Stayed in the suite, very nice and comfortable. 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms, big bed. Poor wifi and small basic tv lets it down. Annoying noisy dripping at windows when raining, which it did quite often and Front of desk not very helpul. Otherwise would have been 4 out of 5.

Large hotel with large comfortable rooms and helpful reception staff. Slightly down at heel in places. Close to Porta Nova and 15-20 minutes walk to old town centre. Breakfast buffet poorly coordinated and laid out, coffee not very good but plentiful hot and cold buffet. River runs past the front of hotel with nice outdoor seating.

Clean property,you have to pay for parking 18 euro per day .if you wish to go to verona arena 20 minute hazardous walk.better take a taxi 15euros oneway.breakfast was great.had hot water priblem in room no radio alarm.no coffee pot.when asked for a taxi van(8people)we were told impossible that we had to take 2 taxis.upon. pickup guess what we had to vans and we could not cancel one bad referral from reception.theycall for taxi not you(kickback???) Possibly

The only positive to this hotel was that it was close to the train station. The first room we were allocated was severely run down and unclean where the headboard was basically falling apart we asked to be changed to another which at first seemed okay but drawing back the curtains revealed what seemed to be human faeces smeared on the wall. We were disgusted and changed to another room which could only be described as adequate but still run down. Although the hotel changed our rooms there was no sincere apology whatsoever. I would not stay here again.

Location is close to the train station and city centre however be cautious you have to go through a tunnel walkway to get there. Hotel was beautifully set up and our room was spacious, only down side is that the mattress is hard and was not comfortable

Property is located in a very close proximity to the center. Staff is professional and polite. Property needs an upgrade. Very outdated, bathrooms are full of mold, bath tub was discusting. Sorry to say. Hotel managment has to pay more attention to cleanlines of the rooms. Hotel has a beautiful outdoor aria, staff was professional and friendly. I will not return to this hotel until it gets renovated.

Bad AC and not flushing toilets in a first room. Room was in bad condition. Finally they have us another room. AC never went below 74-75 F. Toilet flashing badly. Need to do it multiple times. About 20 min walk to Arena. Nothing around hotel. Staff are so- so. Barely speak English.

The hotel was clean with a lovely big bathroom. Our room had a rear view, offering nice distant views of the mountains. The hotel itself was a bit basic but provided everything we needed. The staff were adequate, performing their duties, without going above and beyond, which is fine. We walked to the hotel from the train station, but the entrance was underwhelming and didn’t totally match the online photos. On the way, we had to pass through an alley that was extremely unpleasant, with large (human looking) faeces and a dead rat. This alley is also the only way to the city so you’ll pass it often (if you walk). On the first night, we had salad at the hotel bar, and the food was excellent, I’d recommend the food.

We received reassuring emails and welcomes from this hotel prior to our visit. Approximately 15 mins from the Airport, we used this hotel for an Opera visit and so location was ideal in terms of being only 1km from the arena venue. We were able to also make use of the location in terms of accessing the train station close by for a day trip to Lake Garda. The public areas of the hotel are lovely, stylish and comfortable. We stayed one evening to use the bar and the restaurant, both were lovely and quiet and cool after a hot day in the city. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. The lobby can get very busy with arrivals/departures. Breakfast was superb and very welcome as we did not have any tea/coffee facilities in our Queen rooms. There was some confusion with room cleaning staff when we were trying to assist with towels etc by following the guidance notices but the cleaner replaced towels when unnecessary. Room toiletries were lovely. Do not expect fantastic views from this hotel at all as access to the city is what you are ideally looking for, There were small conference/business groups using hotel and also families, individuals and couples of all ages.

While the room was big, the bathroom door couldn’t close properly, the shower was terrible and the walls were very thin. We had a leaking tap that we informed them of straight away which wasn’t fixed nor were we moved to another room. Even after staying only one night, we won’t stay again

Very nice hotel with good breakfast, walking distance to train station, 15 minutes walk to city center, but need to walk about 10 minutes to restaurants The only complaint is the power off when using the Electric pot every time, stuff will come over right away 👍

We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Location was a nice walk into the village and it was nice to be out of the crowds at our hotel. The room was very nice and breakfast was outstanding. Great drinks at the bar with free bar snacks

Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy).
