the same for both days. The hostess was very pleasan but you would think it would be a liitle different each day. We have actually stayed here on several occasions but I doubt we will return.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many hotels. Although this hotel is adequate, it did not exceed my expectations. The front desk agent was less than friendly, did not mention when she gave me directions to my room that I would be passing through a construction zone. Upon entering my room it smelled strongly of poop, in fact I checked the toilet to see if someone hadn't flushed. It is conveniently located close to many dining and shopping options and is easy to get in and out of in terms of parking.

Our room was clean despite the furniture, carpet, doors, pretty much everything, being in poor condition. The bar and restaurant do not have working air conditioning. The staff said it had been that way for a while and were expecting it to be repaired in October. We ordered a club sandwich in the bar and it looked and tasted like a five year old made it. The worse sandwich I’ve ever been served. The grounds were mostly over grown and dry but the grass was nicely cut and cared for. It was an interesting stay. Honestly I would stay there again but now I know what to expect. The staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely nice.

Dark hallways and property under construction made walking through the hotel kinda spooky. I’m not sure why the hallways were so dark. The carpet had stains and rooms definitely need remodeled. Bed was comfortable and clean. Our stay was very quite. Front desk seemed a little standoffish and defensive when inquiring about items on my bill. Not terrible but you definitely get what you pay for here. I probably wouldn’t stay here again as I think I could get something a little nicer for the price.
