Long term residents staying at this location. Families noisy and running around. Room was nice but outside property is not being kept up.

The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport. It was nice that it had a kitchen. We were able to buy some food items from the local Walmart which saved some money on eating out. The hotel room and hallways were not the cleanest. We saw a half eaten hamburger in the hallway. Pets are allowed and someone had a dog that they were allowing to run up and down the hallway. Other people in the hotel were quite loud early in the morning. I would recommend spending a little more money for better accommodations.

Overall, good experience.

Right when i took out the pull out bed I noticed the bed sheet has a stain and crumbs of food plus hair on it and I did call front desk to get a new set of sheets and that took about 25 minutes for her to come and switch the sheets

Not a vacation stay hotel. It seemed more like “extended stay” kinda of place for the less fortunate. The hallways were dirty, one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and another one like pure bleach. We checked in and had to leave right away.

It was an ok experience

The property was dirty. Phone in the room didn't work Tub was old and worn side refrigerator was dirty was force to check out early due to air conditioner service being done had to leave at 9:15 when check out was at 11.VERY Horrible experience will new go back need to shut that hotel down

Staff went out of their way to help us,we will definitely be back,however the ash tray was put by the entrance,so some of the smokers were smoking just outside the door right below the no smoking sign,it was kind of a minor inconvenience though we sometimes had to hold our breath going through…..

It was nice to have shopping across the road the front walk way could be a Hazzard for some with broken sidewalk and it also needed mowing the staff was very polite Thanks 😊

The service staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room (1 king bed + sofa bed) was tiny compared to similar rooms at other hotels. Moreover, the area surrounding the hotel was not taken care of regularly: the spilled garbage stayed outside one of the entry doors overnight and was not picked up. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent: a choice of muffin or an oatmeal plus coffee.

Conveniently located and decent value for the price of a one night stay. Right next to a walmart supercenter and a chase bank which was nice. The staff was friendly , check - in was a breeze as well. Honestly this was the only decent hotel for miles with an affordable price . Would stay again .

Main concern was room was not v clean. On the upside room was very largeand we liked king size bed. Hotel was mostly longer term residents but did not feel unsafe. Next time we'll pay a little more and maybe take a slightly smaller suite in exchange for a cleaner more hotel feel.

Right off the highway, and by a mall.

This place is awful. We stayed one night prior to flying out of Cleveland. Biggest mistake ever. We arrived later at night and there was nobody at desk to check in. Sign said to call number and they will come. I stood there at least 15 min and called MULTIPLE times. No answer. Finally after leaving and coming back, some young man stumbled from back mumbling and checked me in. There were so many people (obvious long term residents) smoking at entrance and walking in and out of front. We witnessed a drug exchange at a car on the side entrance as we walked in. It stinks terribly. I felt so gross staying here. My kids even commented on how stinky and gross the hotel was. Seems to be a lot of sketchy people staying here. Would never recommend to worst enemy.

Hotel and the room smells dirty carpet cabinets were dirty trash wasnt taken out bathroom tiles had mold in cracks of the tile and so on

Everything ok

Let me set this for you, we show up and a tornado has caused a power outage for the entire area. They tell me we can't be checked in or anything which I understood. So we canceled and set out to find a new place to stay for our trip. I'm charged a no show fee and it's been 10 days and still the money isn't in my account. It's absolutely ridiculous because no one could reach the manager for me to get a refund. From both hotels.com or guest services through their own hotel chain. I'm in a bind because the extra money they took was set aside for a bill this week. Due to the fact I had a budget and had to find other sleeping arrangements for our trip that made it more costly. Let's also mention that they allow people to smoke at the front door even with a no smoking sign posted. I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke and have to use a epi pen if inhaled to much. I honestly am grateful that the weather kept us from staying here because I would have probably ended in the ER at some point with the inconsiderate smokers. People are actually living here so people have their pets. We have pet allergies so this also would have been a huge issue. Especially since the rooms look to have carpet based on photos. I can't score the room because we never got to step foot in one. If you can tolerate the short drive my advice is to stay in Akron there were plenty of food options and hotels there. We actually enjoyed being in that area more than cleveland.

Nice and clean

The sheets smelled of body odor and mens cologne, wash rags had brown gunk on them and were refolded on the counter... the bathroom sink drain was totally stopped up, the shower curtain did not reach tub, floor was soaked... several light bulbs were burnt out... floors were sticky... too bad... the guy at the front desk was a perfect employee, the room had no odors and the tv worked well, front desk responded to calls.

It was good experience when you are staying for night and sometimes traveling through when you have to spend night ..

No hospitality in this hotel i wanted to extend my stay the lady at guest service completely ignored me so guest who had to move from one room to the other room because front desk didnt want to do there job suck an inconvenience there's so much more i can write a book with everything i saw

It was very good

The rooms were huge and clean and comfortable!

Was great for overnight and definitely would have been very helpful if we had been staying longer. Only odd thing - two Extended Stay Americas on same road - less than a mile apart. Included breakfast was sparse.

We had three suite rooms. Issues observed among them - tub did not drain well so a short shower ended up standing in 6 inches of water, tub is so uneven it was difficult to stand safely, bathroom sink did not drain, bathroom door was stuck on the floor and mostly open, area behind the door was never being cleaned, at least one king bed was very uncomfortable, others were OK, “breakfast” was not useful, residents smoking outside the entrance, weeds in the beds around the building. Very thankful for the luggage racks, and the elevators which were clean and operational. We do not plan to choose an Extended Stay hotel again.

Property is close to airport, mall, Walmart and different restaurants

There were different types of hair, including pubic hair and fluid stains on the sheets. Someone shaved in the bathroom and the hair all over was the kicker. Curly hair in the shower and floor dirty.

The hotel was OK, nothing special, but sufficient. I was disappointed in the fact that after a week they never addressed the items in the room that weren’t working (the microwave & a lamp), which I reported on the first day of my stay.

We got a suite with 2 rooms for 4 adults and we're so pleased with our room. The beds were comfortable and we had 2 bathrooms. It was awesome. Thank you for the accomodations.
