The hotel is very clean and quiet. Nice to be within walking distance of the mall where there were many choices for dinner.

This was my first stay at this town. I picked this location because it was near the hospital where I was going to visit. I was so pleased that it was an excellent choice. Right across from a mall where we could eat and shop! Great location, great stay.

Enjoyed our stay overall. Jonathan was very helpful. Only wished tv had sports channels.

Nice and clean. Asked for more towels as our room didn’t have enough and was asked to go to the Lobby to pick them up. Not a problem it’s the attitude when asking for them it’s like I was bothering or interrupting something. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job. It was nice that the bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner and not the small sample size that are so wasteful. Breakfast was delicious a little bit of everything the oatmeal bar was nice. Coffee was a nice selection and the dinning area was well kept. Would come back.

Very clean and good service.

We have stayed in this location several times, always during a trip to Yosemite valley. We will continue to do so, as long as the service and quality stays at the current level. Very thankful for the coffee and snacks available in the early hours, to fuel us for our day in Yosemite!

Rooms were clean, homelessness in the area is unfortunate for everyone, didn’t care for the people doing meth out of a water bottle on the corner of the parking lot or taking showers in the sprinklers next door. Pictures of the hotel are deceiving, especially the pool.

The staff was amazing and was easily able to accommodate a request to ensure a room on a specific floor.

Wallpaper peeling, noisy outside, very strong pinesol smell, dishwater coffee.

Good standard BW quality but unfortunatly bad service. We made a reservation for 3 people but in our room there where only towels for 2 people and the bed was only made for 2 people. That can happen. But When we adressed this, we were given the missing towls and linen… no word of apology and we needed to make the bed on our own for the third traveler .

Had a very cozy one night stay at this property. Room was clean and quite large, supplied with plenty of towels for two people. Would gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Fresno Inn and had a positive experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was remarkably quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep without any disruptions or noise disturbances. This was greatly appreciated and contributed to the overall relaxation during my stay. While I cannot provide feedback on the breakfast, as I did not have the opportunity to partake in it, I must note that it ended quite early. Unfortunately, this did not align with my schedule, as I needed some additional rest in the morning. However, I understand that breakfast timings can vary among hotels. In conclusion, the Best Western Plus Fresno Inn provided a clean and comfortable environment for my stay. The friendly staff and serene atmosphere added to the positive experience. While I regret not being able to enjoy the breakfast due to its early end time, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly service, and peaceful ambiance.

Took a mini family vacation. We need a place to spend the night. This was the best place to be. Not too expensive, comfortable and conveniently located.

The Staff was great the hotel was not. It was like staying in a run down motel 6. and the breakfast they service was tribble with under done sauage, so so great yogurt, kitchen not well maintained, waffle was about the only thing people where eating it sure wasn't the powdered eggs! just not good, ate else where.

There really was not anything I didnot like. I especially liked the walkable area close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clesn and the service was excellent. I give it a overall rating of 4.5.
