I arrived to find bulletproof glass at the front desk. This didn’t get me a great sense of security I live local so I know the area. Entered the room and went to the bathroom molding was coming off the wall. My wife was unable to take a bath, as there was no stopper in the drain. When trying to take a shower, it was hard to set the water to come out hot. One of the drawers in the dresser in the living area the face was falling off. The kitchen was clean dated but functional. With two people staying at the hotel, you’d expect to have two chairs at the table, but there was only one. The TV sat on a dresser that was about 4 inches lower than the top of the bed so it’s unable to watch TV while laying in bed. The mattress was uncomfortable was very lumpy. Not conducive for a good night sleepI called the front desk to find out what time the breakfast was? I was told it was grabbing go from 6 to 9 AM. I came down at 6 AM to find there was no body at the front desk. It was dark and there was no breakfast. We’re almost $100 a night you expect a little more. At best, this location was not worth $40 for a night. I will not patronize them again. I hope all the extended stays aren’t like this.

Staff very friendly but the outside of the refrigerator was dirty. The front of the dresser draws very old and broken corners. Bed was smaller than what i choose. Black Office dirty. Room smelt clean. Bathroom clean

Room smelled, water fixtures don’t work right and lukewarm shower. Filthy exhaust fan in plain view. Bath door doesn’t shut without slamming it, and furniture is beat up. Altho room appeared clean, just everything strikes ya as old and beaten. Friendly staff tho

Stayed for a wedding they made sure our rooms were as close as they could gets us. They were so helpful at the front desk when our key card failed. Very friendly staff. Making sure we had everything we needed the 2 days we were there. The grounds were very clean and well as inside the hotel itself. I would stay there again. Thank you to the staff you guys rock

Reserved a stay. We arrived late from our trip. Office was closed. Did not get to check in. We were still charged 100.00 for a stay that we did not get. No refun. Management was very rude to us. I will not ever stay at this location again.

There is a constant smell of weed smoke. The cabinets were falling apart. The shower curtain was to short and soaked the floor while we showered. Too many people hanging out at the front entrance. We will never stay here again.

Terrible. They gave me a room with alarm beeping on the ceiling. After I complain the took me more than 1h for give a new room to me. There’s no real breakfast just coffee and small muffin or cereal bars.

The room stink, the lady at the reception was rude and when they say they have breakfast don’t believe. They just have coffe and terríble snacks. Avoid this. One of the worst if not the worst places I’ve stayed.

The 2 ladies were super friendly and helpful with check in. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Bathroom is super small but it’s doable. I would definitely stay here again.

nothing special about this hotel. the rooms are very outdated and need work. our room had a musty smell but we only needed it for one night so it served its purpose. probably wouldn’t stay here again. the staff were nice and friendly though.

Although I was very happy about the Staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was run down and dirty. I didn’t feel secure. The cabinets in the room were falling apart. There were no ports to charge my electronics. I should have known the hotel price was cheap for a reason. The free breakfast was packaged muffins, cakes and oatmeal, very misleading. I will not be staying here again.

We were traveling and checked in fairly late. Upon arrival it took about 15 minutes for someone to realize I was up front, the lady was very nice and informative upon checking us in. However, we paid for a queen size suite, but we were told all the rooms were taken and we would have to take the handicap room, same price, whatever that’s fine- just need to sleep. Once we entered the room there was an awful chemical smell that smelled slightly like cigarettes. There was damaged furniture, stained walls, picture frames, and one lamp did not work and had nasty stains all over it. This place looks nothing like the pictures online and their “breakfast” is a grab and go with instant oatmeal and muffins.

It says free breakfast and what they explained was grab n go stuff. That is not a free breakfast. Grab n go is so not a full breakfast and to me it is like throwing food away.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and nice when we checked in. When we got to our room it smells so strongly (like a citronella candle almost) that it’s hard to ignore to even fall asleep. No options for pack n play or a cot, no extra blankets/pillows. Room is dirty and outdated.

This is a very nice hotel; clean with a great staff. I like the area its in; very close to a casino and restaurants. The price for this place is right for what you get. The only negative I have is that the breakfast could be a bit better (and it is better in other competitive hotels that are similarly priced).

None of the electrical outlets worked. Furniture is beyond outdated. The dog next to my rooms would not stop barking. The 3rd floor smelled like smoke...the hotel is suppose to be smoke free. I would not stay again.

Shame that’s the word to describe this one , handicap shower slippery, I pay for queen and they give me a Full bed ( for 2) . The kitchenette couldn’t use the stovetop.( so I have to pay for meals) every time we go out we needed a new card ( because for some reason the keycard never wanted ti work ( 4 time we got new keycards) and to get the girl in the lobby to help was another thing ( always wait about 10 min to show up . This is the 1st time we had that problem I guess is Philadelphia … did I mention I’m handicap.

Outside looks great but our room wasnt.... it had Dirty rug damp and stained .shower curtain rod broke. .no water pressure.. smelled like wet dog. Found a dog toy in closet. Tv was broke and we could get another one. The complimentary breakfast was a joke..no ice machine.. the bed was comfortable and it had new pillows... everynight we had to get our key rescanned... Armed security guard walking around fri and sat night.....people live there..not a regular hotel... Not much positive things to say.
