On our first night of vacation, we stayed at Hotel Fernando III, the staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's location was great, and the area felt walkable and safe.
We enjoyed the rooftop bar; the wine selection was delicious, and my husband loved his sangria. Twinkle lights, fire pits, and heaters helped make the surroundings feel cozy. Also, the breakfast offered, although on the pricier side, offered an amazing amount of options, all fresh and delicious.
Just to note, my husband found the rooms to be very warm for late November and learned their ventilation system was done. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Fernando 111.
The hotel is less than 10mins walk away from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar and very handy for many cafes, restaurants and lots of interesting independent shops.
Our standard room was comfortable and spacious with a small balcony and a good sized bathroom.
The main sitting area near Reception is large and attractive with a fireplace at one end - ideal for meeting friends or sitting for a coffee.
The Terrace Bar on the top of the Hotel is lovely. With views across the City it is the perfect place to sit in the sun and relax with a drink or a meal.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning regime was also immaculate.

Lovely location in the historical area of Seville. Walked everywhere. Room was lovely except for how hot is was. Hotel staff kindly moved us to a different room where it was cooler. Air conditioning had been shut off for winter and it was very warm. Had a drink on the roof top which was very nice overlooking the city.

This hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, the central AC was not functioning during our stay due to unusually warm November weather, and the hotel couldn’t switch it back from heating mode. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this at check-in, which led to an uncomfortably warm room that didn’t cool down. On a positive note, the shower was impressive—spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating overall, but better communication about the AC situation would have improved the experience.

This is a fabulous hotel. Great location but most of all amazing staff. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace is lovely, rooms spacious and bed massive and comfy. Huge lounge. We weren’t thinking of going back to seville as we have been a few times but now we are thinking of going back just to stay in this lovely hotel again.

This was a very pleasant stay. The staff members were amazing, very helpful, and very cooperative. The hotel was always clean, and the room was serviced regularly. It had a prime location and we could walk everywhere from the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Sevilla again.

Everything was great about the property. Super clean, nicely appointed rooms with coffe and tea and water available in the rooms, perfect location in the heart of the old city. My only issue was that the lobby did not have seating available if you’re waiting. There was a large seating area to the side that was shut down for a party. So, if you needed to wait in the lobby or use the restrooms, no amenities were available. This was disappointing for a four star hotel.

The BEST hotel I have ever had the PLEASURE of staying in.
Staff are all so helpful and friendly, from reception to dining room to cleaners.
Staff are extremely approachable, and always always happy to help.
I asked to switch from a double to a twin bedded room. The staff were only too happy to oblige, and even wanted to carry my luggage between rooms.
In the breakfast room, after 2 days the staff anticipated my request for decaffeinated coffee and were offering to make it before I needed to ask.
And all was done with a smile.
It was a delight to stay here.

This hotel was fabulous! The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean with huge towels and great toiletries. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location couldn’t be better with lots of cafes minutes from the hotel. Easy walk to all sites such as the cathedral and Alcazar. You will not be disappointed.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Seville and enjoyed the hotel greatly. The rooms were clean and very nice and the hotel staff were very attentive as well. The breakfast was quite large with a lot of options - very nice treat. The only issue is if you are driving it's a bit difficult to drive to the hotel due to the very narrow streets - nail bitting for sure but the drive out was much easier.

If you are travelling to Seville this hotel is a must to stay at, it’s so central and within walking distance to all the sights. The staff were all exceptional and the hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
The rooms were well laid out and had fab air conditioning, this was needed as was up at 40degrees most days.
The breakfast was the best buffet with everything you could ask for and up at the rooftop pool there was also lovely food served there too and all at a reasonable price, cocktails 9 euros so good price and delicious.
We got a private taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was 40 euros return and about 20/30 mins depending on traffic. All in all would definitely recommend to family and friend to stay there.

This hotel is beyond amazing! It is located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood of Seville - 5 minutes walk from the Real Alcazar and Cathedral. The rooms are very nice, quiet and very comfortable. The terrace with pool is superb with views of the beautiful city. The restaurant is also excellent.
What really sets this hotel apart though is the staff! I unfortunately was sick during my stay and everyone was so kind and caring. I want to thank Luis, David and Minerva at the front desk who went beyond to help…I cannot say enough except look no further and book this hotel without hesitation.
