The room was very clean and recently renovated. I was surprised it was so nice, considering the great deal I got.

The only thing wrong was the soap and used wash cloth left in the shower. I would have liked the shower to be a bit hotter.

Was a great stay. No complaints.

Overall it was a good stay in a good location. A major issue was that we were not notified that the elevator was not in service. We had already checked in with our baggage cart full, standing at the elevator when we seen the sign. Neither of the 2 staff at checking advised us of the elevator situation. This is very poor customer service, No message to inform us the elevator was out of service during our online check in as well. The elevator was never working during our stay. We were messaged by the hotel to inform us of our request for adjoining rooms that we requested at the time of booking, but could not be accommodated. The front desk staff at checkin and checkout did not seem to be concerned about the elevator. This situation should have been rectified immediately! Both mornings of our stay the clerk at the front desk was very rude and cranky. Another smaller issue was the toaster in the breakfast room, it had to be unplugged at each use to get the toast out because the toast fell to the bottom. Surely such a simple appliance should have a back up.

Hallways had a smell and carpet was dirty and stained through out hallways and stairs. Elevator not working. No facial tissues. 1 roll of toilet paper (no extra). 2 washcloths for 2 adults staying 2 nights. Bedspreads were holey like moths had chewed them. A piece of the laminate from the sink counter was missing.

I really had a bad taste in my mouth this trip when I was told we couldn’t have more than 2 towels even though we had 4 people in our room

Stayed 2 nights. No soap or lotion in room. Staff said "on backorder". No luggage cart available at checkout - we have physical limitations. Staff said they would help us then disappeared. Room so so.

The room had multiple drip stains on the walls and doors, the AC did not get cool, there was no soap to wash hands, and there were all sorts of disruptions and concerning behaviors from other guests.
