The room was okay. The curtains had smeared blood or food on them. I was on floor 2 and the night we stayed there must have been a function going on because all night long doors were slamming! It was so unbearable! I didn’t sleep but 2 hours. It was horrible! I read the reviews and looked like a very quiet place with good policies in place for noise.

Wonderful front desk staff. Clean room. Didn’t stay for breakfast but coffee was ready at 4:45 am!! It is very close to a busy freeway and a helicopter facility. Didn’t disturb our sleep but noteworthy.

I usually stay at higher end hotels and this wasn’t that much cheaper than those. It was a bit smelly and stains in various places. That being said I did sleep very well so I rated things much higher because of that.

We spent one night in a “family” room with one king and two queens and three generations. The L-shaped room was very spacious; including a chair and a table with two chairs, fridge and microwave. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone thought it was one of the most comfortable places they’d ever stayed. Plus: the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and well-tended.

I reserved two queen beds and they put us in a pet room with a king bed. Super awkward and uncomfortable. Could not sleep at all. I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving late and this still happened. Very frustrating, I’m starting to think using Expedia puts me at a disadvantage.

Mom traveling with three teens and two dogs to coast and waterfalls. From the first encounter to are departure everyone who works at the front desk, cleaning and putting out breakfast was beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Our hotel room was incredibly nice, with a very comfortable bed, clean nice bath and shower, roomy, quiet, and convenient. The very nice lady who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. It is definitely our favorite hotel to stay in the Portland area.

I came over to help my daughter move. Being used to the high desert, the humidity of the area made everything worse. After my first night in the hotel, I kept looking forward to naps and nights. Air conditioning was wonderful, the bed was sooooo comfortable, the shower didn't want to let me go, and everything was so clean. REALLY appreciated the blackout curtains. Don't always get those. Since my daughter didn't move very far, I'll be sure to stay here again. (If I ever speak to her after this.) And to find the breakfasts were not just muffins and cereal? Who does that? Eggs, sausage, bread AND bagels. Yogurt (and cereals). Every morning the breakfast area was full of happy people. That tells me my room was just like everyone else's: Excellent.

We had a one night stay. Family of 4. Beds were a bit smaller, I’d guess double in size. They were otherwise comfortable. The water pressure wasn’t great. But the breakfast was great! The service was wonderful and much appreciated! One thing to note is this place has a jacuzzi only, no pool. To be fair, they don’t claim to have a pool.

We recently stayed here and found it to be a very nice experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. It is very close to Columbia River gorge so perfect location for us.
