Let's see, the hotel has enormous potential, it is located in an excellent place. I love the hotel, but the problem is that it is more abandoned every year. They should work more on the presentation of the room and its bathrooms. The outdoor pool keeps losing tiles Let's see if they change anything in 2025

Weirdest breakfast buffet. All you can eat BUT everything behind windows and 1 person serving. No covid restrictions, nobody wearing masks even the person serving the buffet. Great view Room was ok not modern My duvet was dirty Overall ok

In the restaurant Las Brisas , for breakfast, lunch and dinner , is dirty because is full o birds and is poop in the chairs floor, I think this is terrible, every morning we need to check the chairs before set, is very sorry, because everything in the hotel was very not

We arrived at the hotel and spent 40 minutes to check in, something unpresentable and unprofessional. There was only one employee at the ffront desk checking in and another 5 checking out. According to the person who registered us, he gave as an excuse that there was a convention. Obviously none of that matters to me because the hotel is not paid for by any convention, I pay for it. All the people who wanted to register complained at the front desk. In any case, an employee cannot waste 20 minutes or more with each person who must register. Every year I visit this hotel and every time I see it more deteriorated, they are going to have to work hard to get it up. A pity because it is the most important hotel in Punta del Este.

O hotel de uma forma geral nos agradou bastante. O staff é simpático, o hotel muito limpo, é grandioso e está muito bem mantido. Os únicos pontos que não consideramos positivos foram os seguintes: café da manhã, falta de avisos sobre a reforma que está em andamento no hotel e não obtivemos as vantagens que foram prometidas como associado gold.

Muito confortável, os quartos são ótimos, boa roupa de cama, chuveiro bom, toalhas roupões. Única coisa que não gostamos foi o café da manhã que deixou a desejar, pois pelo preço da hospedagem a qualidade e variedade poderia ser bem melhor. O melhor atrativo do hotel é o serviço de spa e casino no mesmo prédio.

La anterior vez que me quede un desastre el servicio ,todo mal.decidí probar otra vez y la verdad muy Bueno!!!la vez anterior era el primer día q funcionó luego de estar cerrado por la pandemia meses,así q lo atribuyo a eso.esta vez por suerte me toco un cuarto sin remodelar,o sea como estaban desde q era conrad.Todo de una muy buena calidad,baño sin compartimentar,grande ,mini bar lleno,buena atención en todos lados.recomendable esta vez!felicitaciones!

Breakfast seems more from a 2 star hotel . Pool restaurant close Valet parking not offer . Restaurant service/ price terrible . I had stay here when it was a Conrad Hotel many years ago . Hopefully don’t need to come back for the next 10 . Now looks like a 2 star hotel that needs an upgrade .

The hotel rooms are very outdated, Old carpet and lots of humility in the room.. Bathtub dirty and old.. Breakfast was very disappointing... The only good part was the casino on premises and the beach across the street with chairs and umbrella service included.. The staff was also friendly but the hotel needs a overall makeover..

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. We booked 3 standard rooms and all were in very poor condition, old, stained sheets, and bathroom in very poor condition. The rooms smelled like sewage and we ended up having to pay extra to upgrade because the hotel offered no remedy to the smell unless we paid to upgrade. Even after upgrading, the showers flooded - I guess there are drainage issues in the hotel overall. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Realmente cuando me afilié al sitio de globaltickets.club y me ofrecieron quedarme en este hotel , no lo imaginé , Expedia me dio un precio muy especial y fue una sensación muy muy agradable , he leido comentarios que por ser muy grande el hotel no lo atienden bien pero en mi caso fue excelente la atención y la comida, sumado a sus bien cuidadas e impactantes instalaciones, sólo me queda por decir Gracias Enjoy Punta del Este, Gracias a Expedia por su siempre profesional reservación y gracias a las alertas de Globaltickets.club logré conocer la marivillosa Punta del Este en Uruguay

Nice enough hotel, it is in need of renovation. We had to call four times because we had no air conditioning. It was finally fixed two days before we were leaving......wouldn't run back to that hotel.

Hotel was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Food and drinks were rather expensive in hotel, but we ventured out into town, which is very safe and found many wonderful places to eat! I highly recommend staying here.
