Nice room in big casino. There was no wifi access or complimentary breakfast, which I thought was part of the package. The wifi was a particular inconvenience.

The hotel is beautiful. The entire building was cold and there was only one working elevator. That was a serious issue especially when everyone is trying to leave at the same time

Our stay at the IP Casino Resort and Spa was an enjoyable one. The staff was very friendly and very helpful when needed. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and shampoo and soap. The shower was decent with immediate hot water. The only complaint we had was the water pressure in the shower was fairly weak and the water had quite a salty taste to it. We had dinner at two different restaurants and enjoyed both. Would recommend a visit!!

The room, lobby, pool and casino area were all 4-star clean. This is a casino resort hotel that is going through renovation at this time APR-MAY 2024. Several elevators were out of service while they worked on the updating. Although this property is not on the beautiful and long Biloxi/Gulfport beach (it's on the 'Back Bay' side of Biloxi) it's still nice to see the water if you happen to stay in an 'ocean-view' room. Technically you see 'the ocean', but it's not what you imagine when you hear that phrase. BEST ASPECT: Pet-friendly, they charge a one-time fee of $125 for your pets (2 max & not larger than 60 lbs). Now while I don't like it when hotels say that they are pet-friendly and then charge you for it (is that REALLY friendly?) IP's policy is acceptable for this class of hotel. WORST ASPECT: To go from your room to the parking garage is a very long way. They do not have any luggage carts for hotel guests to use to cart their luggage. If you travel with pets or bring many bags, if you are on a long trip, it can be quite a chore. They are not staffed full-time with bellhops so it's hit or miss. Theres a nice, beautiful pool, hot tub and cabanas for rent on top of the parking garage. One problem I had was housekeeping knocked on my door while a do not disturb sign was on the outside of the door l-in-all, I had a nice stay at the IP Casino Resort Spa. I would have uploaded some photos, but Hotel.com app not working properly while I am writing this review on their app.

All aspects of our stay were top notch. The only negative was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke as you enter the lobby. The Bayview Cafe food and service were excellent and the prices were VERY reasonable. Would definitely stay at the IP again.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. The beds felt like air matresses and were horribly uncomfortable. The elevators were a major problem, at one point there was a line from the elevator bank to the check in desk and the wait was ridiculous. We ended up taking the service elevator multiple times to avoid it. I wish we had saved the money and booked anywhere else honestly.

The air quality was horrible the non-smoking room smelled like nothing but smoke. The staff were not friendly when you asked questions. Very stuffy and the smoke smell was not disguised. The other most disappointing thing was the rule of the pool area. I have never experienced only letting 4 people to a room in a pool area. Sometimes you will have more than 4 people in a room if children are involved. It was bad. This is not cool.

The IP is still a great place to stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We slept great with no problems with noise, good cold AC. They do not have maid service during the stay but do suggest calling if you have a need. There were no issues with the elevator repairs. My only complaint is the smell of smoke in the lobby and casino. They try very hard to mask it but for me it did not work. Our room did not have any odors and was great! There is a smoke free area in the casino. The employees of the IP were GREAT!

Beautiful place . I say the service was average because I thought I lost my DL and the employees just kept sending me from one place to another . Very clean environment, but the mattress was so hard .

We booked a quick birthday trip for my 50th. Our first night was at the IP, and the rest was at the Beau Rivage (much better choice). We had a NON-SMOKING Deluxe King Room. The problem there is that the whole hotel reeks of cigarettes. Our non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The bed was one of, if not the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. It was a one and done for us.

3 night getaway from Tampa. Check in was super easy. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Bed was comfortable…we slept like babies. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The casino was wonderful. The dealers and bartenders were super friendly and knew us by name! (Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. lol). This was our first visit to Biloxi and first stay at this hotel/casino. We definitely will be back before year end!

Nothing spectacular. The sheer window curtains were shredded on the edges and the room access card that was given was for a swipe instead of a tap which was required. Other than that, everything was fine,

I was shocked at the condition of the room, considering this is a casino resort. There were stains on the linen and furniture -- and the comfort was lousy. The outlet on the nightstand wouldn't hold the plug at all. The bed had absolutely no blanket or comforter. Just a sheet-thin so-called "blanket." The front desk staff and service personnel were great. It's sad to see the rooms and fixtures though. Just very poor. I may expect standards that are too high...but I have been to MANY better hotels for similar price, and most all of my stays the past decade or longer have been on Hotels.com....Again, the staff and others were very wonderful.

The stay was great. We enjoyed out time at the IP. The only issue was trying to book through Hotels.com. Will be booking directly with the casino next time.

The room and common areas were very nice. We had a great view of the Bay. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our only knock relates to the elevators. They are quick and quiet, but there are not nearly enough of them. You end up waiting in long lines to get an elevator. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Everyone was super nice. It's was clean. The only thing that sucked was waiting on the elevator. Thankfully security was nice and let people use the service elevator when the line was getting too long for the elevator. The pool was open but it was just too windy to swim since we didn't want our daughter getting sick. I do wish there was a kids quest or something like a child care area so we could have hit the slots during the day instead of waiting till he went to sleep for the night.

Frequent visitor to Biloxi first time at IP. Was pleasantly surprised at conditions of hotel and room. Staff was superb. Beds were not the greatest but ok. Bathroom outdated please put in safety bar as tub is slippery. View was of manufactured home parking lot but in distance was the rest of casinos. Food options minimal so we ate out and slot floor smoky only discovered as we were leaving there are non smoking slots on 2nd floor. Walk not too bad from the garage. Would probably stay again. All in all a pleasant stay.

The room was fair. The negatives on it was the bed being too firm, no microwave, and the air didn't circulate well. It wasn't a bad stay, I just wouldn't go back because of those reasons.

Clean and quiet. Loved the hot tub and bar service. I would stay here again. Only a couple of draw backs. The price was a little high. I also wanted to borrow a luggage cart but they don’t do that . We had to wait a long time for someone to bring our luggage up when we arrived. When we left we had to drag our luggage with us into the elevator etc.

The bed and pillows where hard as a rock. They need to update. And the carpet needs to be cleaned and pulled up. Our tv just went out and never came back on. Not a good stay.

All staff were very friendly, however the smoking was intense. We stayed on a non smoking floor, 19, and it still smelled like smoke. The parking garage was very gross and smelled like urine. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Check in and Check out we’re super easy. Parking isn’t bad but be ready to drive around awhile in the garage. The smell of smoke is strong in all areas. The room is spacious and clean but the air is damp causing the room to feel wet. The water pressure isn’t great and draining in sink is slow. Room Service didn’t come by and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom for a room occupancy of 4. Overall not a bad place to stay but not the best we have stayed before.
