Our room was clean and comfortable, our check in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was really a nice little bonus. But the best feature was the convenient location, right downtown and walking distance to everything, including the performing arts center.

Perfectly fine, older motor inn with lovely pillow-top king bed and soft mattress. Coffee in office 24-hours, decent scrambled ggs and sausage brekkie, waffles, cereal yogurt, toast for a good start.

I got there at about 10pm, the gentleman at the desk had me checked in in 2mins. They had complimentary coffee at the check in and a park spot right in front of my room. Check out in the morning was just as easy.

It was walkable close to restaurants, and near the venue we had booked. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, however, it was a mid-level facility and high priced (noted that it was the Labor Day weekend), which was not a surprise given the holiday.

The room was decently clean, but the water pressure was terrible, and there was a drip in the shower after the water was turned off. The walls were very thin, and I can hear the people above into the side of me all through the night room also had a very musty odor so I wasn’t able to use the AC or fan because of the Smell coming from it

The biggest negative for us was the lack of lighting in the room. It not only felt dark, it was hard to see things except in the circles of light under the desk light and the bedside light. The one overhead was close to the window and did not illuminate the room well.

Although the property was older it appeared to be pretty well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly & professional. My issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The door was scattered with something from previous guests & the tub needed a good cleaning. Additionally, the tub faucet continued to drip all night

Very good stay! We didnt need anything fancy, and we were staying for juat one night, but it was clean, the beds were VERY cimfortable and it felt very safe. Only downsides - mild musty smell, AC struggled (but it was VERY hot), and breakfast was meh. Right downtown, walkable, and just what we needed!

We arrived at 1 and were able to check in at that time, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell. Maybe the wall AC or the carpet? Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Quick and easy check in! Very conveniently located to downtown which was so nice! Excellent price! The room was a little on the weird smelling side, but it wasn’t overpowering. Beds were VERY comfy! Great night sleep.

Overall, the facility served its purpose as a place to stay while visiting Tanglewood for a concert. The air condition can not be set to run continuously leaving the room too warm and stuffy on an extremely humid night. The mattress was like twenty miles of bad road making it impossible to sleep well.

My wife and I had an overnight stay in order to attend a concert nearby. It was a very brief but pleasant stay. The manager and his staff were exceptional in their knowledge of the local area, and their eatery recommendations were great. The morning breakfast was more than we expected and substantial enough to get us back to Cape Cod, without stopping. A big shoutout to Andrew!

Property is so convenient to downtown theater and restaurants. Quiet, good parking. Bed a little too soft for me but comfortable otherwise.

This is an older motel but very clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was okay. We used it only for a place to sleep and shower and were gone all day so we didn't experience any of the amenities. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and the shower was good. The only drawback was the person standing in the doorway of his room smoking. We had make a couple of trips to our car passing through the smoke each time. We will be back again next year and will stay again and hopefully not next to a smoker.

I was traveling solo. I had a room on the second floor. I felt safe and the location was great to walk into town for dinner. The staff was super friendly! It is an older motel but very clean and the rooms have been updated.

Stay was OK, on arrival was given a room back behind the complex, next to the railroad approximately 100 feet away. While parking noticed children playing, but only two or three cars present. Later I found a notice of "Mandatory Emergency Assistance Appointment, dated March 8, 2024 at your hotel My only problem is I feel I should have been aware of the fact that Quality Inn was being used for this program and people are being housed by a Government temporarily. Only I then could make an informed choice about willing to stay or not. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED of this situation. I am disappointed with Quality Inn and Choice Hotels over this matter.
