Room dirty pull out mattress had throw up on them microbe handle was broken but before all of this I moved rooms abt a good 5/6 times…we settled in for the night then someone tries to enter our room… THEY GAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE SAME ROOM AS US AND THEY WERE MAD IT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED
So I’m oretty sure their stay wasn’t as great either

Terrible experience! No pillows in room, door didn’t work to room, cockroaches in laundry room, noisy during the night and no one seemed to care that place is in horrible condition.

A Very Disappointing Experience
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. When I pulled up, there was a crowd of people outside, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. I had booked a deluxe, non-smoking studio, but was given a heavily smoked-in room with a damaged smoke detector hanging from its wiring. The room’s safety lock was broken, and I had to apply extra force just to get the door to close securely.
The condition of the room was far from acceptable. The desk had burn marks, the floor was unclean, and the entire space smelled heavily of cigarettes and other unpleasant odors. The towels did not appear fresh, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I requested a room change, but was informed that no other rooms were available. When I asked for a refund, both the hotel and Hotels.com declined, leaving me to cover the cost of another hotel for the week.
This was truly one of my worst experiences. I’m still pursuing a refund, and I won’t be using this hotel or Hotels.com again due to the lack of support and inadequate customer service.

The room was filthy I had no towels and they refused to bring me new ones I couldn’t close the bathroom door it had no handle the kitchen and bedroom was filthy the microwave was broken no coffee pot or kitchen utensils the tv in the bedroom had no remote so it couldn’t be used the bedroom door didn’t lock and to make matters worse the front desk had an after hours number that did not work

This establishment does not have a working number reachable by it's guests.
Booked the stay from NY could not get in contact with them. Was stranded and hadto rebook at another location further from my place of business.

I checked in late and maybe that’s why the rooms were so horrendous; however that doesn’t excuse the rooms functionality.
The first room I received, the light switch was broken and the tv didn’t work properly (that was room 138). The light switch was smashed into the wall. The tv remote wouldn’t work for the television and there was only access to the power button; so I couldn’t change channels or adjust the volume.
The second room I received, the lights were broken as well. (This is room 240). The light switch was in the on position when I walked in to a room that was only lit by moonlight cascading through the window. The refrigerator had a strange smell coming from it. The lamps in the room had no bulbs and were unplugged. The television didn’t work properly in this room either. The remote would power on the tv, switch inputs, and adjust the volume, but nothing else; and the tv was set to the home shopping network. I went to change my room again but the front desk was closed for the night. I ordered something to eat and drink before bed only to leave it for a short while and come back to a roach sitting in my cup.
There was smashed and busted make-up in the parking lot and trash alongside the curb to the street.
Definitely not the experience I expected from what is rated as a “good” inn to stay at. Getting rest was quite cumbersome due to the issues the location has. I had to go through my belongings and clothes just insure I didn’t have any additional passengers.

The toilet was filthy and stopped up. The room was filthy, all drawers had trash in them.the bathroom had dirty wet clothes and towels behind the door. trash and dirty bedding in the closet, standing dirty water in the dishwasher and dirty dishes too. I fell out of a broken chair and had to visit the ER and ended up with a sprain knee and left walking on a cane. The bath tub was filthy. Checked out the next day. I haven’t heard from anyone from that hotel yet even after reporting my incident and complaint to the front desk. I should be compensated and refunded for the night I spent there.

I couldn’t stay. No one could check us in. Throw up on the elevator. Girls twerking outside. People sitting on cars. I felt very unsafe had to go to another hotel.

No towels, no toilet paper, càrpet was filthy, floor was slippery/greasy. No blanket on bed. Walls were scratches and dirty. Did not look like it had been cleaned in a long while. I opened the freezer and there was black stuff all over inside. We came up to our room in the elevator but when we went back down to get our things from the car, noticed that some vomitted in that elevator. Bed sheets looked and smelled clean and we were exhausted. So we slept and left in the morning. Will not stay here again.

This place is absolutly filthy. The first room i was given was dirty. Like it hadnt been cleaned at all. The second room was tolerable. Dishwasher dirty. Smoke detector was on the kitchen counter and wires were hanging from the ceiling. Bugs were in the light fixtures.

My room was canceled after 6pm nobody mentioned this to me check in was at 4pm and I was coming in from out of state. A visitor was complaining of roaches on her cable box as I waiting at the receptionist desk. It wasn’t clean. A bunch of people hanging out in the front. The receptionist clothes was dirty he was unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Restrooms not clean bedroom super dirty I had to buy cleaning products to clean and mop the floors and scrub. The tub showerhead had mold has cigarette burns, and the walls look like someone put a hole in the wall, and the metal detector was took down. dishwasher look like it had mold in it And the people upfront thought nothing was wrong with the room and I discussed that the room was disgusting and they replaced me with a new room clearly, the second room was dirty as well and the TV did not work for the first one room And the second room it was just nasty so I went to Family Dollar to buy some cleaning supplies and a mop

Check in was fast and staff were nice but the hotel itself is a 1 star. When walking from your car, you are immediately greeted with a small crowd of people hanging out in lawn chairs and drinking in the parking lot. Then you enter the lobby... old run down and dirty. The room is exactly the same way AND while walking on the carpet in slides...i was bit on my foot 3x by God knows what?!? I did not stay the night...checked out after 2 hours.

