Great location. The bed was comfy. There was no chairs or table, and the breezeway lights are so bright it keeps the room lit all night even with the blinds closed. Very annoying! Parking is very limited. No water pressure for showering. Some mold in the shower. Check in was easy, polite staff.

The Seaside Inn was great! We needed a place to stay for the night with our dog and booked it the same day. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed. There was even a place in the cute lobby that you could grab any other amenities from if you needed (shampoo, conditioner, soap, K-cups). The breakfast was good for me (Pancake machine, yogurt, hard boiled eggs cereal, coffee, juice, and fruit) , I'm pretty simple when it comes to breakfast, but hot eggs or bacon/sausage would be a nice addition. We loved this was beach front, restaurants were on either side to walk to, and it was pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice stay and super convenient with our 1 year old to get to the beach. Will definitely stay here again. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing a sound machine or else live music will wake you up in the middle of the night.

This is a beach hotel, weathered and bruised... the elevator is slow, there's water stains in the shower, but the rooms are clean. The location is amazing, breakfast is free, parking a little hard to get in and out of, but not $25. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. There is a crew there updating rooms. I got a great deal on this room, and would stay again.

The rooms and view were great. Nice convenient beach access. We didn’t want to leave.

Elevator wasn't working and no accommodation to bring luggage to room on 3rd floor on check in and out.

Staff is very nice. The hotel is clean but rooms are a bit on the small size. The hotel is right on the beach and right next to The Windjammer. Being right next to a concert bar, don't expect to get an early nights sleep. It's quiet after the concerts are over though. There are some nice but small bars and restaurants very near. Parking is an issue since there are limited spots in the neighborhood. Parking in the street is free during offseason.

Our room was clean, the check in was painless. The pool was closed and lots of construction so beach access closed too. Parking was plentiful and good restaurants within walking distance.

Elevator was not working.

The staff are friendly and welcoming! It was the perfect spot for a 3 day getaway with my dog!! Enjoyed every minute! Can’t wait to stay there again! Thank you!

First time staying here. Off season, so it was very quiet and staff was very attentive to us. Everything exceeded our expectations, so we will definitely recommend this hotel. PS, they have a great pancake breakfast.

After I arrived, I learned that the oceanfront rooms were not occupied, they just are only available through the hotel directly. All of the rooms available on third-party sites are on the side of the hotel without a view of the beach. There are 2 picnic tables on the back patio they give you access to the beach and a boardwalk to the beach. But the oceanfront rooms are quite nice. None of the ocean front rooms have two beds… only one king bed, and no cots are available. The breakfast is a really nice value. Nice that rooms have microwave and refrigerator

I would never stay there again! Was told I had a room overlooking the VFW! No business but to lazy to change my room! The room I booked showed us staying by VFW! To many motels down there to mess with that unclean sandy floor ro! Room was not big enough only big enough for one bed could not open door all the way to get our stuff inn not sure if hotels .com getting over on us or seaside inn sorry staff

You could tell that this resort had been around for decades. Updates are really needed, especially the shower. The shower reminded me of the shower stalls in a campground.

Great place the front desk people were super friendly and the room was clean and nice. Being steps from the beach was amazing and there were great restaurants in walking distance!

Beautiful oceanfront view- we upgraded. Very loud band 2 spots down on weekends, but we didn't mind because we love music & it all ended by 10pm. Hotel is old- needs some TLC. Great walking distance to restaurants. Could use some beach chairs & bikes at the hotel- that would be a nice touch.

The front desk staf really made this place. We decided to stay another night due to staff(pool guy with my grandson was also amazing) we did have to move rooms due to below issue. 1st night we were in 102 which i wpuld suggest to ask for a different room. Noise frome across street was expected, however the mechanical room behind head and heater noise mad it very difficult to get rest.

Really enjoyed our stay. Older property, very basic, would love if it were a little more updated and modern, but it’s on the beach!! Staff was very friendly and quick to attend to our needs.

Excellent location and on the beach. Staff that I encountered were personable. Though I wouldn't recommend or return for a stay. I was given a handicapped equipped room though I had not requested one. Booked thru Expedia and feel that I should have been made aware of that fact up front. The room did not have any seating except for the bed. There was a seat in the shower which I brought out to use as an occasional chair. During daylight hours, the room was dark but during the night was brighter than during the day. The full size window facing the hall had only white blinds with no drapery which shut out very little of the lights in the corridor. The small, high on the wall window, facing the street had a blind that did not completely close and acted like a spot light directly shining on the bed. Additionally, one could not mask the loud music coming from the bar across the street which played until 10 or 11 each night. Elevator from ground floor was not working. There was limited parking under the building and, if there was a space, getting out was tricky especially if someone else was coming in to park. I found it easier and probably safer to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Great price and location. Mildew smell was strong and offensive. Corridor light just outside the window made it difficult to sleep even with blinds closed. Bathroom fan was connected to the light so very noisy.
