It was a late night check in. Elevator was broken so I requested a first floor room since I had heavy luggage. I was then assigned a room other people were in! Check in wasn’t smooth and it was late. Not convenient. The room was clean but pretty outdated. If you’re picky, don’t stay here even the the price isn’t bad.

Rate was ridiculous for this hotel. "Dirt week" played a part in that. But, if you are going to charge a high(er) rate, at the very least have your amenities sorted out.
Appeared that one of our rooms was in the midst of a reno, or was stopped short for some reason. No wall paper or paint on walls in bathroom, so moisture from shower just stuck to the walls. random saw cuts in drywall...really?

Outlets in room(s) faulty. Stayed on two occasions, in two different rooms. Went to plug phone charger into wall and the loose outlet killed the TV and the Fridge. Wiggled the outlet and the fridge came back on...but the TV had to restart. Happened several times. Went to the front desk, and was told "that's the way it is...because there is a problem with the wiring"...
Maybe as a very last option...otherwise just sleep in your car.

Outlet for fridge seem to have a short. Originally thought the TV was broken. Found out that you had to wiggle the fridge cord in the outlet to keep the rest of the outlets working...this included the TV. Made for an interesting stay, to say the least. Reception was told of the issue and said "yes there is a problem with the outlets", "whats the problem?". Ok foe an emergency hotel...if you cant find anything else.

Always enjoy my stay there however they need to train the staff to be able to add our hotel points I've missed out the last three stays due to lack of training for employees in this matter. Also that there is more attentiveness to the bathrooms such as making sure there's enough toilet paper for the stay of the following guest. When I say the whole weekend a quarter rule of toilet paper for two females does not cut it. Also wish breakfast was an hour later with a few more options being the rooms are not cheap. The stay was great overall though being right on the mouth of the river plenty of restaurants local Route 81 is right there for travel a beach up the road little bit of everything locally. But the view and convenience at this hotel is definitely something I would recommend. I've been saying at Brewerton Days Inn for quite some time now

The hotel was pretty run down, carpets are ripped in the hallways, bathroom sink leaked, everything smelled musty. The staff was very friendly though. Our flight landed at 8:00 am so they let us check in at noon.
I don’t plan to stay there again but it wasn’t bad for the money.

Do not stay at this Days Inn. I can’t believe This property is able to operate. Our first room was very, very dirty and smelled moldy. The carpets were filthy. My husband cleaned the air filters in the air conditioner so it would operate properly.
We asked to get a different room. They put us across the hall.Not a big improvement!
The breakfast service was terrible. Very limited choices. They put out 4 coffee cups out at a time with a full room of customers. We waited just for a cup of coffee.
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at!
Upper management at Days Inn should visit this facility to see just how poorly this is run. They would not approve of this!
We travel frequently. We will not be back and we will certainly not recommend this to anyone!

It was not only very outdated but disgustingly dirty. The pictures are nowhere close to what it looks like in person. We immediately started looking for other hotels to stay in for the remainder of our vacation but nothing was available. There was rotten food in the room, dirty bedding, a foul smell in the entire hotel, not just our rooms. We didnt even dare try the breakfast they offered. They didn't clean our room & give us new towels. It was a terrible experience & we will never stay at a Wyndham now, let alone a Days Inn.

Carpets were filthy. Our room 215 had a large stain on the rug in front of the refrigerator. The carpet was brown but there were smaller stains as well. Pubic hair, 2, on the bath tub.no block out curtains so parking lighting lit up the room all night.lots of cigarette butts around exit doors. Many other deficiencies as well.I have stayed at Wyndham properties in the past. all were clean, comfortable.this was not a cheap hotel, the overall experience was deplorable.

They charged 240.00 a night this place is not worth 50.00 a night the first room they gave me the smell was so bad they had to change my room I slept in my cloths and didn’t use the shower.

Dirty, dirty dirty. One star is not low enough. The room was filthy and smelled. There was black mold on the drapes, carpet and walls. SO NOT STAY HERE.

Building was older and in need of updating, which appeared to be happening during our stay. Plaster chunks in hallways and stairway. Room was clean but carpet smelled as did hallways. No microwave, no coffee pot and shampoo dispenser empty. Most uncomfortable was when we returned to our room around 9pm and had to walk past 6-8 people congregating in the parking lot smoking and talking. I was especially concerned when I parked next to the door for safety and saw that a man was sleeping in the car next to me. I will not be staying here again.

The entire room was disgusting. So bad that I took pictures and sent them to their web site owner. We also checked out the next morning with a full refund for the 2nd night. After traveling all iver the US and world, this was by far the worst hotel. Never ever stay here.

Hotel was marginal at best. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was extremely in need of help. No handsoap, the body wash in the shower was empty, only one towel for 2. Entire room could have benefited from a swiffer to remove cobwebs in corners and crevices. Carpeting could benefit from being replaced or at least steam cleaned.

Room smelled very musty and unused, AC system was clearly not functioning properly. Bathroom soap was mostly broken off the wall and completely empty in the shower. "Breakfast" foods were unavailable after 9am. I understand it was an less expensive hotel but this shouldn't be a reason for disrepair or dirty. It was ok for an overnight but I wouldn't have wanted to remain there for multiple days.

Black mold in the bathroom, the sink is broken and only gave out boiling hot water, the shower is full of odd dirt and stains, the bed were clean, they washed the carpet but left them wet for us. The room was extremely humid and smelled very musty.

Everything is old and outdated. The plumbing was the issue. Toilet handle would stick and kept running. The bathtub had a constant dripping.
I had already booked for my trip back so stated for two nights. Ended up having to switch rooms that night as my bathroom sink was plugged and was fixed by the time I got back that night.
Dryer out of order, vending machine out of order.
Definitely needs better upkeep
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable
