There was not nearly enough drawers or closet space. The sliding door between closet and bathroom makes no sense because you can’t be using closet and opening the door to the bathroom at same time without bumping into the other person. There is no coffee or tea available in the room. Room was clean and we had nice view.

We left Mandalay Bay to be closer to the strip. Park was close, though behind other buildings, and affordable (beware of $50/night resort fees added). We had 1.5hrs to check in and get ready for a dinner, as we had just came from a wedding at the Grand Canyon. When we arrived, we checked in rather quickly and went up to the room. The keys didnt work. I called customer service, hoping they could fix it. After about 5 minutes, my wife decided she would just walk down while I watched the luggage. 15min later (while still on hold with the front desk) she came back to say they had given us the wrong room number. The room was kinda disappointing. The "art" was mismatched retro-chic framed pictures that didnt look good alone or together, the wall paper was peeling at the seams in the bathroom, and the curtain was broken and couldn't be raised more than 1ft (I ended up fixing it with my tools). Went to grab waters and the vending machine was off and since your key wont let you go to another floor, options were $8 drinks from downstairs. I told them about the machine and was told it would be fixed but 2 days later, it still was off. The room also smelled like stale smoke according to my pregnant wife and tho the sheets were clean, they had a big stain on em. Plus someone kept banging on our walls at 4AM, waking us. All in all, we had bad luck with the room I think, and the hotel (and staff) were pretty nice, but after coming from Mandalay, which was cheaper, I was very disappointed.

This was our first time at this MGM property (Park MGM). We stayed at the MGM Grand back in September. The Park MGM is a beautiful property. We were on the 29th floor with a view of the strip. When we got off the elevator on our floor I felt like I was transported back to another time. The furnishings were warm and in velvet jeweled colored. Our room was super clean, amazing bathroom and the shower head....best shower ever! The bed was super comfortable (slept better than ever) and the room so quiet. A truly great experience and a great hotel.

Overall enjoyed my stay at the Park MGM. Would recommend avoiding an adjoining room- you can hear your neighbors next door as if they were in the room with you, the doors are so thin. Got moved to a different room that wasn’t adjoining (very quickly which was appreciated) but the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (trash still in trash cans, dark hairs all over the bathroom and some on the beds). Casinos are non-smoking which is nice, excellent dining options within the hotel and within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Locals Staycation.. paid wayyyy to much for what its worth. Super overpriced. High parking fees AND resort fees. The extra fees are insane and the room cost is insane for how blah the rooms are Cons.. wooden table has been worn and should be junked and replaced, the bed mattress was sunk in from excessive wear so that led to restless nights sleep, the cords were hanging out of the bottom of a black box mounted to the wall which was meant to disquise the cords so its broken, AC wouldn’t cool no matter what we set the thermostat to so if you like a cooler room to sleep, youre going to hate it. Shower dripped entire night The pros..bathroom was nice, the TV worked.. got 2 mini waters by the bed Now i remember why we havnt stayed here in years. The casino is nice and location is great for VGK games, but the rooms are horrible. We will NOT be back because they charge more then double what its worth in comparison to others here in town

Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, contemporary and very nice indeed. We were in vegas for a festival and we were very happy with our hotel choice as it felt a little bit calmer that others we walked through. The hotel is modern and well maintained, with good signage and lots of restaurants and bars. Primrose was especially good for a sit-down breakfast, otherwise Eatly/starbucks had coffee to go.

Better decoration and feel than MGM Grand for sure, so I am glad I booked this instead of where my conference took place. I like that the property is non-smoking, so you don't have to walk through that stench either in the hotel or casino sections. I do think the service was lacking, the registration desk seems to not wanting to provide service. The hotel tries to make you do everything via the phone/text, so it was disappointing to be charged a resort fee per night for such lackluster "credit." The room was nice with 2 queen beds as booked, the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was not bad.

$$$40 to park. 20 dollars per day. they dont inform you untell you leave the parking garage. then they tell you there are other places, not there, to park ....... so you get there day one its twenty, then leave day two another twenty ....... beds are very soft, saggy. Not many places to eat. rooms are very clean, very very sparse. Sort of a big white box and a bed. ... TV did not work.

One of my fave hotels. NO SMOKING!! Smaller than some. Restaurants range from fair to good. Nice breakfast place. Medium sized pool area well attended and furnished. Staff friendly and competent. Nice bars. Lots of quick food choices. Walls are a little thin.

hotel is really nice, lots of great food options but Starbucks is pretty packed in the AM. Was surprised to not have a dresser in our room and had an issue with housekeeping one day, walls are pretty thin but bed was comfortable and the black out shade was great

The customer service and cleaning crew were excellent. What i did not like was that if i wanted something, everything was extra charge. No refrigerator, no courtesy coffee or water and no hand soap in the restroom.

We visit Las Vegas often and liked the location this time. Photos were nice so we booked. The problem was with the very lowest beds. We even switched rooms from a king to two queens which were a little higher. Unfortunately we are older and had trouble getting out of the beds because of the height. We were told often people from other countries use this hotel and like lower beds.

Would be great to have a monorail stop at the resort. I was a bit misled in that information I got, showed there was a monorail stop, but it was referring to a smaller transport only between a couple locations.
