Old property but the room seemed recently renovated. Very clean. Good value!

There were some people yelling in the room next door, the beds weren't made very well, and we had a few items of trash around the room. Overall, a decent sleep, but not one I'd consider revisiting for vacation.

Pool was down but management was amazing about it, room was comfy and clean, breakfast was amazing and had such a variety that would definitely come back

The room was very clean. The whole property looked great

The pool is closed, there were two buttons missing on the jacuzzi and the third did not work. There was a 9 inch x 6 inch smudge of dirt on the side of the jacuzzi. There were still beer caps on the floor from the party before us and the bed was poorly made looking like it had been slept in already. There is very loud road construction directly outside the building and it is on a major highway making it very loud. We also asked to book a second night out of necessity and though the building was empty they showed it was fully booked on Expedia and stated we would have to pay nearly double to book it through them instead. When called out on this "fully booked" status... despite an empty parking lot and the room showing available until I was physically attempting to book it, they finally admitted they were actually empty but claiming rooms were full due to cleaning staff issues. They are able to update available rooms at a click of a button, so they changed the room status while I stood there to attempt me to force me to pay double. I will say they have a great breakfast room, but that was the only saving grace.

Hotel was overall good for the price. Hot tub was down for maintenance and there was some areas that were not cleaned. There was previous persons drink still in fridge.

We had planned to spend family time on Sunday morning with our great nieces and nephews. Without notice, both the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenence. Lots of very sad kiddos and adults. We chose this hotel because of the pictures we saw of the pool and hot tub for a family wedding.

Didn't care to much for this place at all. Terrible workers.. continental breakfast they offered was very sad.. ran out of everything and was not at all what was supposed to be. Who manages this place?

There was never anyone at the front desk. Always had to ring a bell when you needed something. After a couple days of being here all you had to do was check outside... there they were outside smoking. Sickening. They were not friendly at all either, like they were being interrupted... Find someone who actually likes to work with people!

No problems with construction going on. Hot tub not working. Nice breakfast, just ran out of mix for waffle maker. Good job of keeping coffee/tea station in lobby full and rest of breakfast items were replenished timely. Nice stay.

We had an enjoyable stay, it was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The place is under construction, but that's positive. We would definitely stay again.

Complimentary breakfast food wasn't very warm and we thought the price was high for the conditions of the property

The room was recently remodeled, new paint. We rearranged the furniture to make it more comfortable to watch TV. No smoke detector. We needed help with the bedroom tv, and help came quickly even though near 10pm. Front desk coverage was spotty. Nothing outstanding about the breakfast. Coffee pretty bad. Clean laundry facility.

When we checked in we saw a sign that they were remodeling. We did not know that when we checked in. There were new mattresses scattered down the hallways. New furniture pcs were scattered down the hall way. Our window overlooked upholstered chairs piled on a patio and used mattresses sticking out of a shipping container. During the night a train came by the back of our hotel 2-300 feet from us and very loud. Woke us up and we live near railroad tracks at home this was louder and unexpected.

Super friendly staff, clean property, room was in great condition and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. I’d stay here again! Fantastic alternative to staying downtown.

Duluth inn and suites provided a suitable stay during our time in Duluth. I appreciate the fact that this property is taking the time renovate the facility. The first issue was that the room we were assigned was open and there were workers actively working in the room. The front desk worker was kind and helpful with getting us a different room. This new room led to our greatest concern, the fragility of the safety of the room. Upon our unpacking, our door was unlocked without our consent which left us with a sour taste throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room overall was okay, there were some questionable spots but the bed was good. In the bathroom, the bathroom was clean overall, only issue was the toilet malfunctioning. It failed to flush properly for the first night, then worked again the following day (thankfully we figured out it didn’t work before using it). The jacuzzi was fantastic, which was a good replacement to the hot tub in the pool facility that was closed under maintenance. I believe a great portion of these issues wouldn’t be a concern if the construction was complete, so I have high hopes for improvements after completion.

Going through a rebrand it appears, and was very impressed with the property. Excellent stay!
