I killed more a dozen large ants and who knows how many were actually there.

It was an amazing experience we were room 227 the clerk at 4 on June 18th was very helpful and extremely nice and the room and everywhere in the hotel was very clean.

The stay was amazing, definitely going to come back..the front desk clerk was very thorough and friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the best were soo soft and clean. Loved how the pool/hottub was open during very convenient hours for guest.

this is a large and busy hotel. We had to wait for a room to become free after our arrival. And coming to breakfast after eight o'clock was a very crowded affair (and I wouldn't rave about breakfast offerings...normal hotel fare). The location is good...near Manchester airport and the mall with quite a few food options nearby.

Walls are very thin heard the couple next door……
Our refrigerator made noise most of the night
Toilet makes an incredible noise when flushed, during the night it wakes people up

Nice hotel and conveniently located near the airport.
The TV was surprisingly small. I’m not one to really care or notice that much which is why it was all the more surprising.
Other than that it was a great hotel.

Well a place that charges 320 bucks for 2 nights and the pillows are terrible, the room smelled of cigarettes, the shower had zero pressure, they leave the towels on the sink can’t even put them away. Then to top it off if your a stay over they don’t even make your beds, The last doing the breakfast was eating licking her fingers and doing the customers food at the same time and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she could brew some coffee it was out. Will not return and I would pick a different hotel

The room had stained drapes, and they didn't cover the windows completely. Used clips on hand for privacy. Bathroom needing upgrade. Caulking messy. Overall needing improvement.

When we pulled up there were ripped curtains in rooms visible from the outside of the hotel. Magnum condom on ground in front parking lot. The guy checking us in was loudly complaining that he had too many checks ins. Walking up to our room there were pictures hanging crooked sliding off the sticky material on the wall. Entering our room we got smacked in the face with an overpowering smell of air freshener. The suite was big and the king size bed was comfortable. However the door to our bedroom in suite looked like someone used a crowbar to pry it open. The wallpaper was peeling and the tile to the jacuzzi tub was falling off. Things looked like they needed windexed and the carpet could use a deep clean. The pool was small, cold and cloudy. The pool room smelled extremely strong of chlorine. Lots of things in the game room were out of service. The included breakfast was good with a nice variety. Location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. If you don’t mind dirty, outdated hotels then this place would be nice.

Hotel was quiet, pool was nice, dog friendly with grassy areas to walk. Good continental breakfast, staff was very friendly.

Room 125.....everything was great ....except....fix the freaking lock on it and half the time the door wouldnt close behind u leaving it unlocked for anyone to walk in....

The staff at the front desk was really nice and help me resolve a problem with my reservation that was with expedia (a third party) the girl was nice and even got me in a room earlier that the check in time. Ill recommend and will be back for sure.

The breakfast was the best in town!!!! I didn't like how the barged in my room because we overslept till 12. I was naked and they still didn't csre

The staff was great. The building and property in general were delapidated. I had to swith rooms because the hitter didnt work. And both rooms had doors that wouldnt close unless you shoved them. The property was clean and the staff tried. The management doesnt seem to care about the physical condition of the hotel. Cookies in the lobby dont make up for having to change rooms at midnight because the heater doesnt work.

The bedding had hair and the shower i went to the front desk and told the lady what happened and that i didnt want to change rooms just asked if i can get clean bedding but she told me she only had flat sheets so i grab them and put it on the bed also the room was very cold but other than that the bed was comfy and it was really quiet

I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Online this facility said it had a restaurant and pool which would be perfect for the kids. However, after checking in and finding the room we discovered there wasn’t a restaurant only a place for a continental breakfast, the facility was very dated and not clean, the pool was murky and the room we were staying in hadn’t been fully cleaned.

Was unable to shower due to no towels available, was not given garbage bages for trash cans, TV was not working, there were no toiletries given in room,trash under beds, my older child was yelled at by staff for sitting in pool area instead of approachine me. Dog crap around property.

Me and my wife needed a few days away for her birthday and this hotel was perfect. Clean and freindly. The pool was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious i would absolutely stay again.

Everything was nice with the property the one thing is the jetted tub should have more hot water for it to fill up that's my only complaint otherwise the room was perfect and the stay was great

It was overall a nice stay. The elevator was very creaky and my kids refused to ride it and took the stairs every time. They ran out of breakfast about 30 min before it ended. The indoor pool had such a strong chemical smell from the chlorine it was hard to stay in for more than 50 minutes

There were children running up and down the hallway at 11:30 at night and no hot water the day we checked in and the day we checked out. When we brought it to the attn of the front desk person she stated “yea we had a lot of people enjoying the hot tub last so it was all used up”

The room was decent. The hot water was luke warm at best. The jacuzzi couldnt get warm enough so wasnt worth it. Bed was comfortable and room heater worked great.

When the front desk person informed me that the shuttle service was unavailable, she immediately arranged a taxi for me. This seems straightforward, but at 11:45pm on a freezing night in January, it was a godsend!! Thank you, Lydia, for your courtesy, empathy, and professionalism.

Hotel is nice. We went for hot tub and pool and got a call the day of the reservation that they werent working and it was too late to cancel

The bed was good. Temperature of the room difficult to control. Too hot for me. Breakfast food was about the worst I’ve ever seen for that kind of self serve breakfast. So called scrambled eggs discharged from a plastic bag, etc overall the place was okay but don’t expect to eat much

The lady at the desk was very nice upon check in and I went to the room which 2 of the lamps had burnt out light bulbs. No extra linens and when I requested a few blankets because the room was cold, and the wall unit thermometer didn’t work, the man at the desk told me “well it’s Saturday and house keeping is short so we don’t have any more blankets.” And when I asked if someone could show me how to turn on the thermometer he told me it was either the wall unit or the other unit by the window that controls the heat. Nothing about that cold dark 1st story room down the hall from the banquet room should cost 390 after tax. But it is what it is and I won’t be returning again.

Nice stay. Good room. Heat was an issue. New heaters were installed and thermostat did not work. Called front desk and they said maintenance said to adjust floor model not thermostat. Quick response but a lack of communication. Otherwise recommend.
