Our room had 2 hangers. Our room was missing iron board and hair blow dryer. Our room shower nob was broken off. The door key pad was low on battery that we can’t get back to our room. The elevator was very jumpy. I don’t recommend staying here.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel very close to the airport. The front-desk clerk gave me a room on a higher floor as I requested, and everything worked well. The bed was firm enough for my herniated disks and the shower was great.
In the morning, Donald allowed me a little extra time to check out and then gladly stored my luggage for me while I walked down Virginia Avenue to one of my favorite comfort-food restaurants in the whole wide world, Barbecue Kitchen, serving since 1958! Brandon was very friendly as he shuttled me back to the airport. I recommend this hotel highly as a good value for ATL fliers.

I would stay here again says it all!!! First impression was a 10. The only reason I would give it a 9 is because no fan in bathroom and we had to pay for parking. Wish there was an additional meat for breakfast. I requested through the app about staying an additional night but no response. The cucumber water was an awesome treat. Couldn’t get enough of it!!!! Great job!!!

Lots of upgrades to this hotel. When La Quinta took it over the security, cleanliness, comfort, and overall feel of the hotel improved. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at a La Quinta hotel before in Tennessee so I reserved the room with the same expectations. Boy was I wrong! The room was filthy! Bedding, floors, the chair in the room stained, the bathroom was covered with pubic hairs, did I mention our lamp shade in between the beds was stained as well! The bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of musty mold. The only thing about this hotel that was ok was the service. Friendly staff. Other than that don’t waste your money.

This hotel is very convenient to the Atlanta airport if you need a room before or after a flight. The shuttle service is excellent, staff is knowledgeable and courteous plus there is excellent professional security on the premises.

We were in room 401 and the temperature never got below 75 even though we had the air set to 60 degrees. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Close to the airport. Parking costs $10 per day. Room was nicely appointed, but bathroom was small. It was hard to regulate the air conditioning, and it was very loud.

Walls are paper thin, could hear everything in the halls! The water pressure was something to be desired for. Literally like a trickle coming out of the shower. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Just not a great experience.

Great choice for a one-night stay with an early morning flight out of ATL. My flight was too early for me to get the included breakfast. Shuttle was quick and driver was friendly. Hotel is next to a gas station with multiple food options and a McDonald's, Ruby Tuesday and other eateries nearby. Friendly staff, easy check in.

1st off, when i tried to check in the receptionist gave me another persons reservation with the same name as mine. My reservation was given to the other person with my name that checked in early that day. I ended up being charged for his reservation and mine before they even figured out what happened. Now im waiting on over $600 to be released back into my account. If i give you my ID and the address dont match on the reservation its not me. Now i gotta wait to make sure i get my money back

The shower had some mold in it. The pool was empty. I like to swim for exercise so I was really disappointed that the pool (advertised on hotels.com) was empty.

It would've felt a whole lot better if they didnt have security walking around in a mask looking at people all funny that is what messed up my whole comfort zone. Giving I'm from here that made me feel uncomfortable to even say I'm from Atlanta i couldn't even imagine what the people from out of town thought....

From my personal experience it wasn’t that good as I experienced in others La Quinta, sink was clogged, old and not modern at all, elevator has an safety issue when it goes up and down, the room card get disabled every day for some reason, pretty much they had to fix it before I go to the room, the area is not that cool and I never felt safe, is it not a 8 score hotel by far. I recommend stay no more than 2 days if you decide to come, but your experience could be better than mine.

When I made this reservation, it did not indicate there would be $100 hold. When i got tonthe hotel, they said i had to have a $100 hold on my credit card. This is such a racket since it takes 3-5 business days for the credit, after I check out without any issues with my room.

My overall experience with this hotel has always been great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk staff was great. The only thing that I would say is a negative is the fact that it wasn't advertised or told that the incidentals for one night went up to $100 and $200 for 2 nights or more. I was surprised by that when we came to check in.

The hotel and staff were great! It was friendly and comfortable. I was able to get a good little work out in too! I will def be back. The only drawback was that they did not honor or recognize my gold status with one key even though they are listed as a VIP property. So I was unable to get the free parking and upgrade. But the customer service agent with Hotels.com provided great service and made it worth my while!

I love it !
Room was super clean , good size and comfortable. Dove mini soap , shampoo and conditioner at my bathroom was a great surprise.
Breakfast it was good . They offer fresh waffles , scrambled eggs , orange juice , yogurt, cereal ,bagels , French toast , fresh apples and bananas. Nothing to complain . Parking lot was ok and free , each was great!
Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood… couple restaurants in walking distance . For the kids , McDonald is across the street .
Nothing to complain . Honestly , for the price I was really not expecting all this .

Was a little bit busy because a shuttle dropped a bunch of us off but the gal at the front desk 9pm 3/5/24 was efficient and friendly and it took about 10 minutes to get our key. It didn’t open our door but she was attentive and quick to respond. The sheets and towels were clean, bed comfortable however there was a small piece of paper and some dirt on the floor in front of the door probably wasn’t swept or vacuumed. And the small cloth seat next to the bed had dark stain and some white crumbs on it that would have easily been vacuumed or wiped off.

I’m used to UK airport hotels actually being attached the airport. It took ages to get here through shuttles but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
What I did not know was coming was a $100 deposit on my debit card. I was told that as I paid with Apple pay. It was returned very promptly but when I enquired when it would be returned, I was told 4-6 business weeks.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a very busy area and I could hear (when awake) traffic as I was at the front of the hotel.
Check-in and out was efficient. The airport shuttle was easily recognisable at the airport, and going back to the airport, we were given very clear instructions re the terminals ATL airport as it’s big and easy to go to the wrong terminal.

30 to 40 minute wait time to check-in due to several staff behind the desk doing paper work instead of helping the one employee check-in by herself. She was excellent she never stopped being kind and professional spite the unnecessary clutter of people in the lobby.

It was more important that the receptionist had the conversation with another lady behind reception before seeing to me and others waiting to check in .

The location was fine but when you get to the property, the parking is horrendous. We were given keycards to open the gate for parking & they did not work. We had to go back to the front desk multiple times to get the keycards reset just to have to park in the open lot. The lot is across the street from some prominent places so there was very much an urban presence surrounding the area. The room door was sticky & the hallway was kind of raunchy. Good AC tho.
