No point in giving a review. I have posted before on horrible conditions of a hotel in hopes of saving someone for a terrible situation and nothin was done and hotels.com still has them in the system

Bed Bugs!! I am completely dumbfounded as to how this property got such a high rating. The hotel exterior was concerning when we arrived. The check-in clerk looked bored and could not sufficiently answer my questions. Then we went to inspect the room and found an adult bed bug crawling under the pillow of one bed, and another adult bed bug on the top corner mattress. We left immediately. The hotel refuses to refund my money. Expedia could not help. We were left stranded, no hotel, hours from home, and no one offering to help. Awful treatment. Never again!

A/C did not work properly...appeared to have been preset and we weren't able to keep the room cool. Nasty conditions around the hotel. ..very poorly maintained. Room was standard....nothing fabulous. Breakfast was cheap bagels muffins yogurt or instant oatmeal. Don't stay here. There are much better options in town.

There was a 110 charge to my card the day before arrival. I figured I would just have to pay the balance when I arrived so I didn’t think anything of it. This is not the case, it is a 110 hold charge and you still have to pay the full balance when you arrive. The hold charge was to be refunded 3 business days later. Nothing in the booking said this was their policy. So you have to pay the full booking charge for your stay and a hold charge of 110. Wow. But the gentleman at the desk was nice and addressed issues we had in the room promptly. Yep

For the price, it was excellent. I needed to stay overnight close to the “Unto These Hill” drama since it ends at 10 pm. This was the least expensive option with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and quick breakfast. More than what I needed!

My room had a broken security past us pastchain for the door and a slow draining sink The room and property were very clean and quiet. We were leaving check in - a large deer and it's baby walked past us 6 feet away! 😍

Stay was good. However breakfast on second day lacked yogurt and fruit bars offered on the first day. In fairness, I didn’t ask them to see if there were more. Breakfast was pretty basic (no protein) but did have waffle machine.

The staff was wonderful. I couldn't believe how clean the entire property is. When we had any questions, we received courteous responses. When the AC unit wasn't putting out cold enough air, the manager came personally to check it. Within an hour we had a NEW unit installed in our toom. Will definitely be back.

Interesting place. One of the better options outside the casino. Our room started to smell like a kitchen was cooking all night long. Onions, Garlic etc.. from 2AM to exactly 7AM. Front desk couldn't assist. Dont Think I will ever be staying here again.

The check in process was very easy and fast. However, I did request a 1st level room when booking the hotel online. Even though I know and understand it’s ONLY a “request” we were booked for the 2nd floor with no way of changing it to a 1st level room.

First I would like to say thank you on the great customer service and communication. Our plans changed very last minute and I needed a hotel in a few hours. We were 5 hrs away. I booked but had very limited cell service. The hotel attempted to call me
Serval times to make arrangements for a late check in. When I got service again he was very friendly gave me great instructions what to do for late check in. I arrived at 11:30pm and the rep was super friendly and prompt to check us in. Once we entered the room it was really hot! The ac had been completely turned off.. I get saving electric but at least set it to something half comfortable. We turned that baby on and took showers. It took about an hour and half to cool off. Room was very clean bed was very comfortable. They had breakfast which I didn’t see listed but we decided to sleep instead of eat. We would definitely stay again I just wish they would cool the room down a little before arrival.
