Overall not good! Front desk person when we checked in was rude. Fan in the bathroom sounded like person screaming. Hole in the ceiling. Room smelled like smoke.

It was OK but was very loud at night

Unprofessional staff/lack of customer service with no training Weekly housekeeping was advertised but staff said it would cost extra. They said no breakfast. Grounds very dirty, noisy. Smoking everywhere.

Weird place. +$200/night and suppose to be for longer stays. No dishes, silverware, cooking gear, coffee maker?

A bit run down. We had a sleeper sofa in addition and it had no sheets . Clearly 3 adults and a child are all not sleeping in the same bed.

Management was kind enough to take an emergency call from my wife at 1:30 AM and contact me

The room appeared a little run down (wear and tear like carpet stains or patched holes in the wall), but it was clean when I came in (vacuumed, clean sheets, clean table, etc). I loved the layout of the room and the amenities offered, and the hot water didn't go cold! It was a wonderful little room that I could definitely feel comfortable having to stay longer than the three days I did. The free breakfast is a very limited grab and go option, so I wouldn't plan your breakfasts solely at the hotel unless you buy some groceries. The wifi is good, but hard for streaming video unless you upgrade. The lobby was also always locked no matter the time of day, and it felt a little awkward to have to raise the phone just to ask to be let in to grab some oatmeal. The only actual negative thing I didn't much like was the pervasive smell of smoke. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby, it smelled in the hotel room, and when I passed by another room getting cleaned one day, it smelled in there, too. But there's signs everywhere saying no smoking. Thankfully it wasn't strong enough to seep into my clothes, and I could adjust to it in just a couple minutes. However, if I had been traveling with someone more sensitive, I'm not sure we'd have been able to ask to transfer to a room that they'd be able to rest in.

Would definitely stay again

We spent $200 on this hotel. The first room smelt horrible like cat urine. They found us another room, but the bed was small and hard, very uncomfortable. In the morning we learned that their “breakfast” was just a grab and go. We make our hotel decisions based on several things but one of them is breakfast. There was no food only coffee they said there truck did not come in. They would not compensate for any inconvenience. Not a good experience.

I only stayed here for one night, but I did not have a good experience. I did check-in late, however I called the front desk around 5pm and 10pm to let them know. Since I was bringing my dog, I had called beforehand to see if I needed to do anything and was told there was only a pet fee of $25/night. When I arrived, there was a woman already being helped by the front desk staff, however as soon as I entered the staff disappeared. I waited around 5 minutes occasionally calling out with no answer. Finally, I ended up calling the front desk from my phone. I waited almost 4 minutes for them to pick up and then a few more for them to get to the lobby. During my check-in, a 2nd staff member entered and began helping him check me in. She did not look at me nor talk to me directly. When I said that I had a pet, the lady looked upset and began talking to the other staff member. She told him “She did not indicate a pet.” in an annoyed tone, then “she needs to be moved to a different room. This room is absolutely not a pet room.” I was not told where my room was in the complex, so I got to wander around at night looking for my room. It took me 1 hour from arrival to finally get to my room. There was hair from previous guests left in the bathroom - in the shower and on the counter. Countertops were left dirty and my room smelled very strongly of cigarette or fentanyl smoke. The only good thing was the location. The price is insane for how awful this place is.

Nice little space right by Tmobile HQ. The room is clean and the receptionist was helpful.

The toilet was broken and never flushed for the entire 3 nights we stayed there despite telling them right away. They have laundry services but the machines only take quarters and are $3 per wash and $3 per dry. The office didn’t have any quarters so we had to hunt down quarters which also wasn’t easy during a weekend when banks were closed. The property was clearly not kept up regularly as there were cigarette butts we had to keep our dog from eating when we would take him potty. There were beer cans and soda cans and wrappers all over. The floor of the room was so filthy that we had to buy shower shoes and or wear flip flops at all times because our feet were literally black from dirt after the first day. I would not stay here again and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

The bathroom smelled like urine. And their was urine in the toilet from the previous guest.

“Breakfast included” was literally some granola bars the first day we stayed, and by the next day there was no breakfast at all. Kind of disappointing considering we were staying here for a sports tournament and breakfast included at the hotel is a big factor when we’re picking a hotel.

The hotel is not what we thought. 1. location isn't bad if you like hearing the interstate. 2. They ask minors for identification (not ok). 3. The toilet flushes or cycles every hour. 4. You hear banging all night. 5. Their free breakfast is tiny stale muffins, oatmeal in a coffee cup and 1 type of coffee. 6. Beds are very stiff. 7. Door handle to enter doesn't open by pushing handle down, you have to push up and push hard to open. 8. AC doesn't really cool the room. 9. The morning staff were not welcoming. When asking desk about breakfast i had to ask twice and want even meet with the gentleman looking up at me, i got " Ya thats it there". The hotel is good for those who come in late and leave early with no need for accomidations or amenities.

My original room was dirty and had an awful smell, like someone had burned incenses or something in the room. I was then moved into another room that was also dirty. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up checking out early. They tried to decline refunding me for the second night but thankfully I had purchased trip protection from Expedia and was able to get a full refund.

Nice place - my tub drain was cleaned out while I was there - felt around the drain - was full of hair - and I’m bald !!

Staff is great, location is great, had a fire alarm go off at 6am and the fire department was there in less than 3 minutes this is an all around great place to stay for a week of work

There were ants in my room and you can hear your neighbors clearly.

Staff seemed distracted at front desk, rooms are not quiet at all

To start a very bad customer service, from a african american lady, she gave us a very bad attitude when we asked for towels. Our room had a very bad odor. We were forced to moved to a different room late night. Last you guys advertised that room comes with complementary breakfast, thats false advertisement because you only served coffee with a muffins. Highly recommend to improved your customer service

Check in was slow, roòm was dirty & smelled stale. House keeping started knocking at 10:45am to get us out of the room even though we still had 15 minutes left to check out, and he was rude about it. You get what you pay for! 👎👎

The place is nice but the service /staff was horrible. The staff helped us to check in is definitely an Asian hate. First of all, she insisted that we came to the wrong hotel before asking my name to look at reservation. After I gave her the Expedia reservation of 2 rooms, she insisted that the reservation was not in the system. Then she said she can find reservations for 1 room but not 2 rooms. And then she said even with the reservation, she still cannot check us in because she found out one of us didn’t bring ID, even though the rest of three have IDs. That’s the worst experience I have ever had since I immigrated to U.S. in 2011.
