The hotel was under construction at the time. That was not in the notice I received when I made the reservation last week. We did not have enough linens in the room. The sink was backed up and unpleasant to use. The room was marginally cleaned. The betting sheets were thin and came apart easily. The TV didn’t work. It may not have been plugged in, but it was just one of many things that did not go well. If I known the hotel was under construction, I would not have reserved a room there. I was disappointed. The staff was trying to be accommodating, but when I asked for extra towels, we got a handful of medium-size hand towels, and no regular bath towels.

The service was very bad and this is the first time i see a hotel asking their guests for $100 deposit fee And there is no breakfast included even the coffe machine it looks like it its been there for a Decades of time Plus the bed is terrible its not even comfortable I am not coming back

Terrible service, hotel under construction. They had double booked the room, i walked in on someone in the middle of getting in the shower smh. Still haven't received my refund.

Room (101) Not kept up at all, big gap in door at the bottom (could see light from lobby), horrible yellow lighting in bathroom, room smelled of Lysol, stains on bathroom floor, bed sheets had burned marks, bathroom wallpaper was coming off in a major way in several places, walls had writing on them, check in area was a mess due to counter construction and the two ladies doing the check ins were both scattered, mattress was squeaky, chair in room has many stains on upholstery, etc. General feeling of being unsafe. Wouldn’t have stayed but I had no option with early flight.

Hotel is under extensive renovation though room offered was already renovated. No breakfast served despite confirmed in the booking.

This quality inn location is really bad, the front staff are very rude - additional the hotel is in repairs and construction - NO breakfasts at this time for that reason. The rooms are dirty and smell humid, bad experience in this stay

Transportation from airport and to airport, restaurants close by and quality of the service was great.

Our first room didnt have a curtain. The next one smoke detector was busted. We were told the facility is under renovations. The place was really bad. I’ll never stay there again

This is an economy hotel property. The rooms were dated but kept clean. The property is clean. Renovations and updates are underway and what’s done looks quite nice. It’s currently in process of updating. Thank you.

Do not stay at this property. The whole hotel smelled like pot, we were given a room key that opened a room that had another family it already in it and the price was way too high for a hotel of this quality

I will be requesting a refund. Due to flight delays, I did not arrive until 0600, expected to arrive at 0100 on 7/26/27. That actually was a BLESSING. The room: Dirty, dis-repair (sink cracked and leaking), toilet continue to 'run' or make sounds without stopping, paint literally peeling off the walls (mulitple areas of the room), cracked/chipped furniture, dusty, stains on carpeting (which looked a dog lived there), and the sheets were rumpled. There is NO WAY I would have slept in the bed or used the shower. I realize the renovation project is underway. This is not a safe, functional hotel. The staff were very kind and apologetic, but I will report this business to the appropriate regulatory authorities as well. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY it would pass any type of health inspection.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice. We had a problem with our room and he provided another room. He made the experience great. Beds were very comfortable too! Wish the website was more up to date. Website noted free breakfast but due to renovations there was none. Parking needs to be approved as well.

Fire alarm was malfunctioning. Renovation has been ongoing for 4 years. Ice machines were intermittently in operative. Staff was nice given the poor work conditions

This hotel is very close to the airport so location is great. They also have free parking. The facility is old and some rooms smell of cigarette smoke. They are doing renovations so they have some rooms that are newer. They are currently not serving the complimentary breakfast due to ongoing renovation. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a lamp in my room that wouldn't turn on, well several actually. When I looked in the one on the desk it was filled with trash-not my trash. The trim was crumbling, the wall paper was peeling, stains on the walls, if i had not missed my flight I would never have stayed!

Room was filthy. Everything sticky. Trash in room. Noise all around me that I couldn’t identify.

No breakfast on property … they have ongoing maintenance and the rooms are in terrible shape would not recommend to stay there

Didn’t like that the bathtub didn’t work and the toilet flush was weak/ ineffective initially. The bathroom door also had a hole in it.

Advertised as breakfast included and charge includes all taxed and fees, no breakfast was offered and had to pay airport fee.
