The satellite tv service did not work for our entire night. Called twiced to get it fixed. Maintenance showed up two hours later and did not speak English. Also, shower did not drain, I'm assuming clogged full of hair. How is it possible after it gets cleaned everyday, the cleaning crew does not report this?

Cat was exceptionally good at check in- she was kind and out going and made us feel welcome. Property is slightly outdated but other than that, it is perfect for a family. Great stay!

The place wasn’t horrible by any means. Walked in to a dirty counter top and faded marks on the couch furniture. The pool area was nice and well maintained.

Quick mountain getaway to ride bikes on the trail from Frisco to Dillon. We love this area and enjoyed walking around Breckenridge and having dinner downtown. We also enjoyed the hot tub on an off weekend so it wasn’t so crowded.

We chose this hotel for the location, it was right next to the Breckenridge Wine festival so we didn’t have to drive. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the room and beds were extremely comfortable. Our only issue was with the shower, it didn’t drain very well and had very low water pressure. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

A bit disappointed with not having A/C in the room that was available. Opening the window on the 2nd floor had a bunch of road noise so it was not pleasant at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Our room was very clean w/ plush carpet and comfy beds. No A/C-no worries, we had a fan and the cool mountain air flowing thru our room for a good night sleep. We left our curtains open and the view of the treetops and the sky were stunning. So many amenities, food choices, hot tub choices, 8 I believe. My hubby brought some delicious ice-cream out of nowhere to our hot tub. Plenty of room to do whatever you want to do. Close to town, walking for great exercise or you can take the free shuttle there & back if you choose. I don't think you can go wrong staying here. Will be coming back for a more extended stay.

This is a huge hotel. They only open a few of their buildings in the summertime for guests. Our building was a little far. When we first walked into our room, the bathroom was gross and the drain was out of the tub. You can see all gross drain scuzz. The vent had a sharp piece of metal sticking out. We complained to the front desk and they gave us a new room. Same building just a few rooms down. Same issue the plug was out of the tub and you can see the scuzzy drain guck. I had to convince my husband to put the drain back in so that the family didn’t have to look at it. The building is pretty old and dated. The beds had nice sheets, but it was sunken in. There was also no air conditioning in the units. They only offered a small fan to cool off the room. Apparently, in the winter time it gets really cold so they don’t need it. However, in the summertime they keep rooms at an even 72° and if you want it cooler, you have turn on the electric fan they give you in the closet I think this place does well in the winter time. They had their own restaurant/coffee shop/bar. We didn’t eat either one of them. There are more better food options outside the hotel and in town that were more healthier and more affordable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Checking in our room wasn't ready! Baron Turkey was very helpful showing us the hotel and amenities. When the room was ready it was not the room we were assigned. Baron went back to the desk and found out what room we had. The remainder of the stay was great! Your elevator system is a little confusing!

The location is wonderful, situated just a bit off the main street but close enough to walk to all the local attractions. I especially loved the proximity to the trails and outdoor activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was fantastic; however, the hot tubs were always so busy that we never got a chance to use them.

Great location. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room was clean. Didn’t realize there was a $12 parking fee and no A/C. Had the fan on all night but wasn’t cool enough. Beds were old and uncomfortable.

This property is dated, and needs some upgrading. You can see wear around the heater and the furniture. The beds are comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, but the elevator went out during our stay and while we were only on the 3rd floor, with severe arthritis the climb was excrutiating.

Upon checkin we were alerted that there was a “leak” from the shower head and that maintenance would be coming to fix it. Was not a leak - the entire handle/knob for shower was off. Water had gathered in the shower and it could not be turned on or off. Called the front desk and again told someone would be right up. Maintenance didn’t show up until late morning the following day. Put the handle back on and told us they could not fix the drip because water to the building would need to be turned off. The drip was loud and constant - like Chinese water torture. We could not sleep. Left a night early just so we could get some sleep. Should never have rented out this room in this condition. Only reason this has any stars is based on location. We were here in summer, but during ski season I could see why this location would be nice. Shame on management for renting in this condition - AND - if this could truly not be fixed without turning off the water to the entire building, then the builders should be sued. Sorry - won’t be back.

We’ve stayed here many times but the second day, we were trying to nap and there workers on a cherry picker making a lot of noise (even with the windows closed) all day until 6pm. Not happy. The room was great.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Extremely bright light in doorway that you can not cover up and kept us awake all night. Alarm was set and woke everyone up 4 am once finally fell asleep. Nice atmosphere and kids like pools. Fairly clean. Pullout sofa had wood chips and toenails.