Do not go here at all it’s soooo dirty everything was broken we left in 5mind we wanted a refund even the other customers was rude smell like weed trash everywhere it look like a transition rehab place with no funding i use to go here when it was candle wood it was nice just know ain’t no where ppl going here ppl look like they from mack and bewick i pulled up they were outside i knew they was gonna steal my car i told my daughter stay in the car the hold was unbelievable i called the customer services number and hotels .come going off beyond trifling we for sure was gonna get ate by bed bugs why this site make me reword this review or they won’t even pay it

There were not paper products in the room or bathroom, no coffee maker, the fire alarm was torn off the ceiling, the drawers were broken, the couch was really dirty but the staff were really nice!

🚫BEWARE!!!!🚫 STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!🚫I don't know where to began.... I frequent hotels often and this one was THE WORSE OF THE WORSE!!! I called in a week in advance to make sure I had a smart TV. The hotel manager "Chanel", guaranteed I would receive one. Well, upon arrival. I got the room 240. No smart TV. So I instantly went back down stairs to get a room with a smart TV (entire reason for booking room: chill & watch Netflix). I was put on hold and waited in lobby for an hour before second room was even looked for.....if room was not already paid for threw hotels.com I would of been left..... So finally I received room 341..... Still No Smart TV & FILTHY ASF!!! I had to go to family dollar to buy cleaning supplies to do the house keepers job (CLEAN IT).... THIS ROOM WAS MF DIRTY I CANT BELIEVE THEY RENT TO PEOPLE!!!! Then I see it's a transit motel 🙄. I had to go buy a Roku to watch the TV since no remote was in the room. I took all sort of pics....No one was at the front desk, its closed at night, 2nd floor was smoke filled due to cooking, out side was a party damn near, trash every where, elevator went down while I was there, prostitutes are definitely in full force, All the smoke detectors were removed and fire alarm clogged, no shower curtain in shower, and every other light worked in room😣( BIG SAFETY HAZARD) TONS OF VIOLATIONS!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN 20 YEARS OF GOIN TO HOTELS!!!!

Upon arrival to the hotel , the hotel parking lot was filled with trash. Patrons were hanging out in the parking lot.
The entryway was filthy. No one was at the concierge desk to greet us for about 5 minutes.
After finally receiving my room key, my family and I walked to our assigned room only to find it occupied.
After returning to the front desk , the attendant proceeded to assign two other rooms and they were booked as well.
The manager was called and the end result suggested was a refund.
I am currently waiting to receive my refund.
Unfortunately, when the Expedia representative called the hotel multiple times, no one answered.

Booked 3 nights but wasn’t even in room for five minutes before going and asking to be refunded because of how horrible the condition of the room was. They said they have to charge one night but would not charge the rest then two days later did. Was told $200 would be refunded but not the rest. Normally I wouldn’t complain but I travel A LOT and stay in hotels all the time some great and some not great but this was hands down the worst room I have ever been in. Pics when booking had to have been staged because every thing in that room was broken or disgusting. Have pictures to prove it! In brief no pillows/ac unit never cleaned/pictures on wall broke/cabinets broken and missing doors/patches all over walls/multiple lamps and they were all broken like they just store them there/hair all over/countertops disgusting never cleaned/toilet gross/sketchy people loitering everywhere/floor disgusting/missing lightbulbs/no towels and to top it off when we went to go get a refund we look at the door and of course it was missing the door handle so I had to grab this and try to open and finally got after a few minutes. Staff was ok but they also hardly ever answer the phone. Do not stay here. Hopefully we receive the full refund, after that room there is no reason we should pay anything at all.

Would not recommend, loud and noisy, lots of smoking in rooms and on property. Also a physical fight occurred right outside my room on the back parking lot. Lots of transient, people stay in this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was nice that's the only good thing I can say about this property.

Roaches, there was no washcloths and towels, I only came with two shot glasses and the coffee cup and silverware the TV was stuck on the entertainment television channel the whole time and I original room wouldn't open other than that everything else was okay

Where do I begin? The front desk agent was unpleasant and constantly checking her cell phone. After waiting in line several mins my room key didn't work and I had to go back to the front desk 4 times. The first time i went back down she reprogrammed the key and it still didn't work, I went down again then she came back up with me and reprogrammed the door and I finally entered the room and she left. Only to discover there were no towels and im dripping sweat from the heat and 2 trips down already. Also there was no bed cover, only a sheet was on the bed but i did not report this to the desk. I went down the third time to get towels only for the key to not work again and had to go down a 4th time to have her let me in again. There was no remote to the tv. Even though I hadn't had dinner and needed a beverage, I decided to stay in the room for the remainder of the night because I was so very frustrated at this point. I almost gave myself whiplash on the broken office chair, I sat down and as normal reached for the armrest, which is not visibly broken, and was slung towards the floor. There were stains on the leather chair that could've easily been wiped off. The only positive is that there have been some obvious recent updates in the furniture, cabinets and such.
