The room smelled of mildew upon entry. The bathroom was horrible. Mold on the ceiling with parts of the drywall breaking off. The faucet on the tub was hanging. There was hair all over the floor and urine running down the side of the toilet. The towels were heavily stained. In the main room, the linings were burned with what i assume a cigarette, not to mention the sheets were clearly dirty. Then i accidently left my phone charger in the room. When i called they initially said i could go back and grab it, but when she asked what room i was in she changed her mind and told me id have to wait till the next day and to speak to the mgr. Ridiculous!

I wanted 4 nights. I have atayed at this location over the years. This was first time i have ever seen condityon inside so horrible. The tub was so scary dirty looking. I stayed 1 night, ran around all day the next day to find other lodging. I did not use the last 2 nights. Wire from tv was attached to surge plug. Ice machine looked like mold and puke on outside of it. I was reyshocked because the name super 8 was always meant dor me safe, secure, price friendly and CLEAN

This was a joke asked for 2 beds got 1. Yalked with the staff at the front desk and he said he was just the night auditor and couldnt help. The plumbling made the loadest sounds thta you could image. The walls were missing paint everywhere.

I had to ask for another room since the first one was not properly cleaned the second room i stayed was ok however the paint is chipping in the shower

The walls and shower are showing their age, but the room was clean. There were two basics that I missed: 1) a glass/cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth and/or getting a drink; 2) a complementary pen--I forgot to bring one and needed one. There was a major thing that I missed: an elevator. With two replaced hips and some bad arthritis, it was difficult carrying my bag up the steps. The staff were very friendly--one of the housekeeping persons went and got me a few cups to use. Very much appreciated.

He definitely upgraded to a room downstairs to accommodate my personal needs but the room had a large wet spot in the carpet in front and the entrance to bathroom and he gave me two bath rugs to cover it didn’t seem concerned how it got there

There were just small issues like no toilet paper in room. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from the last occupants. Issues with TV. It was one thing after another. I wouldn’t stay there again.

At check in I was told there were no rooms left in the price range I had booked. I was then offered another room but would have to pay more money. I stayed it since I had made a reservation and if they had overbooked the rooms I shouldn't be penalized. They finally gave me another room at the original price. Breakfast was a grab and go but very very limited no butter to go with the toasting Bagels.

Understaffed. Room had torn carpet, no electrical outlets for lamps either side of the bed. Room old and in disgraceful condition. Bathtub, ceiling light fixture missing cover - lightbulb exposed. Only light that worked at all. The bathtub was almost black on the floor with peeling shower fiberglass. Frightening, Never seen anything like room 316. Horrifying.

In the first room we were offered (319) none of the light switches or lamps worked. The shower area had been painted over and was severely peeling. It looked so bad I just walked out of the room. Office issued me n keys to 308. The lights worked in this room but the tv remote had been stolen. I inspected the bathroom briefly and it looked fine. We decided to stay in the room. When I went to go take a shower, the shower head had so much soap scum buildup, there was no way I was going to attempt at shower. My teenage son braved it and said the water was not warm. The beds were clean and relatively comfortable. A/C worked just fine. The chain lock on the door was broken so all we had was the turn lock to protect us. The premises is well hooked up with security cameras… almost to the point it feels invasive. There is no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was pathetic. It is not well stocked. We arrived at 8:15am and there was two brands of cereal offered, a tray of bite sized lemon poppy muffins left to dry out on the counter, and a single plain bagel. Nothing offered to drink. No milk, no juice…. there was a coffee pot but no telling how long it had been there because it was cold. There were full bags of trash just tied up and laying in the hallways. Overall, this establishment desperately needs an overhaul. I was raised a Motel 6 girl, so my expectations are low. I will not stay here again.

Checked in late night sketchy people hanging around property. Staff could careless about people hanging around. Checked in first rooms that had cockroaches about an inch long. Moved us only 2 doors down. No sighting but smelled funky carpet was moist. Bathtub was unuseable. Looked like some type of construction machinery was cleaned in the tub. No one opted to shower in our party. Would have left except it was late night. Do not recommend ataying here. Super 8 clean up your act

The carpeting was sticky and made the bottom of my sicks black. The bathtub had a 4 inch gash in the inside so it would not hold water. Half the electricity didn't work. Towels were stained. The window was broken with large shards hanging in the window sill. Bathrub was peeling on almost all the sides.

Checked in and was told housekeeping had just finished cleaning the room. There was food and trash on the floor, urine spots on the bathroom floor, and an unknown liquid dried on the headboard. Shortly after entering the room, I heard someone fumbling with the door so I went over and made sure the chain was on it. At that moment the other person used keys to unlock my door and tried to enter. I pushed it closed and they tried several more times before leaving. I called the front desk and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I felt unsafe so I left. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!

There were issues with checking in but it was handled perfectly. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. This seems to be in every room we've stated in here. The remote was not working properly for the TV. The staff are great. The rooms are nice other than graffiti on the walls. All in all, a great place to stay.

No outlets in the room to plug anything in. Lamps did not work. Very run down and dirty. Outside looks nice, worker was very nice. Coffee was a Mr Coffee pot in the breakfast area. Bread/bagels/muffins in desk storage drawers. Not very clean/sanitary.

No toilet seat, Frozen AC, wall damage, tub damage, cords ran in front of drawers so they would not open, dirty carpets, halls, dining area, parking lot, people out drinking and shouting, broken down vehicles in the lot, no one from super 8 would work with us on changing to another super 8 either. My family did not feel safe at all, and we ended up getting another hotel.

Went to check in and there was a line of people to check in and no front desk person to be found. 15 minutes later someone showed up. First room didn’t have a remote. Found a toothbrush on top of the light in the bathroom. Asked front desk about remote and my husband had to go down and get it from the front desk. He came back up and found out that one doesn’t work. Calls down to desk and person comes to check. Isn’t the right remote so they both go down to find another. My husband comes back with different remote and that doesn’t work either. He goes back down and asks for new room. They were nice and gave us a new room. Everything worked but floor needed vacuumed. Found a penny heads up in that room. Thanks housekeeping. Second rooms screen from window was leaning against the wall. Hair on the broken blow dryer. Very good water pressure.
Surprisingly the beds were very clean. Sheets at least. White and no stains. Top blanket was old and snagged/ripped.
Looked like they may be doing renovations because there was lots of buckets all around the lobby and construction things outside. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Very quiet. No one was making any noise that we heard just sketchy people in parking lot but it was also very late at night when we checked in.
If you’re just looking for a cheap place and just clean bed only and are traveling with pets this place will do.

It was very misleading and I need my funds from Expedia for this accommodation.
I called Expedia on Friday night and could not reach anyone. I had to go ahead and book another accommodation at a premium elsewhere.

There was visible mold on all the walls in the bathroom and ceiling. TV falling from the wall, shower was peeling from the sides and bottom, the AC wasn't working initially but was fixed by the staff when called. This room should not be rented and they would not change our room. The staff was unaffected by the lack of cleanliness.

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy! The second room was better, but smelled musty. The sheets did not stay on the bed. No ice machine. Breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal, one loaf of bread, bagels sitting out open on the counter and coffee. The counter was covered in spilled cereal. We did not eat there!
