When I went to check in the bell at the night window wasn’t working I rang and rang then I knocked finally had to call to get someone to come to the window. She was friendly and apologized but when we got to our door there were 5 or 6 men some on the second floor some one the first cussing and yelling and threatening each other . I was afraid to unload my luggage. I called the police . They were were there in minutes and got the situation resolved quickly. We had two rooms both were dirty and the mattress was bad in both rooms . We were only passing through as we were moving to Florida but if I ever go back that way I will not stay there!

The room was dirty door would not shut properly and the picture on web site is nothing compared to what we pulled up to! Tried getting our money back with no luck! Went to different hotel that was in better condition!!

It fit the purpose I needed it for but a 1 star hotel. Real picture would be a disaster. No pool because the neighborhood shows up

This was the filthiest place I ever stayed in. The rug was sticky, the dresser that the TV was on was sticky. There was dust on everything. Lamps, etc.

This place was just ok. Room smelled bad.

Well it was a room. Carpet very soiled worn out and had a rathet large burn spot between the beds. Key card worked once out of twenty tries. Little like a slot machine. Bathroom well, dont have words to explain or space. Guess best description would be it is a ok working man place but if its a family or spouse w/ you look and pay a little more. We were traveling across country and just needed a place to sleep so it was ok.

This property was filthy and in bad repair. I wouldn’t have a dog stay there. The whole front of the building was falling apart. The bathroom was worst of all. bad tub and the faucets were all corroded. The rug was all sticky, the hotel chambermaid did not did or clean the bureau,TV or lamps on the nightstands. All in all the room smelled and the bed was a nightmare. This is a very poor reflection on a “Windem” property.

Only in town for an event at the racetrack. We only slept. Bed was comfortable a and hotel was quiet. It was a place to lay your head, nothing fancy.

worst hotel I've ever visited. So bad that we didn't even stay the second night. No lobby, just a booth outside to check in, poor customer service, dirty outdated room.

Nasty disgusting room. Holes in walls. Sticky carpet. Shower floor was rusted out and no hot water.

The shower was broke when I got there there was flys and other bugs in window seals and on floor around tv and desk fridge in room did not work and there was no breakfast like their website said there was

Bathroom was disasterous. Ugly renovation performed by unskilled labor.

Room keys were programmed wrong and locked us out the next day. Lampshades were stained. Refrigerator was frozen up. Staff was nice and it was quiet outside.Don’t. Just don’t!

This was an average stay. Nothing special here. A place to sleep. Other divisions of your chain are better. Overall no complaints

Floor was buckled and had some mysterious grooves cut into it. Only functional ice maker was on the third floor. Bathtub had scrapes and gouges. Window shades wouldn’t completely close, letting in the security light. You get what you pay for, but this was no bargain. Would not stay there again. Desk personnel were friendly.

The facility was nothing like the picture. It really need an upgrade. The room itself wasnt that bad but could really use some TLC. Everything is outdated, paint peeling, scuff marks everywhere.

The first room, the key would not unlock and we could see someones stuff through the open window. Went back to the office to figure it out. Was given a new room with 2 queens as opposed to our original with 1 king. The room itself had stuff smeared on the wall behind the night stand, what looked like vomit on the floor, and cigarette burns in the comforter, and on top of that the door didnt seal all the way. The next morning we discovered the room above ours had bullet holes all through the front if it which was a little disconcerting. After being gone to our event all day, we came back to discover our key had been deactivated and i had to go get it rekeyed. And someone had been in our room. Thankfully nothing was missing. We finished out or 2nd nights stay and headed home. The facility was dirty, and outdated. The only pluses for this place was the location was convenient for our event, it was cheap and they allowed pets. However i would not reccommend this hotel or stay here again.
