I had stayed at another super 8 in aelington and it was horrinle so i was apprehensive about at this one. It was clean, nice, staff was frie dly and i felt safe. Definitely would go back.

I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one of them. While I expected for the room to smell of cigarettes because I asked for a smoking room I could tell that whoever “cleaned” the room, did not clean it well. There were several pieces of hair/wig/weave on and near the bed. I came there alone and researched before booking and it is decent looking pictures and decent reviews. The bedding had burn holes all in it. The worst part about it all is a LOVELY note left behind by someone in the room on the back of a laminated tv guide I included the picture of it on the attachment. It is sick to leave something like that in a room and I don’t see how it was possible if it was being cleaned that whoever found that would be ok with leaving it there. I was alone and scared because of this note I found and was even willing to leave as soon as I got off the next day and did not stay the next I had paid for. This place is complete trash! Do NOT waste your money.

I checked into my room and found the room to be less than satisfactory. Overall, the general presentation of the room was met the bare minimum standards, but there were multiple areas that were just unacceptable. There were stains on most of the walls and there were brown/yellow droplets and stains on the overhead archway in the middle of the room. There were stains and dried liquids on the floor near the bed. Two of the bathroom towels had stains. One of them looked like a faint brown smear, though there was no odor. And one larger towel had some kind of blue/grey stain blotched all over it. On one of the walls was a dead bug that had been crushed against the wall and not cleaned off. Some of the drawers had random items, like food crums, a bunch or crumbled plastic bags, and what looked like some kind of tiny beads. The brown blanket under the top comforter had a very musty odor to it. It didn't smell clean. And neither did the top comforter. There was a lamp on the desk in the room that had the lamp wire wrapped all around the stem of them lamp which looked a bit unsightly. The phone in the room was missing several buttons, which I admit probably wasn't a big deal since I wasn't planning on using the phone. We all have cell phones, but even still. I took a shower and noticed a few medium roaches ran out of the shower drain and then crawled into some cracks in the bathroom. I ended up not even staying in the room and lodged with a friend. Lost my money. Not a good room.

Fi of all. I was expecting room to be cleaned and told that cleaning crew only worked on Mondays and Fridays. No towels in room and the phone in the room did not wk. no extra tp either. First time staying there and was very disappointed. For what I charged I think I didn’t get the what I get at other places I’ve stayed. Very disappointing.

The stay was okay but not a safe place at night! I would walk my dog late at night and the early morning 2 am and I would see drug activity, people partying outside of room, alcohol involved fighting!! Other than that, it’s okay to sleep and go!!

The first day we checked in had to clean the toilet. Was too tired to say anything. We stayed a total of 5 days. Then we had a huge distubance that ended in cops coming after 3 hours of being afraid to come out of my room. Spent the next day sleeping bc of this disturbance. Then there was cockroaches, and other bugs. I asked for corporate and they acted like they didnt have the number. Refused to tefund anything.

The only problems with the hotel were that in the room the sockets didn’t work? It was so difficult to plug one device and at this time it’s so necessary to have access to conect USBs to can charge electronic devices. Also the cleaning ladies took some personal items (threee toothbrushes, some cookies and a frisbee. We don’t know it they throw them away to the trash, but they only go to clean the room one day of the three that we stay in.

The overall experience was okay. We stayed with 2 children for 4 days. Breakfast was basically cereal and muffins plus coffee of course. The rooms and bedding were clean. The bad was that there was a roach in our microwave, the refrigerator STUNK. We used the pool but one day we complained there were bugs in the pool and there was not a net on site to retrieve the bugs so we could swim. The area had many places to eat and go grocery shopping.

Didn't get much customer service at the front desk but check- in was fast. I went to my room and was happy to smell heavy pinesol, so I immediately thought CLEAN! Only to discover shoe prints on the floor, weird stains on the pillow, hair and crumbs in the bathroom, so I'm not sure where they wiped with the pinesol! The small pool was nice and clean. I paid one hundred and twenty dollars after tax but the stay was worth seventy MAXIMUM. Possibly less but i wouldnt trust a hotel any cheaper than that!

My stay was horrible. It started off with the property trying to charge my card when I specifically chose to pay upon arrival. I called and the guy tried to tell me that’s their policy at check in time. I told him that wasn’t noted anywhere in my reservation. He then asked how long would it be before I arrived I told him about 30 mins to an hr and he said ok that’s fine. Check in went fine of course cause now they’re getting paid. The rooms are out dated and smelly. If you’re staying on the weekend…DON’T!! The don’t supply fresh towels or housekeeping on the weekends and this was never mentioned until I called the desk to ask for more. We had to check out and go to a family member’s house to shower. This was ridiculous after spending almost $200. I will never stay here again and don’t suggest anyone else to.

To start got put in handicap room smelt like weed in room all 3 nights. The shower head did not have a holder so had to hold wand the whole time. Being handicap I expected the hand held wand but also excepted some time holder. Almost zero water pressure was major issue. Added night to stay cause we were in baseball tournament annd advanced to finals. Asked to be moved to standard room sent us to second handicap room. Finally moved to standard room better situation but still low water pressure. Pool was good and good location but they need do some upgrades water system and watch the non smoking rooms

My husband is on a business trip and need a last mind stay. He said his stay was quite nice. No issues. I called from Amarillo ahead of time to let the front desk know that I would be checking in with him. They were prefectly okay with as long as there was a copy of my id.
