We had an amazing 3 night stay at the IP! The room was comfortable and clean and we had no trouble with the elevators (reportedly problematic in other recent reviews, due to construction). We didn't eat in any of the restaurants, but the pool staff and casino dealers were friendly, and we had amazing luck with our Boyd Reward credits, earning back half of what we had lost (really only as an afterthought to use our $45 credit on a slot machine before leaving). Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the only real challenge was parking. The valet was closed, and the self park options close to the hotel were limited, but if you have patience people come and go very often and you can get a spot in a few minutes. Overall a fantastic short vacation within an hour of home. Would definitely visit again. We usually stay at the Golden Nugget, Palace or Beau Rivage when in Biloxi but the IP had just as much to offer. (Bonus was while not smoke-free the casino did not seem smoky AT ALL).

Custom Service is horrible! On hold 20min before I could talk to a hotel rep, was told there was nothing they could do for me and to call my 3rd party booking agent…only to be told there was nothing they could do for me either. Was charged one day full rate for my room instead of the rate I booked thru the site. Was told I was out for entire booking instead of the 1night per hotels.com rules

What I didn't like was that there used to be valet parking, there is still signs for valet, but they have not resumed due to CoVid-19. Get over it already, bring back valet.
Daily laundry service and cleaning of the rooms have stopped as well due to CoVid-19, Get over it, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
If you are afraid of catching CoVid-19, then wear a mask, gloves and protective clothing. Simple as that. You still have Bellman Service, where they go into your vehicle to retrieve and load luggage, they go into your room to place and pick-up luggage. Heck, the maid service goes into the rooms after you leave to clean up, or at least I think they do. The ones I saw cleaning rooms, didn't have any PPE on before going in.
So, I think this CoVid-19 CRAP is just that, a load of CRAP to cut down on cost and service to the customer. Well, this is one customer that will not be back until it's changed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is so nice and clean. The rooms were very nice and the food was great!! The price was decent for the stay even though I went through a third party. Everything was great!!

It has been a few years since my last stay at the IP casino. It used to be my favorite spot, but it has changed for the worse. The room was comfortable but the service we received at the casino was terrible! They are extremely under staffed in all areas, casino and restaurants were terrible and the wait was more then an hour. I am very disappointed that I spent over $300 for one night. We will not be back. Go to the Beau instead.

My husband & I visited Biloxi for a Father’s Day getaway. This was our first time staying in a hotel attached to a casino, & we loved it. We could gamble, have drinks, & take an elevator to our room. The only disappointment was the ice cream at Infusion. I ordered the Moolenium Crunch, & it was gritty. Other than that, everything was great.

The stay was ok, homestly we noticed a smell in the room and could not figure out what it was until the night before we left. I went to close the bl8nds and had no shoes on a felt a wet slickness in the carpet in front of the window and ac unit. Apparently it had leaked and wet the carpet and had been that way for sometime because it had became slimey. I picked up my bag and put it on the bed and went to open the blinds and thays when we know what it was, of course it was 3am so no need to call anyone being that we were leaving in a few hours. These rooms need to be thoroughly check after each guest and before the next to make sure everything is good with them. They never really offered anything except the $30 resort fee back. That was the kicker.

Not very impressed with my room, looked aged, uncomfortabe desk chair, and view out window was of roof line and piping. Would have expectedly better for my first stay at IP Casino

We were very impressed with the over all style of the hotel. We had a great view of the bay. I also liked that the casino was on two different floors. It made it less crowded. Only down fall is I would say that after a certain time at night there is only a small cafe open and line gets long. Though that would not keep us from going back. Photos are from the view we had of the bay.

Check in was cumbersome and slow. Elevator renovations caused delay at the tower, too. Slots were stingy. Room was nice and view was good, but I won't be staying here again. Boomtown Casino, which was about a half mile away was more enjoyable for us.

The hotel was very nice. The view from the window was beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was the elevators having problems or constantly being full. It was a great stay though.

Hotel has horrible internet speeds. was supposed to get an upgrade instead was charged $22 for a bay view room (not a great view at all). The casino also has horrible odds at almost every game. I would stay away

We had a great time. The pool area and service was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was inviting. The elevator waits were extremely long but I believe there is construction going on with some of them creating this issue.

I came for my son’s graduation at Air Force, he is deployed soon, the check in with the lady was very terrible, she was rude and condescend, I explained her I drive more than 24 hours and I came for my son military, my son who fight for his country, and this lady was nasty, maybe she has issues with military, but it doesn’t matter at least for customer service job at 4 stars hotel you need to be more respectful with the guest, I do the same job in 5 stars hotel in Las Vegas, if you don’t like people you can’t do this job, I asked a different agent to check me in, there’s 100% sure I’m not coming back, and I can tell you I’m going to put a lot of negative reviews.

I enjoyed the pool. The service in the the restaurant and bar was good. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable.

The entire place was reeking of smoke. Stale bar room smoke. The lobby, hallways, and non-smoking room was awful. I didn’t even step foot inside the casino part and smelled like smoke when I left. They were smoking around the pool and hot tub as well. You could not get away from it at all. We had a 3 night stay planned and they graciously allowed us to check out after the first night without charging any extra.

Upon arrival, we drove around for 15 min trying to figure out where to park since there was no valets 4pm Sat. We stood in line so long for an elevator then ended up putting us in a freight elevator. We were late for the show we were going to see at the MS Coliseum.

We came for a concert at Studio A. Planned to eat dinner there prior and spend the night. Cafe was good and great service. Entire hotel smells of smoke and the casino is unbearable. You have to go through smokey areas to get to pool, Studio A, and even a small non smoking casino area. Loved the venue but will stay elsewhere next time. Cute birds roost on top floor ledges at night.

The stay was good. I will have to say that the beds were not very comfortable. The floors needed steam cleaning. However the amenities were great and staff was very friendly, helpful and nice.

Very nice clean room.
No complaints. Hard time to get $15 casino credit. The attendant at front desk sent me to players club and players club sent me back to the front desk. Not organized at all.

The room smell like mold and mildew come to find out the room next air conditioning had work done on it. And water had leaked on the floors the smell was so bad it had my head hurting and my stomach upset the housekeeper manager came up to confirm the issue I was only offer another room for the next day but not the 1 day that was ruined it was my husband birthday I paid a lot of money for a 2 night stay with the Ip never again

There are mixed reviews on the IP, but we ended up staying here because it was very affordable. On the ground floor, they have a café, a couple of boutiques and stores and a coffee shop. The second floor allows you access to go up to the pool that is on the 11th floor. It also has a sports bar that was really nice. The food was mediocre, but the atmosphere was nice
The pool And pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs and An enormous TV that could be seen from just about. The only issue we had with going to the pool was that the staff did not address the adults who were hollering and screaming at the top of their lungs, being loudly being vulgar and dropping bombs.
The room we had was nice, spacious and had plenty of lighting. The TV wasn’t that big and you could not hook your gaming system up to it.
The most aggravating and ridiculous thing was the hotel wanted to charge you for using Wi-Fi. The free Wi-Fi that is supposedly five gigs, does not work.
We probably will choose another hotel the next time we go

the room itself was as you would expect .dated but cleaner than most, we stayed 5 nights on 3rd morning we asked for fresh linen's, and front desk cursed and got very upset, i was caught off Gard at best,
the casino was very disappointing from the heavy smoke, lack of drink servers, closed popular table games, worst visit to Biloxi in 20 yrs
