Pros: Easy check-in, friendly service desk, convenient location. Cons: Website says they are pet friendly, but when booking on Hotels it does NOT mention they only have a FEW rooms that allow pets.

We arrived and were told there were no available rooms. I booked a room but despite being pet friendly, there are only specific rooms for pets and this option selection was not on the site. The room we were assigned was not one of the rooms identified for pets and none were available. No refund was available thru the hotel so now I’m trying to get refund from Expedia. I will never book this chain again. They were not helpful at all at finding an alternative solution and we were back on the road looking for another hotel to stay for the night.

The following items were not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. too The drain in the tub did not hold water. The drapes did not fit the window width, and the curtain was hanging off of the hooks from the top. The microwave started sparking when we were heating a cup of water and would have caught on fire if we weren’t watching. The room smelled like cat urine, and skunk from the neighbor smoking marijuana. The room is set up with the kitchen but there was absolutely nothing. I think it should already be equipped with the things you need for a kitchen. I had to go down and get a can opener to open a can and ended up having to go down twice to get a different can opener because it didn’t work. I finally had to bring the can down to the desk to have them open it for me. there was no service to our room for the week we were there. If we wanted new towels, we had to turn in our used towels at the front desk. we selected the hotel because it had no smoking policy for the whole property. It was very obvious that they were smoking inside the building. There are multiple signs at the entrance saying no smoking Within 100 feet. That was definitely not being enforced, and when my husband asked the manager, he told him they do not enforce it because it is not against the law to smoke. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The continental breakfast was a joke. Dogs barking continuously. I had to go to the desk for everything (dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, pots/pans, dish drainer, sponge to wash the dishes, dish soap, etc). They didn’t even ask to clean my room. I asked if someone could come up to get my trash and they wouldn’t even do that. Someone was smoking Marijuana every day. There were at least three no smoking signs at the main entrance and residents didn’t care saying it’s not against the law to smoke. When we asked the manager about it he said I can’t make them stop. I think they were also smoking in the rooms. The whole place had a horrible smell. I had to buy an air freshener for my room to even tolerate sleeping. The soap and complimentary shampoo was also useless. I would like a response to my comments and the main phone number for extended stay America so I can talk to them as well.

Room service didn’t come and clean anything until an hour before we needed to check out. We had to take out our own garbage and replace the garbage bags ourselves. Wasn’t expecting five star service from this place but I’ve been to worse looking hotels that were still able to take the trash out. Not blaming the hotel for the noise but the quiet hours are definitely not enforced/reminded.

We were honestly so uncomfortable and disgusted by our room. It felt so dirty. Something splattered all over the walls, microwave was disgusting, fridge was gross, floor was so dirty your feet turn black. Also, the tv didn’t work, nor did the lights or fan under the microwave. We paid way more on this hotel than it was worth…

The hotel is really bare-bones. No exercise room. No amenities in room as far as coffee maker or even lighting or places to sit. The “breakfast” offered was below minimal. This is, (at best)’ a place to sleep. We reserved a room with 1 king bed. We got 2 double beds.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and pleasant. The service was more of our issue. We booked a king room which was unavailable because they were short staffed in the housekeeping area. Because of this, they instead gave us a queen single room and then upcharged us for the difference. The younger receptionist was nice but was under trained.

Unkept, room was not very clean, no washcloths, no conditioner, no ice. There were suction cups that were keeping one of the dresser drawers closed.There was what we believe was a homeless person in the lobby with a fake baby. The whole hotel and room smelled bad. Another guest was leaving the same time we were and he said "this certainly was not the best choice of a hotel" which tells me we were not the only ones that were disappointed.Grab and go breakfast was disappointing. When we arrived, the check in person was working diligently trying to help us, and others, to get taken care of, with a positive attitude.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was nice for the price, but still left a little to be desired. The shower head in our room was a tad inconsistent and the water pressure was really strong (this might be a great thing for you!). The bed itself was fairly uncomfortable because it was so sturdy. This may be great for others, but I woke up a lot of overnight due to discomfort. There were plenty of amenities including wifi, a full kitchenette (that we didn't use) and a nice TV. Its proximity to the interstate was also very convenient as we finished a drive out the next morning. Overall, I'm not sure I would stay here again, but it's not because of the friendly staff or amenities offered.

Good deal for the price. However, I think a few things could improve. It is great to have a kitchen, but you could allow guests to borrow pans, cups, plates and utensils, because without them there is no use for a kitchen. Also, you could give an option of a paying for a continental breakfast.

We checked in but they didn’t have any rooms available with the number of beds we booked. We had to check into another location about 15 minutes away in Earth City. The second location didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. The vending machine also didn’t work and we had to request a refund through the vending machine company since the hotel doesn’t offer refunds.

To much stuff to write it was horrible. First night O arrived the elevator panel was dislodged exposing wires. I pushed it in place so nobody gets shocked. I get to the second floor and it stocked so bad like wet dog fur because it was raining and the place allows pets not to speak about the barking. From the broken remote control to the broken elevator day I left having to carry my luggage down two flights of stairs!!!!!

Kind and courteous staff. The bed was as hard as a rock and caused me back pain when I've never had back issues. The shower head barely put out any water. There was no hairdryer which I've never seen a hotel not have.
